It was so beautiful, picturesque, and clean. Everything was laid out really well and it was so amazing. It was also super close to 3 main beaches (5 min drive). The staff was so helpful, kind, spoke great English, and really made this one of the best vacation spots I’ve ever been to.

Room cleaning seemed a bit sporadic. We could request to get our room cleaned but it wasn't done automatically.

Great property. It a brand new resort and has amazing villas with great view. Staff was too friendly and helpful. Receptionist actually upgraded us to a higher villa. Highly recommended

Having just spent 3 weeks in Thailand I think this was by far one of the best resorts we have stayed in. The facilities, the lagoon rooms, the staff, the floating breakfasts I highly recommend it all! We were greeted with big smiles from Pew and the other lovely ladies at the front desk. They were so helpful getting us sorted and settled in our room after a huge day of flights and travelling, nothing was a hassle. We also enjoyed a fabulous floating breakfast in the pool right outside our door. Also 10 minutes to the airport! We loved it! Thank you all ❤️

Clean, decor, friendly staff, 10/15 minutes from Phuket Airport, when booking taxi make sure it’s clear ‘sugar marina lagoon’ as there’s another hotel with the same name about 5 mins from airport

Last orders at restaurant for food and drinks 20:30 too early but didn’t seem to be busy at all, not many sun loungers but wasn’t a big problem as we always got one throughout different times of the day

This hotel is the best option to stay in a night before your flight. It s very close to airport and offers rooms with free shuttle to the airport. We took one night and room with jacuzzi and pool access. Was nice, refreshing before our long flight back home. Room is small but equipped with everything necessary. There is variety of food for room service. Pool is nice, big and not crowded. Whoever stays longer- there is shuttle to three beaches on daily basis. There is 7/11 2 min walking next to the hotel.

The only thing I think needs improvement is breakfast. It s small choices, and adding some hash browns, cheese and maybe hot chocolate would be much better.

I wish we had stayed longer. A slice of paradise tucked away! Now that we’ve concluded our family holiday, Sugar Marina set the bar high for the following two weeks travelling Thailand. Every place we stayed we found ourselves comparing it to Sugar Marina and it was by far our favourite hotel. From the conveniences and fun of having a pool access room, to the waffle mix in the breakfast buffet (massive hit with the kids), 7/11 across the road, the beach only minutes away and to everything on the dinner menu including desserts, it was all amazing. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, and it really is a hidden gem. We would love to come back again!
