The hotel has everything you need for a very comfortable stay and the staff is quite friendly, even beyond expectations, helping me even after I had left the place. The breakfast is very good and you have the option to choose between an "American" menu and a local one (definitely try the local one as it was delicious), in the same way you can order extra dishes for lunch or dinner whose taste, price, and value are very good for what you could find outside. The room is small, but clean and comfortable for one person. The location is a bit remote, however, since Bangkok is usually quite chaotic, it's nice to have a quiet and safe place to rest.

The only detail was that for a few days there was a large group of young people staying who made loud noises, slamming the doors, and playing inside the bedrooms until 3 or 4 in the morning; however, since the staff leaves in the afternoon, there was no one to complain to.

Staff was very friendly and prompt/helpful when notified about an issue. Minor drain issue in our bathroom that was sorted within the hour. Communication and welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. Beds are comfy with city noises at night once in a while. Breakfast very good at The Pattern that was included in our package.

Specific area when walking to the public transit system was a little stinky for the city. Still did it every time because it was an excellent time saver. Roads are tight but that is the way it is!

The staff were very friendly and the room was comfortable. The air conditioning was very reliable despite extreme temperatures outside. The hotel was clean and nicely equipped. Overall we think we got really lucky with this place and we enjoyed our stay here.

The bathroom is not very soundproof- if you don't know your roommate very well this could be uncomfortable. The area is not bad, but it takes some time to reach the center.

I liked the cleanliness and politeness of the staff. It was really well designed so I couldn't fault it!

Location is a little far away from most things for a traveller, however this is a minor issue. A taxi ride solves everything.

Comfortability & deco of the room

It's quite ways away from the freeway and other landmarks. There weren't many breakfast choices. Disappointed in breakfast options

We arrived early from our flight. We could have left our bags at the hotel, but the receptionist arranged for our room to be prepared and we were able to have a shower and settle in our room by 11.00 am. After checking out we were able to use the comfortable lounge area until we went to catch our 7.30 pm train. The whole hotel was clean and comfortable. There were good traditional Thai eating places nearby. The area is not so tourist-oriented as other areas of Bangkok, but getting around by Skytrain, metro and river boats was much easier than in some more popular areas of town. The nearest Skytrain station was just a few minutes' walk away. We would recommend this friendly hotel to anybody visiting Bangkok.

honestly it’s perfect, it’s near the BTS train and u can go anywhere in Bangkok from there . it’s like a 5 mins walk to the train. so you don’t have to worry about paying lots of money for travelling. there are lots of street vendors nearby so food isn’t an issue. there is like 5-6 convenient stores every 20-30 secs and it’s also 24 hours. so perfect to buy anything if u need as an emergency. the breakfast is immaculate and it’s just the thing u need to start ur day. the staff is very friendly and will help get around Bangkok. would definitely be back here for my next visit

nothing all , everything was there and it was how I wanted it to be.

it was incredibly clean and safe and the interior was so beautifully done. We had a late check in since we had a late arrival flight and they were still able to check us in (just message the property early if you need this accomodation). The staff were also extremely kind and helpful. There was also a locked entrance door which you needed to scan your room key so it was really safe. It was also located really close to 7-11 and the main roads but it was tucked away so it wasn’t ever loud or difficult to get around. Also, it was super affordable for those on a budget!

The beds are super comfortable. Very friendly and thoughtful staff. Close to all convenience stores (7-Eleven, laundromat, barber shop, bakery, etc.) and close to the /9night market.

It could be a bit noisy (busy street, vacuum in the morning). But it was really acceptable.

Mostly everything. The host was delightful, the villa was amazing and the staff were excellent.

The only downside was the proximity to the airport, as aircraft noise was a bit too much at times.
