Loved the overall aesthetic of the hotel! We got the executive jacuzzi room and it was huge, clean and very comfortable. The staff were very polite and always greeted us with a smile. The location, tho further in from the centre was still great as there were many amenities nearby. It’s also a short walk from AsiaTique, an open air mall with lots of shopping and food. Would definitely patronize again in the future!

The deposit upon checking in Cash only. So I suggest bringing a little more cash than planned just to make sure you have enough for your shopping and expenses. Otherwise no issues! 😊

- Staff is very kind and helpful. They always did their best to answer any request we made. - The room is spacious and clean. Also, it was thoroughly cleaned everyday. - Bed is spacious and comfy. - The jacuzzi added a nice touch. It felt good to have a relaxing bath after a long day roaming around the city.

- There was no wardrobe or closet to unpack into. We had to keep our clothes in the suitcases. - The soundproofing needs to be reviewed.

The hotel is excellent value for money with very nice staff, big room elegantly cool designed in loft style with classic touch. We had a big jacuzzi additional to the bathroom. Very close to Asiatique (walking distance). It has a nice river-view roof top with restaurant and bar although it’s not directly located at the river.

Not a big issue but the windows are opaque for privacy (close to neighbor buildings) - so no view from our room.

The hotel was well located, the rooms were spacious and the rooftop bar gorgeous. It’s near to the pier to get on boats, and Asiatique. Very easy to get taxis and TikTok’s to get to the busier parts of the city

Our main complaint was that the hotel didn’t seem to deal in anything other than cash. This meant we had to leave cash deposits for the three rooms we’d booked, so we’re left with Thai currency we didn’t want as we flew home straight from Bangkok. It was also a bit weird standing in reception whilst they checked we’d left the rooms ok before we were allowed to leave. The pool was more decorative than inviting!

The property is near to Asiatique riverfront where you can ride the boat to nearest tourist attractions in Bangkok.. the staff is very helpful and attentive to all your needs .

Staffs are friendly, polite and very helpful. Parking is convenient.

The AC in the room is loud but didn't significantly disturb my sleep.

Great location, gorgeous rooms. I stayed in the jacuzzi room and it was perfect. Big comfy bed with fluffy pillows. Smart TV in the room. Minibar service with everything you need. Comp water and cookies. The jacuzzi was perfect. The breakfast choice was great, located in the rooftop restaurant giving spectacular views of the city. Would highly recommend dining there in the evening as the sun goes down, gorgeous food and real cocktails with stunning sunset views. Really enjoyed my stay here, it was the luxury last night of my trip I was hoping for.

Hotel once is beautifuly styled and feels so comfortable and relaxing. Out of everywhere I stayed while in Bangkok Hotel Once was my favorite. I was a solo traveler so only booked a pretty standard room but even their standard room was just so welcoming and relaxing rather luxurious feeling. The roof top restaurant is absolutely stunning, you have to see it for yourself! The welcome drinks were such a pleasant surprise. I took many photos of the drinks, they were so so cute! Absolutely amazing location, only 5 minutes walk from Asiatique, waterfront etc, area felt so clean and safe as a solo female traveler. However, even with all these positives, the best part of Hotel Once is definitely the staff. So kind, so helpful, so so friendly. I will most definitely only be staying at Hotel Once every time I am in Bangkok. Thank you so much 🙏

Location, size of room and decor is very nice. The staff were very polite and professional. The welcome drink was a great touch.

The thing that would make the experience even better would be to have halal/muslim food. We didn't know that wiping our face on the face towel and getting some makeup on it would cost us extra money. Because it was our first and only time, they explained and didn't charge us for it. It would be good to know this when checking in. We stayed in the studio apartment which has a kitchen. It would be great to have a bigger bin as the bins in the room are quite small.
