We stayed in one of the penthouse villas and… wow. From the moment we arrived, the staff made everything feel seamless, warm, and genuinely welcoming. They’re the kind of people who make a place unforgettable – present when you need them, and somehow always a step ahead. The food across the resort was excellent, but the pizza at Alto? Honestly better than many we’ve had in Italy – no exaggeration. Thin, crisp, flavorful, and just unexpected in the best way. A special shout-out to the Thai cooking class – easily one of the highlights of our stay. The staff guided us through every step with patience and joy, and the post-class meal was not only abundant, it was a full-on feast. We left happy, full, and just a little proud of our wok skills. All in all, if you’re looking for a place that feels like a scene out of White Lotus (minus the drama), this is it.

Everything, from the most helpful staff, the large rooms with everything that you may want and more, the brilliantly landscaped surroundings, great breakfast. What more could we ask for?

Nothing really, but note that the place is a bit far from most popular places and beaches. There are free shuttle to the beach and taxis by Grab app is inexpensive.

The villa was a bit odd in design. No shared toilet for the lounge, the only bathroom was a bedroom ensuite. The outdoor furniture was like the cheapest of ikea and uncomfortable. This let the entire villa down.

Good breakfast, very friendly staff, good spacious rooms and clean pool. Unlimited supply of bottled water. Special mention to Mai in reception who was so helpful and friendly. Buggy drivers “Wut” and “Number 1” were exceptionally friendly and helpful they would even guide us where to visit each day in Phuket. Spa services were excellent at the spa pavilion room.

Wi-Fi was a bit dodgy. It was not accessible most of the time within the room. Although the it guy came and said that they were having this issue with some devices and helped out. I would expect a 5 star to have exceptional internet services for what they are charging. Location was very quiet even for a family and even though we had a car we had to wait for the buggy. The drivers were great in that they were limited in number but would try and cater to everyone. Staff are exceptional but management should do better.

This was our third stay at The Pavilions. It feels like coming home, extremely friendly staff who are always available to assist their guests. It is really an oasis with great comfort surrounded by beautiful nature with amazing views.

Some Villa details have to be updated or looked after. Like cleanness of the pool and terras. And some bathroom fixtures.

If you are looking for hideaway luxury in Phuket then look no further than The Pavilions. Everything is taken care of for you, from being chauffeured via golf cart to the different areas of the resort, to Michelin restaurants and top tier service. We stayed in one of the private villas and it was so luxurious, private plunge pool, amazing view and complete privacy. Our children loved the main pool at Firefly and also the food! This was our first time staying in a 5* resort aboard and it was a great experience, for us as a family we are not used to having every need catered for! The resort is a little far out from the beaches and main old town but they have a shuttle bus and taxi via Grab is very convenient. Huge thanks to Jimmi, Waw Waw and the whole team for taking such good care of us and really making our stay a memorable one.

Where can I begin, we were truly excited to celebrate our 8 year anniversary and my husband’s birthday at your resort. Entering your resort with smiles from your security and beautiful scenic entrance. Warmly greeted by Eden and Anthony as we arrived at the lobby. Their warmth and smiles already got us smiling ear to ear. Checkin was smooth and quick. Eden and Chom informed us of all the hotel amenities, restaurants, complimentary happy hours and our villa tour. Villa was beautifully made up with our surprise anniversary and birthday cakes and luxurious bedroom. Our pillow menu order was always fulfilled and presented elegantly on the luxurious bedroom. We were open to the idea of the afternoon tea and happy hours so we tried the bar at Alto and it was just beautiful. Selection of beverages and finger food made it luxurious and classy. Your buggy chauffeurs were always cheerful, happy, smiling and always wishing us a great day ahead or suggestions what to do for the day. We were recommend to try the 360 Bar because of the views and bar available. We were greeted by Praew and BBoy. Their welcoming and genuine attitude made us reserve Table 2 with the view for our whole 6 nights!! Again, your staff are truly one of a kind and amazing. Front desk and housekeeping were very accommodative and attentive when we requested something. Breakfast spread, amazement. Wide spread of food and choices; Intl to local taste buds were all met. Your F&B staff again, App, Army, Honey, Poom, Bank, Rin, Elle, Nuit and many more were just welcoming, knowledgeable and truly magnificent. We were shockingly pleased when we were approached by Jae-Ey and Mild, both of which hold senior positions, coming to greet my husband and I.

Great location surrounded by lush vegetation. The breakfasts and pool are amazing. Coffees are incredible for a resort. The staff were very kind and accommodating… they went out of their way to help. My wife and I had to work during our stay, and the wifi was excellent! No issues doing zoom calls, handling meetings, and connecting with our staff internationally.

The staff struggle to understand English, so sometimes our orders were not correct. Also, the resort meals are pretty expensive. Would be nice if they did deals/discounts for guests staying longer.

We stayed in a tropical view suite and it was beautiful. The suite is very spacious, with two bathrooms. Rooms were nice and clean, staff always made sure that it’s cleaned perfectly and smelled nice. You can communicate with the reception through the app, they reply immediately and they are very happy to help. They will take you with the buggy all around the area. Breakfast was nice and had many choices. We have tried the two restaurants for dinner and food was amazing. It was also my birthday and once I have returned to the room, they prepared a cake and candles for me as a little surprise 🥰. If you wanna feel like you are in a middle of little jungle, and away from all the buzz this hotel is just perfect.

I loved all, only thing is that it is a bit far from everything, however we used GRAB (taxi) and it was easy to get around. Some minor fixes should be done in the bathroom, but that’s fine. Also breakfast would be better if it started at least around 6.30 as it starts and 7 and Ussually the pick up for the tours is before 7 so we couldn’t enjoy the breakfast some days, however they always made sure they prepared the breakfast box for us. Restaurants in the hotel area are a bit pricey, however the food was amazing.
