Wonderful staff! So friendly and welcoming. It’s really the thoughtful small touches that made this such a wonderful place to stay. We stayed for a few nights and then left for a diving trip returning to the property 5 days later. The resort loaned me a towel and a beach tote for our dive trip, they stored our bags, and laundered our traveling clothes for the trip home. When we returned from diving, our bags and clothes were in the room. It’s the small touches like that which makes this such a wonderful resort. As a person in the hospitality business, I can recommend this resort without reservation! Enjoy!

excellent location - in walking distance to restaurants and markets but at the same time lovely and quiet, beautiful view from the restaurant and pool area, friendly and helpful staff, environmental sustainability part of their ethos, lovely spacious and well presented rooms, great buffet breakfast, well priced and cooked food in the restaurant.

Such a charming hotel by the sea, close to shops, bars and restaurants. Small hotel, therefore very quiet and relaxing. The whole team is SO adorable, welcoming, available. Special thanks to Joy, Noey and Pea. Great food as well. We definitely recommend a stay there.

Great sense of hospitality from the reception, super clean room, large and comfortable bed, lots of water in the shower. The breakfast was nice too. Beautiful swimming pool. It's located at a walking distance from the town center. The reception organized the minivan for me to go to my next destination. The hotel feels exclusive, but still very friendly.

Nothing to complain about, I rarely give 10 on booking.com. This is the kind place I'd go again without hesitation.

Nice hotel :) The room had a real tropical holiday vibe, the room was clean. There were fruit and cookies in the room as a welcome gift. It was fun to get a bicycle for free to explore the area! But what really made our stay outstanding are the super friendly people who work at this hotel! Everybody was so nice to us and they were very professional about their service. I would stay here again if I return to Khao Lak.

The mattress of the bed was a bit hard, this is the only negative.

we really enjoyed our few days stay here. it is close to shops and the market but far enough away to feel a bit out of the way. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and knew us by name in a short time. The resort is relatively small which was another plus. Breakfast was really good too.

It was windy while we were there so no beach for me - but that was because of the season.

It’s a great location - right on the beach while restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The staff were all friendly and attentive to our needs.

The lighting in the room was dim. Coming in from the sunny outdoors, we would have preferred some additional lighting.

Nothing to criticise about the property at all. We probably wouldn’t stay in that area for longer than a few nights as it’s really just for tourists but the hotel was a great start to our holiday.

The Thai food was excellent here, certainly some of the best I’ve ever had. The staff is amazing and friendly. The location is quiet and serene. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well appointed.

No beach but there is one a couple hundred meters away.

The pool is lovely as are the very friendly staff.

The place is looking a little tired and could do with a spruce up. Comfortable seating in the room would be a plus as well.
