The suite was spacious and larger than we expected with a second bedroom with a twin bed. The bath on the balcony was enjoyable and private. It is located in a quiet town which is walkable to multiple restaurants, a few shops and street vendors. The beach is across the street and perfect if you bring your own beach accessories. There is an elephant sanctuary 5 mins up the road. Felt very safe at all times of the day/night. No party scene and perfect for family trip.

The property is going thru and expansion and the space felt a bit like a makeshift until the full hotel becomes operational. Breakfast was adequate nothing exciting. Pool towels ran out often so you have to grab them in the morning. It’s not a beach front property although 3 mins from the beach.

We liked the spacious room with a balcony and how easy it was to get to the beach, the rooms were modern and clean and comfortable , staff were very attentive and friendly

We only had breakfast in the hotel once and the options were very limited, we paid 450 Baht each to find there were no eggs been replaced and was just a very sparse variety. Only other complaint is the pillows weren’t particularly comfortable and both of us were waking up with neck and back pain

New and modern rooms, very clean. Good location - beach, cafes, shops, pharmacy, all day market near by. We didn't take breakfast as there are a lot of spots to eat near by what you really want.

Construction noise during the day. Off the main drag up a side street which confuses Grab and Bolt drivers.

The rooms are spacious. Nice green territory. Very good breakfast! The beach is very close, 5 min walk. There is shadow on the beach for people who don’t want to get exposed to the sun. Good air conditioning. There is beach bag in the room that you can use and beach towels. The staff is nice. There are some cafes around and a supermarket. Not much shopping around but basic souvenirs, food and toys are accessible. There is room service for food and it’s not very expensive. There is a laundry service in the blue restaurant outside of the hotel - much cheaper than laundry of the hotel (120 baht per 1 clothing item in the hotel vs 120 baht per kg in street laundry and it’s ready the next day).

The pillows are uncomfortable but you can rent a latex orthopaedic pillow for 350 baht a day which I did. Air conditioning can be a but loud depending on the settings. The sliding door to the toilet is loud and not very easy to move, also there’s a bit of a smell in the bathroom in general but that’s probably common issue in the humid country. You need deposit 100$ when checking in, and 200 baht for each additional key (you get 1 key for 2-3 people room).

Newly built hotel so new, clean rooms. Pool area is nice, also close to the beach. There is minimarket and few restaurants nearby. Seems like the area is an upcoming thing, lot of building work everywhere. Staff at the front desk and breakfast were incredible. We had to book our room due to our flight being cancelled so we were pretty tired after being at the airport all day, they made us feel welcome and looked after. Best service we had on our entire trip. Breakfast was variety of fruits, yogurt, rice dishes, chicken sausage, omelette bar, different breads and pastries and cereal. Coffee machine was good, if you like stronger coffee put espresso on top of your cappuccino.

The hotel is still being built so there can be construction noises throughout the day. The pool is accessible (Jan 2025), breakfast is served etc so the basics are functioning. Beds and pillows are really firm and the ac blasts straight to your bed. Small minus that there was not gluten free bread available, also limited amount to eat for celiacs.

The staff didn't want to book us a local taxi to the airport, they wanted us to use the hotels taxi service for twice the price. It wasted our time and meant we had to walk with heavy bags to the taxi point in the town and were later to the airport, we had asked earlier in the day if they could book a taxi later on and the said yes. It felt as if they were friendly and helpful until the moment you check out and then they are not interested. It's never been a problem in other hotels to call a local taxi. Wasn't a nice end to our holiday.

Very modern and luxurious room with every you need. Worthwhile paying extra for the room with direct pool access. Comfortable bed and couch. Nice big shower and decent sized bathroom. Good room service selection and nice pool. Very friendly staff.

The taxi to the airport was 800 baht for a 15 minute ride which I thought was very expensive. Apps like Grab offer at least half that price for the same ride duration. The music by the pool was quite loud at times but I suppose they were blocking out nearby construction. We were woken up a few times throughout the night as we could hear our neighbor's quite clearly.

This hotel is located just a short walk from Nai Thon Beach, which is peaceful and quiet a refreshing change from the crowds at Patong, Kata, and Karon. It’s also close to the airport, making it very convenient. The room was new, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The Wi-Fi was excellent, allowing me to easily upload and share my Phuket trip photos with friends back home. A great place to relax and enjoy a more laid-back side of the island.
