-A stunning view of the city's skyline can be seen from the pool floor (7th. floor). -Pretty quiet place -Price is good -Rooms are clean and stunning beautiful

-Ordering drinks to be delivered to the pool area took way too long, drinks were delivered to our room when we were about to leave -Lights were sometimes shut down in the hotel corridors -Pool area needs some maintanance, but because of that there were no other people so you can privately enjoy city view, which was perfectly fine for us.

Great location, mostly well kept with just a couple upkeeping issues But overall good Amazing staff and very fast response, great services The room had nee water every day and had every tool needed for a comfortable stay

The door of the room was giving problems The lock kept broking down The fridge of the room had a terrible smell, like rotten

Breakfast was the same every morning, and housekeeping could have new buckets to clean floor so no need to use hands to rinse water can use your feet to rinse water into bucket

Very clean and comfortable, the personal is helpful and polite. The location is pretty good and the hotel has a parking: it was very important for us as for car travelers. There is a 7-eleven nearby and couple of local cafes so even if your check-in is late you can find some food out there.

Clean, has a convenience store in front of the property, the staff were accomodating and good value for money. The hotel pool had a stunning view of the city.

Hotel was far from the BTS (train station).

Location was a bit outside the main tourist sites and the room was not 100% clean. I found the desks were dusty when I checked in. This hotel is great for value and near lot of restaurants. It is far from the cities main tourist attractions. What you save on hotel you end up paying extra in transportation. Ideal for family or business travellers if you are looking for roomy and quiet accommodation.

It is my first time in Bangkok and grand Howard Hotel gave me a relaxing stay. I love their pool, breakfast foods were very awesome. In front of the hotel is a 7/11 - it adds to my happiness.

Though the hotel is too far from any train station. too far also from their main airports.

The facilities were very nice and the staff were very friendly I was very fortunate to be given a free upgrade to a corner deluxe suite so I am thankful for the member of staff who provide me with the upgrade .

Not the closest to a BTS or MRT line, but you can't pick up the hotel and move it, so all good, haha.

The location was good the beds were decently comfortable. They had a lot to travelers information which was very helpful for first time travellers. Including taxi pricing for local tourist attractions which was super helpful. Patio was beautiful peaceful place for coffee

We weren't allowed to wear our sandles inside and the hard floors plus 5 flights of stairs were hard in bare feet.

The staff were so helpful and friendly, the room and view was great, pool area was very relaxing

Honestly nothing, some people may not like the location because it is s little outside the city, but for us it was perfect
