Super clean, beautiful views of the street and the beach! Easy check in - my room was ready before 2pm so I could check in early which was good - and the staff are just so wonderful. Amazing location right on Nai Thon beach and 2 min walk from all the cute markets and bars/restaurants! I had THE most amazing massage from a lady called Kung - they were so friendly and my body felt incredible afterwards. I was given some detox tea to reset before carrying on with my day as well it was unreal

I didn’t mind it at all but you have to walk upstairs as there’s no lift

The staff was so very welcoming and helpful (thanks you so much again for your help with our bag left in the taxi)! Our room was clean and spacious. Housekeeping is on demand. Opposite is a great place to eat or have drinks. We like the beach which is 5 min walk.

We encourage the management to use water fountains for refill, which means less plastic bottles. The 3rd or 4th floor without lift can be challenging.

the staff is extremely nice. the lady who runs the hotel is really smart and possesses excellent social skills. the cleaning lady is also very friendly (this is so often not the case and really upsetting to me as they obviously enter your room and have access to your belongings). It’s a perfect location to go to the beach early morning. There are very good shops just 10m on the right and a laundry. You won’t find anything better for that price

The people in Nai Thon are really weird and not friendly. I had an attitude from several service guys at restaurants as a travelling single woman. The tourists are also horrible who go there, it’s not the Russians, but overall, many are conservative, boring middle class folks who like to gossip bc they have no life. One woman copied my entire look the next day - from head to toe but gossiped with her husband about me that I had to go over and tell her my opinion. I mean, it has nothing to do with the hotel, but you might think about coming to Nai thon if you’re alone. I extended my stay but went to Layan Beach, Surin and Banana Beach instead - where I did not have any of these experiences

Cheap as chips, massage down stairs awsome, a short skip to the beach, the hotel across the road 224 a night this is 33 and lovley big rooms and clean. 6 min walks to all the shops,restaurants and more massage. Beach was cleaned every morning.

Tv wasn't working did nothing to fix it, girls are very lack luster.

Big, Comfortable bed. Great shower. Good aircon. Friendly, welcoming and helpful hosts. Few minutes' walk from the beach and street food. Nice restaurant opposite. Beach towels loaned. Free foot massage with 3+ days stay was great - very relaxing. Place was in good condition and room had been redecorated recently, nice fresh white paint really made it look nice. Would have stayed longer, but they were fully booked.

Would have liked to be able to make tea / coffee in the room. Not a criticism of this hotel, but there's a bit of trash on the street in Naithon which detracts from the beauty of the place.

Across from Naithon Beach so good access to the beach. Very helpful and attentive staff. Cool vibe. The room was nice with a small balcony. Drinking water provided.

The hotel should advertise more as the main signage on the property pointed to the massage parlour which is in fact part of the hotel. A bigger hotel sign would be helpful.

Lovely small hotel close to the beach. We stayed here as soon as we arrived in Thailand, and it was an excellent choice because it’s a charming and quiet little town. The hotel is also a massage center, and Pai gave us amazing massages. Highly recommended!

Everything was nice, swimming pool, retaurant and shopping mall inside, there's a 7-11 50m away, security guy was super nice, spent time talking and enjoying the conversation even.

Being picky, but not hose for the toilet and no balconey, if you smoke you will have to go out.

Convenient location to the beach and great restaurant’s. Just a minutes walk. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Katty at the front desk is happy to answer all of your questions. Massage parlour on location with top rate massages. Lee and Champ are professional and experienced. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend.

You literally stay there for free, it’s right at the beach, the staff is lovely and nice all the time. they have good coffee. I stayed at many good 5 star hotels and still enjoyed my stay here very much.

The people in Nai Thon are lower middle class and horrible. They’re truly a nightmare and very weird, except the staff at this hotel. that’s the only reason why I’ll never return
