Willoft Zen living is conveniently located not too far from the airport. It is a 15 to 20-minute drive depending on the time of day on a side road. The route to the airport passes through a serene sideroad surrounded by a lush forest of rubber trees, providing a peaceful and comfortable journey. The hotel itself is located off a main street tucked away in a laneway with plenty of privacy . The main road leads to a large cluster of highend villas, private residences and gated communities.  Plenty of construction further down the road makes the main road very busy during the day, however it does not affect the quality of the stay. . A 7-eleven is walking distance away, and you can rent scooters just outside the hotel. Maya beach club is around a 25 minute drive from the hotel in a rideshare.  The rooms were well priced and good value for the money, we had a room with pool access and were very happy. A Japanese theme runs through the hotel. The beds fitted on the floor can be challenging for anybody with less mobility, however it is very comfortable. The shower in the room does have good water pressure and hot water.  The pool was the highlight for our stay. Loved every minute of it. Clean, nicely maintained and was very refreshing. The hotel does have a common jacuzzi near the fitness center too. Although we went outside often for meals, the hotel does have a good menu. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. I have to give a big thank you to Plai and Aew for all the help and prompt replies.  Overall very pleased with the hospitality and comfort of the hotel. I would revisit, and recommend the hotel. The loft rooms are ideal for couples and young adults. They do have larger villas for families. 

My only dislikes were the limited number of plug outlets in the room, and the back sliding door which  had to be checked on both sides before leaving the room. 

Japanese style design is really nice. The villa is quite good equipped for a long stay. Comfortable beds.

The lack of outdoor space (for 2 people more or less ok, but definitely not for full capacity of 6). No umbrella on the terrace. Service is very far from the 4 star hotel level (500 eur per night by the way), we stayed for 3 weeks and were facing the issues almost all the time. The villa itself is far from a good shape, one or two more seasons and renovations will be required 100%. Location is not for you, if you don’t have a private transport. Only grocery is reachable by foot - for all the rest (beaches, restaurants, etc) you definitely need a motorbike/car.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. I would stay at this property again but would request the sheets were changed as I think cause we stayed in September not a lot of people were staying so bedding was sitting for days/weeks possibly. The property was very beautiful inside and out just a few minor things let it down.

The bedding was itchy at nighttime. Our first night an alarm was going off for about an hour at 2am we could hear all the other guests complaining and we tried to contact the hotel but no response so my partner had to go out and put a towel in the alarm for it too stop. Our last night we were woken up to rats crawling in the ceiling but pest control sorted this the following day.

A very quiet location, super friendly staff, beautiful villa. Premises are cleaned and every morning, swimming pool was a massive plus. The perfect thing about this villa is its location - it’s located about 15 min drive from busy resorts and very close to the most beautiful beaches we visited. We were also buying breakfast from local sellers every morning that was much cheaper than everywhere else, also it is always nice to support small local businesses considering the amount of massive international companies here.

Internet could’ve been a bit better. Luckily, we had our own data. But in general, I wouldn’t complain much since we were mostly outdoors all day

The employee named Khun AEW takes care of you very well and recommends restaurants. Providing advice on tourist attractions In addition, the use of accommodation services The rooms have 2 floors, spacious and comfortable. Will definitely come back to use the service again.Recommend

Very slick and brand new! Fully equipped with everything you need. We were upgraded and the upgraded room was incredible- it had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and and amazing pool, as well as a gorgeous kitchen and chill lounge. Good location for food and shopping - quick 10 minute drive to Boat Avenue, where there are great restaurants and a vibey night market. The decor is fabulous, and the apartments are very comfortable. Helpful and friendly staff, special thanks to Aew, Plaai, and Shaa, as well as a few others whos names we did not get, who were lovely. Having your own transport is recommended; it's in a very residential part of Phuket (but the staff will happily call taxis for you if need be).

the minus point is no toothbrush for our 3 bedroom villa, coffee maker with no coffee - no pods or even 2 in 1 coffee, have asked the front desk, replied with they only serve coffee at the restaurant and have to pay for it. i am a frequent traveller and have rented even the expensive or the cheapest hotel/villa would have coffee or at least the 2in1s in the room.

I had an amazing stay at the studio room in Villoft Zen Living Resort in Phuket! The room was very clean, stylishly furnished, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The peaceful and serene atmosphere of the resort made my vacation perfect. I was particularly impressed by the friendly and helpful service of the staff special thanks to Aew, shaa, Plai and Mod and all of the other staff, who were always eager to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The location is ideal for exploring the area while still being away from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommended!!

They made a mistake with my room so i got free upgrade to superior suite. Was very nice. I enjoyed the private pool so much. Stuff was also so friendly and helpful. Thanks!!
