New, clean and comfortable. We were on the top floor, so it was very quiet in our rooms. The pool has nice clean water and the location near the skytrain and the river is good.

To get to the hotel you have to go down a narrow alley, and all the streets around seem to be perpetually under construction, so they are either muddy, fresh asphalt or blocked off. The front desk wasn’t very helpful when I asked about boat tours.

A stunning hotel near IconSiam. They also offer a very clean tuktuk service from the hotel to IconSiam/BTS Station for 20 Baht per person. The rooms were perfect for us for 2 nights. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Pool was great, music was great and the cafe downstairs makes some delicious drinks! They offer 10% off for hotel guests. We were also able to check in early and they were also able to look after our luggage after check out. Situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood, you must check out Saan Hotel!

The hotel boasts a fresh, contemporary renovation with chic, high-end finishes that create a sophisticated atmosphere. The team is exceptionally welcoming and attentive, adding a warm, personal touch to the experience. The pool area is pristine and well-maintained, offering a relaxing oasis. The entire property is immaculate, with a pleasant, subtle fragrance throughout.

The narrow driveway leading to the hotel is inconvenient. Many taxi drivers struggled to navigate it.

Such a beautiful accommodation with the absolute highlight being the staff. They were ALL so incredibly kind, always smiling and taking the time to chat with our little boy. There is plenty of delicious street food to be found within walking distance, a 7-11 just at the corner and the most stunning pool to cool off at after a busy morning or afternoon ☀️ We absolutely recommend spending some time at Saan Hotel. Thank you for having us and sharing your kind, Thai hospitality. We will definitely be back.

The hotel features a warm, welcoming design that immediately makes guests feel at home. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room was spotless and well-maintained.

Our room had a balcony with several air conditioning units that produced considerable noise. Unfortunately, the windows did little to block these sounds, allowing outdoor disturbances. While this seemed to be a common issue across the hotels we visited in Thailand, it did noticeably affect the comfort of the room. Without the AC noise, I would have gladly rated our stay as excellent.

Quiet location in the backstreets but still walking distance to iconsiam, ferries and BTS station. Also close to 7/11s and anything you would need. They also have laundry and dryer for 5x 10 thb coins each which was convenient. The gym is new and the pool was generally quiet when we were there. The staff (concierge, room service and security) were lovely and helpful.

The gym was clean and looked almost brand new but did not have enough machines, it would be nice if there was more added and more use of the rooftop level.

Excellent location can walk to icon Siam in about ten minutes. Also 7 11 right outside hotel. Hotel has a tuk tuk to icon Siam which cost 60 baht (20 per person) we used once it for the novelty for our four year old but just got grab all other times when needed transport. The hotel has bottles of drinking water in reception you can just take when needed and the staff are super helpful and polite. The tv also has Disney and some cartoons which was great for our daughter. Pool was nice , it was being cleaned so not in use when we first arrived. The location really sells this hotel- the traffic in and out of icon Siam is a nightmare so to be able to walk is excellent - the water show us on daily 7, 8 and 9pm

There was nothing to dislike

It’s close location to the BTS station and ICONSIAM. The room has been cleaned every day, also the towels were changed daily and the staff was very friendly. The room was big enough to stay alone for 3 nights

The streets around and in front the building were under construction, so it was quite uncomfortable to walk through it. The shower was ok, but the pressure was not high enough, even the water temperature could have been higher. It was only warm. The walls are not so soundproof and you hear the guests talking, in the bathroom etc. Maybe that’s why the aircon is super loud . The WiFi on the 5th floor was not stable. The pool is nice but haven’t had the chance to use it because it is relatively small, so there were always kids and their parents or in general people in the pool.

The hotel is just 10min walk to Iconsiam, where you can also get the boat to move around the city and it also offers TukTuk service to the mall for 20TBH per person, which is very cheap. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Plus points for them! The hotel and the rooms are very clean, also the pool. The restaurant has lots of delicious options and coffee specialties. Food is really exceptional. It is also very quiet.
