- Great resort for families, with many pools, beachfront with clean sea, recommended. - staff are welcoming and supportive. Explaination all clear by them - took two bedroom suite and was so good and wide. They arranged the bed for third children in good manner. - Swimming pools are so wonderful and children enjoyed them. - water sport activities was good and thanks to staff for their coordination. - Beach with chairs, towels arranged very well by resort staff. - Breakfast in the two restaurants have variety of food for the family. - Clean rooms - easy check in and checkout - Good kids club activities for children, thanks for the staff.

- all beds are movable (with wheels), not stable, not a choice to set back and read or watch. I didn't see in any Resort in my life beds are moving by wheels.

The resort had beautiful and clean grounds and pools. Activities like water sports, table tennis, air hockey etc provided alot of options in case it rained. Breakfast was decent, and as suite guests, we had a-la-carte orders on top of the buffet spread.

There was refurbishment going on at various parts of the resort but there was minimal noise or inconvenience, except that instead of having breakfast at a separate restaurant nearer the suites, we had to go to the main dining at Marketplace. The poolside restaurant had limited menu options and food was not great.

Beach was excellent - it's long and wide with white send. Breakfast had different types of food, not exciting, but enough. Pool is great - it's lagoon type, kids were happy with water slide. Location is good - you can walk outside, there is restaurant area in 25-30 minutes walking

The resort is absolutely stunning — set amidst lush tropical gardens, tranquil lagoons, and just steps away from a beautiful stretch of Bang Tao Beach. Our room was spacious, modern, and immaculately clean, with a private balcony overlooking the serene lagoon. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we loved the thoughtful touches like fresh fruit and local décor that made the space feel warm and inviting. What truly sets this resort apart is the exceptional service. Every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely hospitable — from the front desk to housekeeping, and especially the restaurant teams who went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary needs. The pool is massive and gorgeous, perfect for families or lounging with a cocktail from the poolside bar. The beach was clean and quiet, with comfortable loungers and attentive service. Breakfast at Market Place was a daily highlight — an incredible variety of international and local options, all fresh and delicious. Overall, Angsana Laguna Phuket is the perfect blend of luxury, relaxation, and warm Thai hospitality. Whether you’re traveling as a couple, family, or group of friends, you’ll find everything you need for a perfect tropical escape. We can’t wait to return!

This resort has excellent facilities and commands prime position on both the beach and the lagoon. While staying at the Angsana, I visited surrounding resort and found that while the Angsana is older, it has the overall the best combination of features I want: big pool, straddling both the beach and the lagoon, multiple bars and restaurants on site, gym, kayaking equipment and beautiful gardens. Apart from all that, the other outstanding feature is the main building bar, with reflective pool. 10 out of 10 recommended, this resort is suitable whether you are travelling as a couple or whether you are travelling with young children - all will find plenty of activities.

The property is not within walking distance of town. However the resort runs frequent shuttles (every 10 minutes) as well as a ferry (every 30 minutes). Many local restaurants will also come and pick you up.

Room was spacious and each day perfectly cleaned. Breakfast at the Marketplace was fabulous with a huge variety of choices of local fruits, juices, tea, very good coffee and international and Asian options. A special thanks to June who always welcomed us with a smile and looked out for us providing even with advices regarding moving around in the area. All the staff really does his best to make the stay as pleasant as possible. A special thanks to Fai who welcomed us at the reception and never missed an opportunity to inquire about our stay whenever we met.

The hotel has several restaurants inside (all very good, but way too overpriced even compared to Bang Tao Beach), but does not offer a half-pension option which we would have preferred as it is more simple when travelling with kids. In any case you have plenty of dining option in and outside the hotel. Bang Tao Beach has a long sandy beach, very clean in front of the hotel, however during our stay big waves were quite frequent so it is not particularly suitable if you are not a good swimmer.

Big resort with several swimming pools. Minutes from private beach. Low season is very private with few tourists. Very helpful staff.

Location is a bit far and the road leading to the hotel is remote and looks unsafe as we arrived close to midnight. The breakfast buffet lacked variety. Seafood buffet also not worth the price. The seafood were not fresh. Only good thing is the live singing! Would be nice if there is a shuttle to town direct from Hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We got an upgrade to 2 bedroom suite at a discount with direct pool access away from the crowds near to Bodega restaurant. It is a quiet area great for the elderly. The buggy service was responsive. We were worried about mosquitoes because of the lakes but this issue was less than expected. The breakfast at Bogeda is much less hectic and a lot quieter than Market Place, and the food presentation appears better. Later realized that it is only for guests who are booked in certain rooms. The beach is long and the sand is very fine without broken or significant washed up debris, which afflict many beaches elsewhere. The waves can be strong though. The suite was clean, large and very convenient located with a separate dining and living room . It has a fairly large balcony directly accessing the pool. We found that we didn't need to venture out of the resort. The complimentary boat and kayak facility allowed for connection to other lakes and resorts. The entire complex of lakes and resorts makes this place much large than it appears. There is a free shuttle service to nearby shopping areas and shops

It could do with a drying rack for wet attire. Otherwise, none.

The pool likes a small canal around the resort & Canoe Village. So impressive!

Luxurious living in the 2 bedroom pool villa, beachfront. Looktan, the Assistant Manager is a very efficient assistant manager who ensured our stay to be most comfortable. Tak, was the ever-present buggy driver, prompt and proactive to answer to our needs. K, the manager provided a lot of insights living and buying residential villas. He's very knowledgeable. Do not stay in Angsana Laguna Phuket if you want noisy, busy resorts.
