The deposit for the key was TB500. Most other places it is only TB200. Two of us had to share 1 key The window to the room didn't open, so got very stuffy. There were times we could have just opened the window and not used the A/C, but it was forced close

Loved our stay here! Very spacious, clean, comfortable, the rooms were spotless, exce WiFi with plenty of areas to hang out. The kitchen is well stocked and we really appreciated and enjoyed the delicious free breakfast every morning We also really liked the location, close to bus lines, the boat and you can easily walk to Koh San. There are plenty of convenient stores and eateries around too. Will definitely be staying here on our next Bangkok visit!

If I had to be super picky, it would be great to have a savoury vegetarian option for breakfast. We had to pick pancakes every morning as the eggs had meat. So an alternative would be fantastic.

Yaks House Hostel is perfect for getting some rest. It's quiet, and the beds are comfortable. With curtains, chargers, lights, and huge locker space, it's easy to set up a little home for yourself. I loved the breakfast. The daily free water is appreciated. The wifi is strong. The deity themes give an authentic Thai vibe. It's my third time here, which says it all.

The only downside of this hostel is its location. It's far away from anything notable, and you'll have to catch a taxi to explore Bangkok properly. The water pressure was also a little off.

I love their free breakfast so delicious. I also like they have a group tour you can Join. And the most of all they have a reception area open 24hrs. It’s 12 minutes walk to ferry boat as means of public transportation too bad I found it later in my stay as I always use grab for transport but ferry is super cool and cost cheaper than riding a grab or taxi. They have kitchen area, and a place where you can read books or watch tv. They have washing machine but dryer doesn’t completely dry your clothes. But there’s laundry mat 8 minutes walk from hostel.

The bed is very comfortable and spacious. The building is nicely designed. Breakfast was really good!

The bathroom is incredibly hot! There's no ventilation system both in bathrooms and corridors while rooms are freezing cold

Our stay was great. The hotel is in a great location, the staff were super friendly, and the facilities were very good. We went to celebrate New Year's Eve, so there were a lot of guests. I think that's why the showers weren't as clean as they could be and sometimes they didn't get hot enough (which wasn't a big problem, since the weather was really hot). Also, beds could be more comfortable. Other than that, our stay was perfect. We highly recommend it!!

Room was clean, and water bottle is refilled daily. The free breakfast every morning were good to start the day. Staff service is also excellent, very prompt at responding to my questions prior to the stay, and administrative procedures were straightforward and easy. My roommates were also very considerate and quiet, ensuring minimal movement after midnight despite cubicle walls being paper thin. Restrooms were also clean and kept dry.

The shower heads could be better; the water intensity in the public restrooms is not consistent, sometimes the water would run at strong power and occasionally weaken and then go back to strong again all on its own, and start spraying around the walls due to sudden changes in power, despite being fixed on top. My dry clothes that I set aside got wet the first time.

The staff are incredibly friendly and always willing to help, greeting you with a warm smile. The hostel is clean and has all the necessary amenities. I was truly grateful for their hospitality. The receptionist even gave me helpful tips on where to exchange money and buy a SIM card (Pinklao Center), where I found a great exchange rate and a cheaper SIM card than at Seven Eleven. I truly hope the owner ensures this level of hospitality is maintained. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends! :)

The lockers don't come with a padlock, so make sure to bring your own. It’s not located in the city center where the temples and tourist attractions are, so you’ll need to take a bus or a motorbike to get there whenever u need to. Even though, I'll come back :)

Incredible hostel that truly feels like home. The place is big and spacious, clean and organized. Staff is absolutely lovely and fun to be around. Theres a pretty big kitchen with stove and plenty of pots and pans to make your own meals. Washing machine and dryer is also available for a smaller fee. There’s so many places to hang out, study, work and just relax, it never gets boring being here. My favorite area to work is the coffee shop inside the hostel which serves both coffee and delicious food and sandwiches. As a full time traveler I think this has honestly been the best hostel I’ve ever been too and I’m so happy I found it. And I also want to really give a special thanks to the sweet receptionist Tukta who has been so patient and helpful whenever we’ve had a request or needed help 🙏🏻🙏🏻
