The room is clean. Good value for money. Breakfast is good and not expensive. Very accessible to nearby spots, BTS, and Icon Siam. Motorcycle drivers are nearby. Easy to go around.The staffs are friendly and polite. The lobby feels like you’re in a luxurious hotel. Overall 🙌🏻

During my stay, there were people making noises outside the room. Probably a couple who were fighting or others. They kept banging the door, slamming things, alarms keep going off, and even shouting. The disturbance took quite a long while. It sure does nothing to do with the hotel and staff. I just wish that if something like this happens again someone from the property would come and check the people or guests making the disturbance as it would not give other guests a peaceful and fun stay. Thank you.

The mattress was hard as a rock. It was in fact so hard I woke up at 3 am and went downstairs to complain to the reception. But there was nobody, since it's not a 24-hour reception. The next day I talked to the manager and he "upgraded" me with a free top that they put on top of the mattress. Not sure why they don't have them in every room. The manager was super nice but he told me I didn't have it because I booked the "cheap room". Well, no double room should ever have such a hard-as-rock mattress. Anyway, the rest of the nights I slept well due to the "upgrade".

I had a lovely stay at U Sabai Hotel Bangkok. The receptionist was especially memorable—a true gentleman who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The receptionist went above and beyond—when my son wasn’t feeling well and stayed in the hotel room, he kindly checked on him. Additionally, when I called to ask for help paying for my son's food delivery, he paid from his own pocket, and we reimbursed him later. His kindness and helpfulness made our stay even more special. The hotel’s location is convenient, with a nearby shopping mall that is the largest in Southeast Asia (though the name escapes me). While it's a bit far from the main attractions, it’s well-connected. I highly recommend avoiding Grab, as you might get stuck in traffic. Fortunately, there are many great restaurants and massage salons nearby, and another shopping mall close by adds to the convenience. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

The rooms were spacious , Clean , Locations was good . It was a peaceful location in a Residential area . Market , shops , restaurent was walkable distance . Indian restaurent home made kitchen & Cafe was 10 mins walk from this place . Excellent Indian food there at a reasonable Price. The housekeeping , Front office & staff in the restaurent were very good . It has a decent Parking space also for guest coming with their own vehicle . Loved the property for their good value for money . Breakfast buffet was decent with a nice variety of dishes . Over all good stay , will come back again to stay

We had a very quiet and comfortable stay here for 7 nights,we booked 2 rooms for a very modest price,It's on great location, near to all the shops,the staff were very friendly and helpful, it's only a 10 min walk from IconSiam,would definitely stay here again....ps..their in house bar and restaurant serve great food

I wish they'd catered little more for the vegetarians amongst us

Great customer service, helpful and kind....Beyond my expectations. The room was clean. The fact that i can do my laundry there was great since we stayed for 10 days. We ordered a burger and fried rice and were delicious, and breakfast buffet was good also. Would stay there again for sure.

The shower was little small, and every time you taking a shower, the water would spread through the whole bathroom and the floor would be wet. So, you need to wear shoes just to use the toilet and sink after.

Well, it is 2-star so I can't nit-pick. The room was very clean, functional and comfortable. If you don't drive, the BTS is only a ten min walk through back alleys (worth taking that route.) The food was okay. One or two of the staff spoke English, but most didn't, but I like to try and speak Thai. I suppose to some this a negative. The reception and cafe/bar area was very swanky and a nice place to spend your time. All-in-all, I liked my stay.

It does state no laundry service, but I asked and was told to phone room service for laundry. They said they didn't do that - but they had a washing machine (I didn't find it)... But, there is an awesome laundromat 5mins down the road. My only real gripe was I had stayed at better facilitated based hotels for the same money. The slowest lifts in Thailand! Haha.

Comfort cleanliness location staff and the ambience. I was struck with the clean spacious room and the hotel throughout.enjoyed good vibes from the staff. Very helpfull with luggage.

Breakfast was good. But stated a buffet, but was half a buffet. Select one main meal. Buffet for toast jams cake drinks. I think theres room to improove. But a lovely hotel stay and i would recommend it.

It has everything you need although it is a bit basic. The staff is so helpful! 10 mins walk from the nearest metro. Good restaurants are nearby.

Matrass is a bit hard. But i could sleep ok. When showering, it made the whole floor covered by water. It is not that convinient but it is alright. It doenst have electric sockets near the bed.

Super clean, comfortable rooms. Breakfast was lovely. Location good. Easy walk to icon siam then ferry to all the main sights. 10 min walk to train. Laundry downstairs was handy. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an airport transfer booked, but they cancelled it when couldn't find us when they wanted us to confirm again. I was under impression it was confirmed. No message left at our room or phone call so taxi wasn't there at 7am when we needed. Bit stressful, but one was organised in the end. So be sure to confirm your confirmation!
