Unless you have some form of transport is a reasonable walk to the shopping area, especially in the Thailand heat. Think it would be better having a set electricity price set into the costs when making the reservation. Just simplify the process.

The whole Laguna enclave is very safe and well maintained area. Our room was very large with plenty of space and very quiet. The whole property, the pool and the pool area were impeccably kept. Washing machine and fridge freezer were great. Bed was 8/10 firm. Air con and fans work very well. Good value for money overall.

The furniture in our apartment was very dated and chairs were quite worn out. Shower was only a 6/10 for pressure. There is no food or drinks available at Allamanda. The staff were very friendly but didn’t really provide any details about the area. No maps were provided (Google Maps were a bit tricky to get a good perspective), no proactive information about supermarkets, restaurants, beaches, courtesy buses, taxis, etc. The swimming pool is warm water and not very refreshing !!!

Clean and comfortable.

Very nice unit, spacious clean, two balconies on second floor. We used the fans primarily to cool the room and air conditioning at times and for sleeping. Our weeks electricity was only 640 baht, which we thought was very fair. The furniture was very comfortable to lounge on both inside and out. We loved the surroundings, very beautifully kept backing on to a golf course. Very quiet, lovely sounds of birds. We enjoyed the pool, it was very large and very warm to swim in. This was our second time staying here, we would happily come back again. We rented a scooter from nearby, so we could easily get around to explore Phuket. The beach is an easy walk of about 20 minutes. We enjoyed swimming at the beach and the sunsets were gorgeous. The hotel staff were lovely and friendly. They set up a taxi for early morning so we could catch our flight. Lovely stay, felt like we were very much at home!

Everything was great

Honestly everything was perfect, its a nice accommodation, nice area and a nice quite location , the view was absolutely fabulous and the staff are very welcoming and helpful.

After the booking was confirmed I received a message from the hotel saying that the electricity is paid separately, for 4 nights it was 800bhat which is not bad I just wish I was informed before proceeding with the booking? And they ask for a 5000 bhat deposit amount which was actually returned as is, but it would have been good to know before arriving there cause it would’ve difficult if I didn’t have that amount on me.

Inspirational view from the balcony. A lot of space in the rooms. Good speed of the internet. Convenient road to the beach - 10 minutes away, with a nice-looking way. Very safe place. New cafe in a 1 minute – good coffee and friendly staff. Good water pressure

Unconvenient schedule of cleaning: 2d and 7th day – we stay only for 7 days, which means we have only one cleaning. Very squeaky beds. Limited set of dishes and cutlery.

The electricity bill is quite expensive….205 unit for 4 days staying and we’re rarely at the room during the day time ..feeling a bit rip off

Wonderful staff, large beautiful apartment, great pool area and really nothing more I could want for.

Nothing in terms of the apartment and the service, all great. Being in the north West of the island did mean long trips in heavy traffic down to the south for boat trips etc but the south is so horrendously overcrowded I would far rather be up in the North.
