Lovely hotel. Staff in restaurants were amazing. Staff in the reception were nice, but they always had to get a manager to answer questions. The managers seem a bit abrupt.

Went for NYE where we paid 6,000 bhart each for the gala. It was such a lot of money with a very poor experience. The staff tried their best but the event was overpriced massively. This is UK prices for an amazing NYE. It was that poor we ended up walking out and going to the beach instead. We also paid for an extra night and asked twice for our room to be cleaned and it was just ignored. A bad end to our amazing Thailand trip to be honest.

Massive pools, plenty of facilities onsite, friendly staff, overall a great time.

Price to buy onsite. 60baht for a Diet Coke, 695 for a buffet evening meal - the hotel is on the beach and just outside the complex on the beach is an array of restaurants and shops that you can eat and shop at. We made the mistake of eating at the hotel on the first night but the second night we had a full meal for the price of one persons buffet onsite at the hotel. Mark up is too much.

The property needs some repairs. The jacuzzi off our pool access room only worked once in 6 days and it took the staff 2 days to look at the problem each time after making contact with them.

Clean tidy rooms, lovely pool area, pretty nice resort.

The customer service didn’t quite match the beautiful environment and surroundings. Compared to other hotels and resorts the customer service was a little disappointing tbh.

Location was good, the hotel was absolutely huge and the staff (I don’t remember his name but he spoke perfect English) were excellent and polite. I’d say if you want a family stay at a resort this is perfect, or a quiet couples holiday, maybe not for solo travellers, but it’s an amazing hotel.

The room is clean. Bathroom is spacious. Balcony look great . Buggy to go around is very helpful and easy to call them . They just come picking up so quick

We had a pool access room and it was lovely, breakfast buffet a great selection

The food in the restaurants was always COLD

Lots of pools, close to the beach, cubby is always available, awesome breakfast

The bed was too soft, it gave me back ache.

Beautiful, large room and excellent breakfast with plenty of choice. Liked the adult zone. Plenty of sunbeds available for the beach.

Surprised how many childrens activities were going on
