Great location, and brand new rooms which had everything you would need for a long stay. Bed was extremely comfortable, bathroom was perfect (shower pressure amazing), and the kitchenette, dining table and lounge area were great. Fabulous value for money. I parked right outside the door, so that made it especially convenient. The gym and pool and other facilities were also great. Would definitely stay again.

When I arrived there was no-one to help, despite there being 5 staff at the front desk. I had to unload my own car onto a baggage trolley, go park my car and then wheel my own baggae trolley to the front desk. Was very strange - none of the staff appeared to be the slightest bit interested in helping. Having to leave a USD100 deposit was the strangest thing ever- and to be told that I wont get it back for 2 months is just really strange. Not sure this is good practise for a hotel.

Modern and very nice place. With every opportunity you would like, or dream off. Restaurants, pool, playground/kids club, spa, fitness, yoga and so on. Free shuttle van til Boat Avenue and Layan beach. Perfect ❤️🇹🇭 Staff so professional and helpful. Not walking distance to shops. But they have a Shuttle Van service. Only one Yoga class in one week.

Service was good. My family room was spacious and comfortable. Quiet and peaceful. Free parking. Kids club.

I didn't like that room deposit needed to be in Cash instead of credit card. We didn't bring too much cash so the room deposit of 3000 baht took up quite a bit of our spending money. Also, I rented a car in Phuket and there weren't enough parking lots in the hotel. Thankfully, the staff were there to help when I had problems getting in and out of the carpark. Swimming pool not so interesting for children but it's clean at least.

Great Kids club and very easy to book babysitter so we could spontaneously also have our little on in there (kids under 4 need babysitting), Pool is great, enough lounges. Gym is big, shuttle service available to the beach which is beautiful and a lot more quiet. Breakfast also very good

A bit too Russian focused, food options are limited and expensive for what it is.

Spectacular we had the 2 bed apartment suite with private pool . Beauty high end guests , in the “ Russian “ side of Thailand where there is beautiful beach clubs and restaurants . Best food in Thailand . Great gym and sauna Staff are so helpful with bookings, organising boats ect and just generally very helpful . Extended for quite a while and actually going back tomorrow . Great breakfast and stunning pool . Really really recommend . Feel like I have found a hidden gem

Nothing it was amazing

The bath in the room was nice, I didn't hear the noise from the construction site. The hotel seemed pretty advanced. Like the fact that it's located in a remote area.

The room was not the freshest and might require some little repair here and there (e.g. the balcony door did not lock at all). I saw a cockroach once, called the reception and nobody actually came to help me.

The breakfast was pretty decent and freshly made. The location wasn’t close but it wasn’t far either, happy medium about 20mins from Patong

This hotel is a great place to stay, highly recommend it. Facilities and the rooms were fantastic and super clean.

The entire experience was amazing. Very quite place nice and clean.

The restroom shower knob was a bit tuff to move around.
