The room had plenty of space and good size. Basic amenities were present. We arrived early and could store luggage in storage room. They have a bathroom at reception if you want to freshen up. The room had an additional couch available. I really liked the soft shower. The location is decent, it's 700m from nearest BTS station. Icon siam is at nearby at walking distance.

We really love the location with nearby restaurant, food stalls, convenient stores (7eleven) to choose from, you will never be hungry. Aside from that aim House is only 5 mins walk to Krung Thon Buri (BTS) station centrally located so it's easy to go to one place to another. Away from the noise of the busy street but a 15 mins walk to ICONSIAM one of the biggest (maybe not? 😅) luxury mall in bangkok. The PIER where you can do a boat ride to visit different tourist spots is just 1 BTS station away. 15min ride to (sometimes less than) Rambutri Road and Kaosan the party hub of bangkok. Regarding the cleanliness, a daily cleaning service is available. Wifi is great, although I can't say much regarding the speed because I only do basic stuff. Staffs are helpful but a bit intimidating at first, you just have to ask them. Overall we were satisfied with our experience in this hotel, surely we will recommend.

They clean my room and change my towel everyday. You can request to change your bed sheet as often as you wish but mine was clean so I didn't make the request. Very affordable price for what you get, plenty of street food stalls nearby, seven eleven is only 5 to 7 mins walking distance. Amazon coffee shop is also around the corner, as a coffee person, this is great. Icon Siam mall is only 17 - 20 minutes walking distance.

This was our second stay, January 2020 before. It’s clean, room is comfortable. Small kitchen counter with fridge and kettle. Table with two chairs is great to have. The room is good-sized. Bed is comfortable. Location is good. A few street food options and a Japanese restaurant next door. Milk tea with boba stand down the block. Two 7-11 and a grocery store nearby. 10-15 minute walk from Iconsiam. 5-7 minute walk to sky train. Rooftop washer and dryer with clothes hanging racks was super convenient.

For the price, it’s a good value.

Good location for ease of getting to the Skytrain. Several cute cafes nearby. Would stay here again.

Clean and comfortable room with nice bathroom. It has a desk, fridge, kettle, coffee and water. The bed is very comfortable. There is cleaning every day. The stuff is kind and helpful. There is a nice lobby where you can relax before check in/after check out. Luggage storage is available. It was quiet, the surroundings is safe. Shops closeby. There is a roof what I really liked; you can do your laundry there. The wifi works good, although not at every spot in the room; for me at the desk it worked very well. Aircon worked also properly.

The management of this hotel was well-prepared. When I went to check in, I noticed they had a lot of bookings organized on the table, each already paired with a hotel key card. We didn’t need to wait during the check-in process. I paid at 2 PM, received the key card, and was free to go!

I guess all the hotels in Bangkok place their irons in the lobby, which is difficult for me as a hijabi. Going down, wearing a hijab, and ironing in the lobby feels uncomfortable, especially with people walking around and watching. I would prefer if hotels gave customers who wear hijabs the option to have an iron in their rooms.

First of all the hotel was extremely clean and organized. Its location is within a street which is fine with as it was away from the nosiy main road. Staff was exceptionally respectful, professional and very helpful with my concerns. Special mention also to the housekeeping which still cleaned my room even if I did not ask them to do so. Kudos to the entire team!

Only thing I disliked was there was no pantry or some sort of a medium-sized eating hall where guests can buy and eat food. With this, free breakfast can also be an option to include in their bookings especially tourists across the globe visit Bangkok.

The hotel is clean and beautiful, with new and modern facilities, a helpful receptionist, and a friendly security guard. There is a dryer in the room and an iron in the lobby. Spacious room, a big fridge, a big bed, pillows are a bit high and not very comfortable, the bathroom is clean and spacious. The hotel location is easy to find, near the train station. Surrounding amenities meet your needs such as 7-Eleven, a laundry shop with a very cute owner (or you can use the automatic laundry machine at the hotel), recommend trying the delicious noodle cart near the hotel.

Aim House was clean, comfortable and a quiet place for 3 nights. The staff are very polite and professional. Iconsiam is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Plenty of eating options along the street, cafes & restaurants. The river boat is also nearby and BTS Station. I also like the swipe card security to enter the internal rooms. The bed was comfortable and shower & bath was great after a day of site seeing. Thankyou Aim House.
