Loved the overall aesthetic of the hotel! We got the executive jacuzzi room and it was huge, clean and very comfortable. The staff were very polite and always greeted us with a smile. The location, tho further in from the centre was still great as there were many amenities nearby. It’s also a short walk from AsiaTique, an open air mall with lots of shopping and food. Would definitely patronize again in the future!

The deposit upon checking in Cash only. So I suggest bringing a little more cash than planned just to make sure you have enough for your shopping and expenses. Otherwise no issues! 😊

- Staff is very kind and helpful. They always did their best to answer any request we made. - The room is spacious and clean. Also, it was thoroughly cleaned everyday. - Bed is spacious and comfy. - The jacuzzi added a nice touch. It felt good to have a relaxing bath after a long day roaming around the city.

- There was no wardrobe or closet to unpack into. We had to keep our clothes in the suitcases. - The soundproofing needs to be reviewed.

The hotel is excellent value for money with very nice staff, big room elegantly cool designed in loft style with classic touch. We had a big jacuzzi additional to the bathroom. Very close to Asiatique (walking distance). It has a nice river-view roof top with restaurant and bar although it’s not directly located at the river.

Not a big issue but the windows are opaque for privacy (close to neighbor buildings) - so no view from our room.

The hotel was well located, the rooms were spacious and the rooftop bar gorgeous. It’s near to the pier to get on boats, and Asiatique. Very easy to get taxis and TikTok’s to get to the busier parts of the city

Our main complaint was that the hotel didn’t seem to deal in anything other than cash. This meant we had to leave cash deposits for the three rooms we’d booked, so we’re left with Thai currency we didn’t want as we flew home straight from Bangkok. It was also a bit weird standing in reception whilst they checked we’d left the rooms ok before we were allowed to leave. The pool was more decorative than inviting!

Hotel Once Bangkok was honestly one of the highlights of my trip—probably the second best thing that happened to me in Bangkok after my visit to Jay Fai! From the moment we checked in, everything about the experience felt luxurious yet affordable. The room was incredibly classy and elegant, with thoughtful touches that made it feel high-end without the hefty price tag. One of the best parts? A bathtub to soak in after a long day walking around in Bangkok’s heat—I felt completely pampered. The bed was so comfortable that we genuinely slept like babies every night. While it’s a bit farther from the hustle and bustle of Sukhumvit, the location is actually very well-placed—quiet and peaceful, but still close to great spots. There’s a fantastic little café just a 1-minute walk away, and Asiatique is only a 12-minute walk, with plenty of restaurants, massage shops, and night market stalls for souvenirs and clothes. If you’re looking for a stylish, comfortable, and relaxing stay in Bangkok that still keeps you close to great food and fun, I highly recommend Hotel Once Bangkok. Would 100% stay again!

The location can’t be beat. We were right near the river and very close to Asiatique with fantastic shopping. The hotel is small and has attractive signage, but it does not have a very “new” feeling. I thought the value was great though and because the room was large, immaculate and attractive. I would stay there again. I paid extra for a jacuzzi tub but I don’t know if I would do that again - the tub was beautiful but the water in the lines had been sitting and it had not been properly sanitized before our visit - I could smell mildew when it was turned on.

The property is near to Asiatique riverfront where you can ride the boat to nearest tourist attractions in Bangkok.. the staff is very helpful and attentive to all your needs .

Staffs are friendly, polite and very helpful. Parking is convenient.

The AC in the room is loud but didn't significantly disturb my sleep.

Great location, gorgeous rooms. I stayed in the jacuzzi room and it was perfect. Big comfy bed with fluffy pillows. Smart TV in the room. Minibar service with everything you need. Comp water and cookies. The jacuzzi was perfect. The breakfast choice was great, located in the rooftop restaurant giving spectacular views of the city. Would highly recommend dining there in the evening as the sun goes down, gorgeous food and real cocktails with stunning sunset views. Really enjoyed my stay here, it was the luxury last night of my trip I was hoping for.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We stayed at the beginning and end of our holiday in Thailand, and both times had to leave early for a flight. For this reason the staff prepared an amazing 'breakfast box' for us to take with us which really helped set us up for the day. The beds were very comfy.

The jacuzzi water did have a bit of a bad smell perhaps from the pumps needing to be cleaned, but nothing to worry about.
