The place is very near several 7/11 stores. There are several local food stall along the road which offers great and authentic Thai food. In front of the hotel is also a massage place (was not able to get its operation time), but we were not able to try it (opted to go to Khaosan for massage). The room is spacious and the bed is big and comfortable. It has a TV but we were not able to check it. The hotel also allowed us to avail late check-out (ask the front desk coz they only allow certain time for late check-out). The staff are courteous and friendly, too.

The sink is a little too high (I am 5'2 and my husband is 5'8) and too dim. We also don't have our own wifi connection in the room so the staff asked us to join another room's wifi. We ended up connecting to 3 other rooms' wifi because we always get disconnected. Limited sockets - plugs are only placed in 1 side. On our last day, the aircon was dripping inside the room. We have to turn it off for a while.

Staff are wonderful, cleaning every day if you want it. Good location and 7-11 next door. Super quiet area which is why we chose to stay here rather than the center as we are both really sensitive to noise.

The built in head board is fairly hollow and the beds back onto each other in most rooms so if the person next door has their phone on vibrate on the headboard you can hear it like it is in the room with you. Someone next door had their phone vibrating every 20 seconds until 5:30am until I knocked on their door.

The TV had Netflix! It was really nice not having to pull out my laptop to watch something while I ate or relaxed in the room. Location of the hotel is good, with 7/11 right next door, a few local food stalls close by and a train station less than 10 minutes walk away. The bed was comfortable and the room/hotel has a modern feel to it. Wifi was also good and they accepted my early check-in request :) No problems with any of ride share apps, so GRAB and Bolt worked great!

I had some 'loud' guests staying in the room opposite to mine. Every night I could hear them talking loudly to each other and in early morning someone was playing music. This was annoying and it did disrupt my sleep multiple times. My room was cleaned quiet quickly (within 10mins), so I am not sure how thorough they are...... They also ask for a 200baht deposit towards the key cards, which is not much but something to keep in mind. Price per night may seem a bit steep, considering they don't have much facilities like a pool, gym or sit down restaurant.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, shower was always hot, good size working tv with Netflix and Amazon prime, bed was large and comfy, and room was made up every day. Plus they let us store our bags there in the lobby after we checked out since our sleeper bus wasn’t until 6pm; overall a great stay would definitely recommend!!

Good location. The room was clean and spacious. There is a 711 right next to the hotel which is really convenient. Not sure about transport links because we got taxis everywhere. As we weren’t in the centre of Bangkok, it was quiet and peaceful but close enough to the centre to travel throughout the city.

The shower didn’t have hot water. It was usually lukewarm or cold.

Very nice place with good staff and clean comfortable rooms. It's placed in quite district but there is 7-eleven and a few cafes near the hotel. Blue MRT line is just in 10 minutes of walking.

It's a little bit far from the center of the city, but location is still nice.

Close to Blue line MRT, a few MRT stops to go to the Grand Palace and the Temples, less than 2 minutes walk to 7 Eleven, and the staff are very accommodating. It is located in a very quiet area and yet convenient. Very affordable accommodation.

There wasn't actually anything. However, to those who wish to have tea/coffee in their room, there are no available facilities for it.

The hotel is very clean, aesthetic and modern. The floor-to-ceiling windows make the room look bigger and more premium, and if you like taking selfies, you’ll love the amount of natural light that comes through. The closet has enough space and even lights inside. The bathroom is also very elegant and has a bidet, heater and a window. There is a built-in full-body mirror on the bathroom door which is also very handy for mirror pictures. Everyday, the staff would leave free 2 bottles of water in the room even if we didn’t consume those from the previous day. They offer free coffee and crackers at the lobby. We still had a few hours to explore the city before our flight, and we were able to leave our luggage at the front desk. There’s also a 7-eleven, a pharmacy and several local food stalls around the hotel.

There are just a few things I didn’t like: • During our stay, only one of the front desk agents was able to talk fluently in English. • One room attendant knocked on our door and then just after about 3 seconds, she unlocked it with her keycard. • The hotel is about 4 km away from the city center, so our total transportation cost was a bit high.

Overall room facilities were amazing, and seven eleven is just next to this hotel. Facilities were great too, and air conditioning was very good during our stay.

Very bad, in terms of location. It's bit far from popular attractions in Bangkok.

The hotel staff were really courteous and even provided us with an early check in. Location was the place is great, quaint neighbourhood with really great food options (especially the mango sticky rice shop right opposite to the hotel) within walking distance. All in all a great experience. Will definitely stay again during our next visit.

The washroom could use hooks for hanging clothes and extra towels.
