Nice quiet riverside location on the opposite side to Sathorn. Hotel is very new & is small with 33 rooms only but it has lovely amenities including two pools one of which is on the rooftop with great views of the river & city skyline. Top spot to enjoy the happy hour drinks (5-7pm) & a swim. The standard double room without bath was nicely appointed with ample size for a couple with a lounge & plenty of storage space. A few quirks to note though 1. Separate toilet & shower with an exposed vanity. It works but may put some off. Ask the staff to demonstrate where the lights switches are positioned as it took me a day to figure it out. Small things but overall the room is excellent quality. TIPS. *Ask reception about shuttle services (can take you to Icon Silom shopping centre) *Restaurant is a bit expensive *Short Grab (like Uber. Download app) to Thon Buri BTS station (10mins) *Great local restaurants on main road which are inexpensive

Beautiful hotel. Serene spot down the river. Smaller boutique hotel. Beautiful rooms, very large in size. Great friendly staff, all very polite and professional and take pride in the hotel. Good food, lobster Benedict was incredible. Lovely pool areas. Great place to relax. I look forward to coming back.

Needed more information on check in, first example Shuttle services and how the lights and hot water taps worked (these were not easy to use) Bar at pool not open during the day. Too many influencers, quite a few times staff fussing over them, rather than looking after paying guests. Influencers filming a lot - ruins the view and the atmosphere. I feel your hotel is great, it is better to rely on good word of mouth and reviews from paying clients.

Loved that it was very modern, clean and small touches such as the diffusers in the corridors. The boutique feel made it feel very intimate and discreet. The location was perfect and within a proximity of many good locations and attractions. The boat shuttle service offered as complimentary was perfect. Taking us to the amazing ICONIC SIAM shopping centre and also a traditional Thai temple. Staff were very friendly and more than accommodating with any needs we had.

At check out we were advised the laundry bag was not in the room along with the slipper bag. We had not used these nor taken them but was charged.

Lovely small hotel situated along the river. The pool is wonderful - and there is a lovely rooftop bar and pool also. We also booked a room with a small private pool - a great and special experience. A great respite after a day in the busy city sightseeing and shopping. Whilst its a little out of the main area - its very easy to book an uber (Grab) and go anywhere for little cost. The hotel also provides transport to main transport hubs. Perfect place to stay in Bangkok! Thanks to Nuk and his team Boy and Rada.

We liked everything but the breakfast could be improved.

We enjoyed our stay here- the pool is lovely and we looked forward to a swim every afternoon! We stayed for 4 nights in 2 rooms (family of 4). I was concerned that being on the second floor would make pool access dificult but we never had any issue finding a free pool lounger. The included breakfast across the street was fine, in a nice restaurant. This hotel is just outisde the historic city center. It's not really an easy walk into town (hot, and on roads with lots of traffic and without sidewalks), so plan on taking a taxin into town. Taxi (via the Grab app) was cheap so this was not a problem for us. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, however the lighting was VERY dim. AC was fine.

Room is nice and fresh with good size. Roof-top and river-side swimming pools are both well maintained, nice view and relaxing. Helpful and welcoming staff at the hotel restaurant, limited selection at buffet but the a-la-carte breakfast was nice.

Limited ferry service - the ferry captain was just idling and resting on the boat most of the time, highly suggest hotel management to reconsider offering to take guests anytime upon request (the nice property being on the riverside is such a great selling point - not so much if with the limited hourly ferry). Also no ferry service to Asiatique, which could have saved so much time rather than a shuttle car ride. The first room we stayed had issues with TV, phones and internet. Got changed to another room type after complaining.

Loved the very clean and modern rooms, very comfortable bed, fancy pools (rooftop was our favorite), and shuttle boat service which we used more than we thought. In June 2025 during our stay there was only a couple other people using the amenities. 2 of the 3 times we used the pool we were the only ones to be seen - felt like a private pool! The 3 times we used the boat we were the only ones on it. It maybe was down season but it was nice and relaxing to have so much privacy.

Wish the boat shuttle service started earlier than 11am, however we used the morning to chill at the pool. It was definitely hot enough to enjoy the pool in the morning anyways. Didn’t like that the food/coffee was rather expensive.

This property is a hidden gem, sat on the river but not easy to find, it is an escape amidst the bustling city of Bangkok yet it is close to the major landmarks and attractions. The hotel feels so boutique-like, very neat and modern even the rooms are spacious, modern, well equipped and neat! The facilities, like the pool, the outdoor patio and the roof are superb! Not many dining options, but the food was relatively good. The staff are so helpful and promptly support your requests with a great smile. Download Grab if you want to go anywhere and/or order some food because the area is a bit secluded and you won't find a taxi ready at all times although the hotel can arrange for that and also not many restaurant options.

The banquets were understaffed so it took a lot of time to serve food and drinks especially the roof venue where everyone staying in the hotel would go for a sunset chillout.

This hotel is a hidden gem. I'm so glad we stayed here. We were originally booked for one night and stayed for four. We had 3 different room types during this time. Each room has an extremely comfortable bed. Our favourite room was the one with the private plunge pool. We loved the boat service and enjoyed a free river cruise at sunset. The area surrounding it is residential. 7 11 and massage within walking distance and plenty of street food options. A short taxi ride to anywhere else.

The only thing we didn't like was it was hard to figure our the lighting.

small hotel, which makes it feel much less hectic than larger ones. You have a great service team that is ready to accommodate any requests you might have. The pool might not be suited for long swimming sessions but the Riverside view is nice to just relax in. the rooms feel very luxurious and have everything one could wish for. breakfast was nice too and plentiful. overall if you look for something a bit more outside of the downtown area that Is high class but doesn't cost an arm and a leg this is a great place.

if you want to "quickly" go to downtown to shop or so ,except to "icon Siam" it will always take you 30+ min
