Everything new as recently opened

Didn’t feel like a proper hotel. Just a basic boxed shaped room. No table and chairs on the balcony

It is in front of the beach and there is convenience store near by

Very good, freshly built hotel in a new development on Nai Thon Beach. Everything is new and in a very good condition (June 2025). Beach is about 100 meters away. Grocery store nearby. Nai Thon beach is one of the best places in the entire Thailand. Though local vendors could put a bit more effort into maintenance.

Balcony is a joke. It is neither nor kind of situation. The way how they installed the A/C is another joke. You would call it "Thai style". Local vendors and town administration do not care much about the beach, though it is the pearl of the Phuket and entire Thailand.

Breakfast had a good selection. Soya milk available which was great ! The area next to the reception and pool layout I thought provided a great space for meeting , or working as well as relaxing in the swing chairs provided The area was very clean and spacious.

Close to the beach and super cleaning staff. Nearby shop , fresh fruits and smoothies daily. Low season so was quiet. Totally enjoyed the beach and sea temp

1 miserable receptionist who spoke in her language across customers! Made to carry own bags up 3 flights was a shock!

Location of the hotel is perfect, everything in the room is new, ladies at the reception were very kind, cleaning was done daily, I enjoyed staying in my room.
