It has great value for money. It was very clean and I enjoyed the little details they put in the design, the herb shampoo and tom yum soap etc. The staff were very courteous and smiling. The location was great as well, with a grocery, Iconsiam and a train station w/in 3 mins walk and temples nearby. There's also a small restaurant at the ground floor which served reasonably priced good food.

It's a small hotel with slightly smaller rooms than those with around the same price in the city.

Perfect location and they made it easy. We had a late ck in and a very late flight out the next night so booked 2 nights although we didn’t use the second. It was affordable and we could shower and relax before our 30 hour trip. Got a great massage down the street! Breakfast in the hotel was very reasonable and good Thai food.

It's 2 minutes walk from IconSiam, a beautiful mega mall, and gateway to a big ferry station. Nice lobby sitting area to rest if the room is not ready. There is a dining area next door with delicious food and restroom. I arrived early in the morning and enjoyed my breakfast there, before leaving my luggage at the front desk and venturing out for sightseeing. Staff did their best to check me in early. Staff contacted me via WhatsApp in a timely manner. It's easy to find tuktuk or to order a taxi or a GrabBike via Grab.

Lovely little hotel tuck away on a quiet side street, literally right in front of Iconsiam. My room is very clean with the bathroom spotless with a good water pressure from shower. There is also a bar fridge which is convenient to store your water & cut fruits. The bed consist of a comfortable mattress on raised floor, with plug points on either side of the mattress. Overall, I am happy with the room. There is no breakfast option, but there is a local restaurant next door, which serves yummy local food. Reception was super friendly & helpful 😄 ICS Mall is a smaller quieter mall about 3 minutes walk from the hotel, if one does not feel like entering a busy mall (Iconsiam) across. There are loads of eatery places & a well stocked supermarket (Lotus Prive) in ICS.

Traffic during peak hours are horrible. Do utilise the BTS Gold Line or board the public boat from Iconsiam (only 8bhat !) to get 'across'.

The hotel was amazing! The alley that it's located at is pretty quiet despite being right opposite of Iconsiam and is safe to walk around even at night. The hotel in itself is very cute and staffs are super friendly and helpful! They're always ready to help with your questions and have smiles on their face at all times. I usually go for 4-5 star hotels for comfort but I'm glad I didn't this time. Thoroughly enjoyed my 5 days stay here.

There was a construction going during my stay (not sure if it's the hotel or other place) and you can hear it a little from your room but I was mostly out throughout the day so I can't tell how long it lasts. Other than this everything was perfect.

Location excellent , iconsiam is only a few meters away . We were close to cruise terminals at chao prahya river. Staff were english speaking and friendly and helpful . Rooms were clean.

Poor insulation . No noise control for young guests who arrive late at night after partying . We could hear loudfootsteps as floors were made of wood . I wish they have a couple of chairs to sit on inside the rooms

Good value for money hotel. We found it overall clean and with helpful staff. Location's good, the shopping centre opposite the hotel makes it really convenient. Connection with public transport is relatively good, considering this side of the river has fewer metro lines.

The restaurant at the ground level is only open until 14:00, so you can't rely on it for dinner. Not a big deal for us as there's plenty to eat around the area.

Nearer to Iconsiam mall. Staff greeted me i dont know the name but she was very polite, welcoming . Provided me hot water kettle for my morning tea.

Since it is surrounded by other properties there is no view from window. So if you are solo you might feel little lonliness and cut off from the outside world. There is no nearby veg resturant where you can go and eat . And delivery time all over Bangkok is more than 45 mins. Even with high delivery charge.

I love this hotel!Hopefully the price will not increase in the future!I only stay for a night but will book again in the future whenever i go to bangkok.Never had the chance to try the food since sunday they are closed.Staff are all friendly.There are common room for you to relax while waiting for the check in and you can leave the bag before check in.So convinient.I really love the food concept!So amazing!

Good location, skytrain line and bus stops are nearby, big mall iconsiam within walking distance. Room is small but pretty nice and clean. Bed is small but comfortable. Welcoming staff.

Please note that beds are Japanese style, it was not a big deal for us but for someone it could be a problem. Barely warm water while taking shower.
