The room was very clean and spacious, with a well-equipped mini kitchen and everything working properly. Loved the beautiful view of the Chao Phraya River and the nearby bridge! Big thanks to the staff who kindly moved our car closer to the exit. Overall, a great stay. I’d love to come back again!

However, power outlets were a bit hard to find, and the one by the bed didn’t work well. No swimming pool, and the parking was quite confusing—we had to drive around to find a spot. We love how spacious the apartment/hotel room is! It was more than enough for a family of 4, I'd say. The housekeeping team has done a fantastic job of cleaning the room daily to our satisfaction. The staff is friendly and accommodating, especially the guards, who always interact with us whenever we come down or up. I also like the location and the incredible view of the river! We were given a room on the 23rd floor, which afforded us an unobstructed river view. It's gorgeous!

The main let-down for me was the breakfast spread. The hotel can do much better with the breakfast offering, especially with a view like that. I understand that guests probably tend not to eat breakfast at the hotel, hence the lack of thoughtfulness put into the breakfast servings, but for the few who do, I feel they'd appreciate a well-prepared breakfast.

Rooms are huge, very comfortable . Korean restaurant next to them as SV shopping building is the best Korean restaurant we have ever been. Manager super nice , they gave us two nights refund because we have to travel ahead of schedule

Little bit far from public transport, but taxi are cheaper here, make sure to ask HOW MUCH TO ? every time, don’t take purple taxi cans, they are mafia group , they will overcharge you. Use grab app . Best, no surprises, and don’t take ride to floating market, floating market is a tourist trap, very expensive, taxi will take a cut, water boat minimum is bath 1000MPER PERSON1!. Lastly, the location is tu km away behind a building gated very hard to fund for taxis, etc. Need better signage on the main roads

The hotel is really nice just the surrounding area wasn’t that nice. Not the hotels fault but should be mentioned.

The behavior of the staff at the reception is very bad, as well as the administrator. I do not recommend this at all, especially for Arabs. I saw disrespect in speaking, raising the voice, and not understanding what the guest needs. I do not recommend it at all.

We love this hotel and wish we could live here! The room was practically designed with everything you need for a long stay. It’s not the newest design nor does it have the most modern equipment but everything was just so nice and right and very clean. The kitchenette offers hot plate stoves, hood, pot, pan, utensils. The bathroom was small but it was so well designed that we didn’t feel squeezed. Gym wasn’t the trendiest but it was enough for us. Staff were very attentive and helpful. The proximity to the river means great breeze even without AC, plenty of food and restaurant and two 7-11. Would definitely stay here again when we’re in the neighborhood.

I thought the breakfast was very good. I would have liked to see an additional fruit drink besides orange juice. And I would have liked to see a few times a week either French toast or pancakes added to the menu.

I would have liked for the attached mall. To be modernized and had more selection in all the empty spaces. Otherwise I enjoyed staying there. I’ll come again.
