-Ordering drinks to be delivered to the pool area took way too long, drinks were delivered to our room when we were about to leave -Lights were sometimes shut down in the hotel corridors -Pool area needs some maintanance, but because of that there were no other people so you can privately enjoy city view, which was perfectly fine for us.

Breakfast was the same every morning, and housekeeping could have new buckets to clean floor so no need to use hands to rinse water can use your feet to rinse water into bucket

Very clean and comfortable, the personal is helpful and polite. The location is pretty good and the hotel has a parking: it was very important for us as for car travelers. There is a 7-eleven nearby and couple of local cafes so even if your check-in is late you can find some food out there.

It is my first time in Bangkok and grand Howard Hotel gave me a relaxing stay. I love their pool, breakfast foods were very awesome. In front of the hotel is a 7/11 - it adds to my happiness.

Though the hotel is too far from any train station. too far also from their main airports.

Location was a bit outside the main tourist sites and the room was not 100% clean. I found the desks were dusty when I checked in. This hotel is great for value and near lot of restaurants. It is far from the cities main tourist attractions. What you save on hotel you end up paying extra in transportation. Ideal for family or business travellers if you are looking for roomy and quiet accommodation.

The facilities were very nice and the staff were very friendly I was very fortunate to be given a free upgrade to a corner deluxe suite so I am thankful for the member of staff who provide me with the upgrade .

Not the closest to a BTS or MRT line, but you can't pick up the hotel and move it, so all good, haha.
