The lunch menu at the restaurant was somewhat limited, with few options to choose from. However, after two days, the staff was accommodating and allowed us to order dishes that weren’t on the menu. There were a few communication issues with the staff, but these were quickly resolved with management’s assistance. Overall, there’s little to complain about—it was a great stay.

Amazing hotel, large and very nice rooms. Food was amazing, especially the Italian restaurant. Must have been the best Italian food we ever had outside of Italy. Staff was great, very friendly and personal. The beach is quite some steps down the cliff, but worth it very much (transfer available as well). The beach is great, sand, the colors and the waves are amazing! Very nice initiative of the hotel to clean the beach weekly with guests invited.

It is indeed a very nice hotel. The location was remote and the surroundings were silent. Rooms were spacious and clean, water was supplied daily and free of charge. What I liked most of all was the beach with very few people and breakfast with so many choices, it was hard to decide what to eat every morning.

It is not something that I disliked, but rather to keep in mind. The hotel is on quite a steep hill, meaning you either have to climb a lot or call a car to take you to the room. The cars are not electric, so there is some noise due to this. As the hotel is in a quiet place, it is also slightly away from the city or Bangla road if you want to visit (around 30-40 min by taxi). In a small town outside the hotel there are only a few cafes to have decent dinner, so if you are staying longer, that might be an issue.

The family room and its location to the pool and the kids club were amazing. The breakfast was stunning. The direct access to naithon beach and its surrounding was very nice too.

Room service food was not good and the fact that they put 2 free coffee capsules with a note and more in the drawer without a note and you only discover that they are not free when you're asked to pay for them in the check out bill. They dont even mention it directly as they do with the "sprite" for example nor they put you a reciept the next day of using it like they do with other stuff from the mini bar. Very not 5 star hotel act.

Villa with pool was so amazing and beautiful. Staff was so kind and in help 24hrs and room service was in time, But please keep in mind that phuket is like a forest you might see bugs such lizards (geckos) or mosquitoes so don’t be shocked, you can let the crew to spray out the room before you come. Special thanks to Syn for her kindness, help and efforts. Breakfast was nice.

Nai Thon beach is a great beach in the north of Phuket. The village has several good and relatively cheap local restaurants, a market, lots of friendly fruit and seafood vendors, lots of shade on the beach and the locals are very friendly. The hotel itself is beautiful, the ocean view rooms are irresistible. The terrace from which you watch the waves will remain in our memory. The hotel staff is also friendly. The infinity pool was amazing.

Well, not much, but I have to admit that the food in the main restaurant could be improved.

This is our third time staying at the property and we simply love it. First of all the overall design of the resort is absolutely gorgeous. Modern contemporary with Thai elements. Very airy and open. The rooms are a good size and all feels very new and well taken care of. Our highlight is the delicious and very rich breakfast every morning. Wide selection, all is super fresh and tasty. The pool and deck have a good size with spectacular views over the beach. You can either have dinner in the hotel or just go down to the road and you’ll find little restaurants. We will come back for sure

We love all about the property. If I had to say one thing, it’s the stairs down to the beach. Area is sometimes not very appealing.

The bed was very comfy and the AC works very well in cooling us under Thai hot weather. The breakfast buffet spread was generous even though they didn't change much in terms of food offer (we were there for 5D4N). You could get a great mix of continental, Thai, Asian and Western options. The fruits served were fresh, the baba ganoush dip and other middle eastern dips were something we really enjoyed with cheese and bread. The staffs were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel has a perfect holiday vibe suitable for people of all age. The amenities and facilities are decently kept and everything functions as it should. It has a well maintained gym, 2 pools, multiple sunbathing area and workout platform. The landscape and hygiene of the hotel is also very well maintained. The public toilets were clean, air-conditioned and had fresh hand towels. My friend and I really enjoyed our stay here and can't wait to be back again if we are back in Phuket again.

The location is close to airport but far from everything so this is more suitable for people who want to enjoy a resort styled holiday. From here to Phuket old town, Patong, Big Buddha each would take 50 mins ++ one way and return would usually take 2 hours (the cab fee for return would be USD27 in Sep 2022 rate). From our room to lobby also take quite some walking as it is build on top of a hill so be ready to walk a bit more than usual and it's not too disabled friendly. We would love that if the room's toilet has bidet (only public toilet has bidet), but that's not too much an issue for us. These are not complains just some observations, as we all have difference needs and preferences, so each to their own.

My overall impression of the hotel is that it is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Phuket. The rooms are great, with plenty of space and all the amenities you could need. I particularly enjoyed the amazing views from the rooms, which offered a stunning panorama of the sunset and the beach. The pool is also a highlight of the hotel, with its beautiful design and fantastic views. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing or exploring the local area. One of the standout features of the Pullman Hotel Arcadia, however, is the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how friendly and helpful everyone was. They went out of their way to ensure that my stay was as enjoyable as possible, and were always available to answer any questions or provide recommendations for things to do in the area. Overall, I would highly recommend the Pullman Hotel Arcadia to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in Phuket. With its great rooms, friendly staff, and amazing pool, it's the perfect place to relax and enjoy all that this beautiful part of Thailand has to offer.

Breakfast is outstanding. Everywhere around the hotel is clear. They have shuttles for beach,pools etc. Main pool is big but it need some repair. Adult pool is very good. You should try it. Hotel contains restaurants in it. You have plenty of food choices.. Our room’s view is amazing. And also they can provide guidence for activities around Phuket.

The hotel is really close to the Phuket Airport. But Phuket’s popular places like Phuket Old Town, Pa Tong is nearly 40 min. away. You should consider it while booking. Air conditioner is a little bit noisy.
