Great location, right on the edge of Chinatown and close to a metro station. Quiet and clean, friendly and helpful staff, good sized room. They did our laundry for a nominal price, and we were able to store our bags there until it was time to check in. Comfy beds. I'm glad we chose this hotel.

We didn't have much of a view, but this is a very minor complaint. We were not in the room enough for it to matter. They did say we would be charged 500 baht if we lost a key, which seems unnecessary, as the keys are just the plastic cards all the hotels have now.

The location is perfect, only four minutes away from night market and MRT in Chinatown, and there are many specialty dessert shops and noodles shops around. The shower is strong, and there are toothbrushes, shower gels, soaps, and slippers. The room is big and the bed very comfortable, especially the towels are new and soft. Perfect completely exceeded my expectations。I would like to special mention to the front desk staff who were polite , attentive and patient in answering my questions. If you need help calling a private chartered car, they will also assist with communication, the price is cheaper than the one on the App. Our family spent the most comfortable three days in Thailand at this hotel.

The location is great, right in china town. The room was clean and the area was quiet.

We had to put down a 500 baht deposit in cash (can't use credit card) which I wasn't expecting. It was returned to us at checkout without a problem though.

Loved this hotel! Nice room with comfortable beds and good a/c. Large bathroom with great shower and plenty of hot water. Staff was friendly and helpful. Fast and reliable wifi (we work online so this is very important to us). The location was fantastic, on the edge of Chinatown, with lots of nice cafes and restaurants close by. Easy walk to the train station if you arrive or leave by train. The closest MRT Station is about 5mn walk.

Great staff who were very attentive and friendly - always willing to help. The room was also big and spacious, with a good sized bathroom. Location to China Town was great - didn't feel unsafe at all and it was very convenient. Modern feel to the hotel which I liked. Would recommend!

It was really noisy for some reason. I had to wear my ear plugs each night as doors were banging and people were shouting, but it didn't seem like it was the other hotel guests?

The location is off the noisy yaowarat streets but means you have to walk about 200m to the busy street. The lobby is big and clean with the cafe coffee-to-order was really good. There's a flight of stairs to the lift. The triplet room is big and clean. Toilet size is good, but the water flow is rhythmic with warm water (not hot). Book the airport shuttle from the counter.

The flight of stairs to the lift is not ideal for elderly. There is no handle bar to hold.

Almost everything. The room was perfect for a family of four. The staff were helpful and friendly, the facilities are great, the location is convenient right in Chinatown and has easy access to everywhere.

Breakfast is just ok, the view outside from the window are two car mechanic shops but not the fault of the hotel (and we didn't care cause, what matters is the location right in the city)

Good location, in centre of Chinatown, close to station. Staff very friendly & helpful. Restaurant & cafe on site but street market & loads of places to eat nearby. Very clean & had everything we needed. Good value for money.

Initially we were in the rooms in separate building at the back which are a bit dark - not much natural light & poor lighting in general. Stayed in main building later in a more superior room - this was a lot brighter.

The location is very central to the city of Bangkok, it allows for easiness of getting to each side of town. It's walking distance to Chinatown and 7/11. The staff are amazing, perfect communication and able to observe the customer needs, many thanks to them for making our stay so wonderful.

There was a bit of dust on top of the beds, the room was quite dark and only warm water coming from the sink

Location, room size, service, cleanliness. This place has it all. Some people on these reviews have written that it’s a 10 minute walk to the MRT station, not sure which direction they were walking in because it’s five minutes maximum. So close to the Chinatown markets, the craziness of the Yaraowat night food stalls, a 10 minute walk to numerous excellent coffee shops. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
