I recently stayed at your hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a perfect retreat after a long day. I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities and the stunning view from my window. The location was ideal, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. Additionally, the breakfast offered a fantastic variety, catering to all tastes. The Vila was great, pool amazing, view decent, nothing wow. Got lucky to not have another vila in front of ours, otherwise the view would be non-existent. Good communication on wapp with the staff.

Breakfast was terrible, we tried 3 different options, all bad. Food at lunch/dinner decent, but you have to order until 4pm if you’re planning to have dinner. You definitely need to use a car or scooter, the location is kinda far from everything. Also found out about the 2000 bahts deposit at the checkin, we weren’t told about this and got a bit of a suprise. Beware of the wildlife, got some freaky surprises with a giant spider, mosquitos etc.

𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 : Quiet and peaceful but far from the main attractions. Nevertheless, it was easy to get Grab to move around, so it wasn't a big deal. 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐟𝐟𝐬 : Very friendly and helpful. Front desk staff especially Pokpak and Anna were very helpful. They arranged extra blankets and helped us to arrange a taxi to the airport. 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭 & 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤𝐟𝐚𝐬𝐭: The menu offered is quite acceptable. Both Thai and international foods are offered. 𝐑𝐨𝐨𝐦: Exactly as shown in the pictures. Very clean and comfortable. The room is sound proof, so you won't hear any noises when the doors are closed. The pool is maintained well and clean. Some deposit is required upon check in, which is refundable. 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐬 : Good service by everyone in the resort. They message us daily to check if any breakfast or dinner is required. They also arrange the room cleaning service timing according to our preference.

The resort is pretty new. Some improvement could be made. 1. Appreciate if extra coffee, teas, sugar can be provided in the room. Only 2 coffee capsules were given daily. It would be nice to have tea bags as well. 2. The cafe / restaurant can be improved. As this resort is located far away from town, it would be nice to have restaurants open to cater for late night dining. 3. Just a note for elderly people or anyone using wheelchairs, there are many steps to the villa, so required climbing up and down a bit if your villa located at different levels.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for one night before our flight to Chiang Mai – and we truly wish we could have stayed longer! We booked two Modular Cabin rooms, each with two bedrooms, a living room, and a private pool – absolutely perfect! The hotel is peaceful, green, and uniquely luxurious. A real hidden gem. The service was exceptional – the entire staff was kind and attentive, with a special mention to Fern, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They even created a WhatsApp group for us with the hotel staff for anything we needed – such a thoughtful and helpful touch! The location is great, just about 25 minutes from the airport, which made it super convenient for our travel plans. Highly recommended for both families and couples. We would love to come back!

I absolutely loved the hotel and its staff! The experience was beyond amazing—it was the perfect place to disconnect and relax. The staff was incredibly helpful and quick to respond to all our requests. Even when I asked for a blanket at 2 AM, it arrived within five minutes! A special shoutout to Pond, who was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. Renting a motorbike from him was so easy, and he provided excellent guidance that made our trip even more enjoyable.

The location was a bit far but its very close to Laguna boats with is 10 minutes with a bike and 5 minutes from banana beach which was amazing!

My wife and I stayed our first 3 nights of our honeymoon in Phuket at AKRA and it was truly a wonderful experience. The staff is very warm and kind and attended to all our needs 24/7 through their WhatsApp service. For our next visit to Phuket I will be staying at their resort for sure. Thank you to Pond, Mai, Earn, Fern and the rest of the AKRA team!

The location for those who want to visit the city a lot may not be the best, but remember that this place is a hideaway like it states in the name

New and modern Villa, the design is perfect, clean and the pool was quite big. I loved everything in this villa even they have smart TVs with Netflix 😍👌🏻

The breakfast wasn’t good and you have to choose one item from the list! I highly recommend them to change this breakfast style and make it like open buffet with variety choices. The restaurant close at 4:30 Oman’s can’t make any order for Dinner after this time! Finally, the location is kinda far from attracting places..

location and view was amazing, the staff are willing to do anything to make you happy, privacy is excellent, rooms do not leak sounds at all.

the hotel is more of a serviced villa than a resort or hotel, keep that in mind when visiting. services close at a specific time and services are limited.

We liked this place so much! Great service, great staff (very kind of them), great facilities. Our unit is located in the first line, so even greater view and privacy. The rooms are well managed, all new and clean, we slept well and the kids are not willing to leave after just 2 nights... we will definitely come back

the location is far away from the activities, but it is known beforehand. Recommend to have a sun umbrella at the terrace.

So relaxed on top floor balcony where we enjoyed high view of the island. Their clubhouse in the wood serves good coffee and cakes. Highly recommend this property for those who are looking for lazy holiday.
