The lunch menu at the restaurant was somewhat limited, with few options to choose from. However, after two days, the staff was accommodating and allowed us to order dishes that weren’t on the menu. There were a few communication issues with the staff, but these were quickly resolved with management’s assistance. Overall, there’s little to complain about—it was a great stay.

Amazing hotel, large and very nice rooms. Food was amazing, especially the Italian restaurant. Must have been the best Italian food we ever had outside of Italy. Staff was great, very friendly and personal. The beach is quite some steps down the cliff, but worth it very much (transfer available as well). The beach is great, sand, the colors and the waves are amazing! Very nice initiative of the hotel to clean the beach weekly with guests invited.

This is not my first time stay in Phuket but definitely this is my first luxury hotel stayed. It was phenomenal. From arrival to departure all the staff was so friendly and helping. My room was ocean view and it was amazing. Early morning you can hear the sound of wave, birds chirping, sound of trees, greenish landscape. Room was nicely done and the bed was so comfortable. All amenities are in place and the best part is the beach bag. It was handmade by rotan and guest can carry along to outside. I intend to buy one at the boutique but it was still close during my check-out time. Boutique open only in the afternoon. Too bad for me. Breakfast was so good. Variety of food prepared by the hotel for the guest. Guest can choose either to enjoy meal outside the hall or inside. Wifi around the hotel was so good. Good connection. I have no problem at all. 2 swimming pool ready to be used. One was for adult and the other one for family with kids. Both pool was so clean. Gym equipment also very nice but i did not workout this trip cause I travel alone. I just enjoy the greenish scenery, swimming on the beach and sun tanning. On the last night stay, I had my dinner at the Italian Restaurant in Pullman, Vero (Trattoria & Wine bar). Food was delicious and the environment was so calm and relax. The staff was so nice and good and always smile. Beach was just a walking distance from the hotel. Swimmers are advice to swim at the designation area where life guards are station cause the wave are quite big. Overall, I do really enjoy staying at this hotel and definitely will come again.

Villa with pool was so amazing and beautiful. Staff was so kind and in help 24hrs and room service was in time, But please keep in mind that phuket is like a forest you might see bugs such lizards (geckos) or mosquitoes so don’t be shocked, you can let the crew to spray out the room before you come. Special thanks to Syn for her kindness, help and efforts. Breakfast was nice.

Don’t hesitate just book this hotel! I was a bit sceptical when booking it as some of the reviews were negative, but after spending 4 days here this place is a solid 10! The grounds of the resort are beautiful and well kept, every single member of the staff is amazing and friendly, the room is modern, beautiful and super clean - we let our 1 year old baby crawl around it was so clean! The breakfast buffet is very versatile suitable to both Asian and European palates. The resort is super kid friendly, the kids club is clean and well equipped, gym is also great. Room service was fast and tasty. Regarding some of the negative comments - yes there are a few tiles missing from the pool and there are loud frogs giving a concert at night, but that just adds to the jungle charm of this place. Wish we stayed longer!

From arrival to departure it was all amazing definitely will come back and stay . This property is so underrated. From the room to the breakfast buffet to the car service to the adult pool and bar happy hour ( buy 1 get 1 free drinks ). All the ppl are so pleasant and helpful ! But that breakfast buffet and the juice bar omg . The scenery makes you feel so at peace and happy . This is as definitely a great way to start off my week. Not to mention they decorated my bed and sent me a desert and candles

The only downfall is it 45- 1 hour of many attractions but still a vibe . I grabbed a bolt and still toured the city .

It is indeed a very nice hotel. The location was remote and the surroundings were silent. Rooms were spacious and clean, water was supplied daily and free of charge. What I liked most of all was the beach with very few people and breakfast with so many choices, it was hard to decide what to eat every morning.

It is not something that I disliked, but rather to keep in mind. The hotel is on quite a steep hill, meaning you either have to climb a lot or call a car to take you to the room. The cars are not electric, so there is some noise due to this. As the hotel is in a quiet place, it is also slightly away from the city or Bangla road if you want to visit (around 30-40 min by taxi). In a small town outside the hotel there are only a few cafes to have decent dinner, so if you are staying longer, that might be an issue.

The family room and its location to the pool and the kids club were amazing. The breakfast was stunning. The direct access to naithon beach and its surrounding was very nice too.

Room service food was not good and the fact that they put 2 free coffee capsules with a note and more in the drawer without a note and you only discover that they are not free when you're asked to pay for them in the check out bill. They dont even mention it directly as they do with the "sprite" for example nor they put you a reciept the next day of using it like they do with other stuff from the mini bar. Very not 5 star hotel act.

Top notch resort with very few glitches. Great rooms at perfect condition. Nice swimming pool with amazing view. Good breakfast. Perfect for a relaxed stay and spending time mostly at the resort.

Resort is on a hillside so walking about involves steep slopes. Family pool was a bit unmaintained - tiles dislocated from the bottom. Beach is nice but a bit remote and involves a few dozens of stairs and a few minutes of walk. Very few tourist services (restaurants, shops, food stalls, taxis) outside the hotel. One of the two hotel restaurants is closed for renovating, the other is very expensive in Thai scale.

Everything was amazing. Both pool areas were great and the food/drinks were delicious. The buffet breakfast was the best we've ever had with a multitude of different options. Room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Prices were what you would typically expect for a resort of this quality with no surprises. The surrounding area was peaceful while still having a few different options for food/drinks. Locals were much less pushy than in other touristy areas (eg. Patong).

The resort has a sustainability certification which is great but they still use single use packaging for room service and at some of the bars which was disappointing.
