Very friendly staff. Reception was very helpful. Explained about local interests and good eating places. There are lot of restaurants and street food places nearby offering delicious Thai street food. Good massage place in near by small shopping centre called Sena fest. Lots of 7-11 shops offering anything under the sun but not black tea bags for some strang reason. Hotel is located near the river and you can visit most of great places by river boat day pass that allow you to hop on and hop off. Places like grand palce, giant emerald buddha and brilliant markets stalls and shopping malls at Iconsia shopping centre. Do not forget to try out roof top bars near by, eg sky bar at Lebua Hotel.

At first sight it’s not so new like in the photos, but it’s very clean. The air conditioner is working well, not noisy. They clean the room daily and change towels aswell. There is very cheap washing service at the second floor. The staff is very very friendly and kind. The location seems far but actually it’s very close to Krong Thong Buri Sky train station. Aprox 10 min walk to boat station. 10 min walk from ICONSIAM mall. Many restaurants and bars close. 2 min walk to 7-eleven. The most important thing for us: we saw no cockroaches in the hotel, for those who are having phobia like me it’s a huge plus 😅. Small coffee shop 1 minute walk away. Overall, we totally recommend the place.

The only downside for my huaband that it was no cold water at the shower.

I liked almost everything about this place- the staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the location was close to the bts and 7-11. Even the smoking zone outside was nice and cleaned regularly. The receptionist Marlon even showed us how to go about the area using their massive map.

The only thing I didn't like was the AC in our room - it was one of those old ones which made a lot of noise .

Recommended 100%. Accommodating staff, very nice hotel with everyday cleaning service. Location is great, so close to Iconsiam. There’s lot of places to eat nearby, 7’11 is walking distance where you can buy breakfast early in the morning. Thank you to all the staff, we had a pleasant stay in Naga Residence. We will definitely be staying again here when in Bangkok.

Clean modern design in newer building. Everything worked. Friendly efficient staff who were very helpfully. Quiet and peaceful with a good bed. Great place to view New Year Eve fireworks from the roof which the staff opened at 11:30pm. Nice touch of having a table full of cold water bottles.

Room was "smaller" than stated size due to (1) building support structure (2) not very useful balcony (3) large empty kitchenette area (4) poor choice of furniture. With over 400 sq ft of advertised space this room should have been much more spacious and should have had a small table with 2 chairs along with a larger sofa. One side of the king bed lacked a nightstand so no light and nowhere for you to place things. Sometimes a sewer gas smell in the bathroom. Due to IconSiam traffic sometimes a problem. Hotel is pretty far from the BTS and no shuttle service offered. While closer to the cross river ferry, ferry runs only about every 15 minutes so can be time wasting and the short crossing can sometimes take awhile due to lots of river traffic.

Clean & spacious room, super friendly & helpful staffs, many local food stores around, 02 7-eleven stores are nearby.

Location is just away from city center, hotel is far from BTS but Grab or taxi is very easy to take with reasonable cost.

The staff is exceptionally helpful and engaging. The front desk staff speak enough English to take care of us. The location works well as it is right next to a 7-11 (the source of many supplies in Thailand) and is a 10 minute walk to Icon Siam, a great large mall. It is also right next to a walking overpass, so one can easily and safely cross the busy road. The rooms are well furnished, especially the Family Rooms!

The maid frequently forgot something when cleaning the room - no soap, no hand towels, etc. These issues were easily resolved, but more attentive maids would easily avoid these issues.

The hotel is modern, quiet, and located within walking distances of convenient stores and the BTS station. The room was kept clean on a daily basis, thanks to a very friendly housekeeping lady. The bed was very comfortable. And the staff was extremely friendly, attentive to our needs, and available at all times.

I don’t have any complaints about the hotel. I really enjoyed every part of my stay at the property.

The staff were very accommodating and very nice. The property was clean and the room had everything I needed. You get a fridge, microwave, sink with a couple of plates and bowls, and a coffee machine. The hotel is located down a driveway from the Main Street but you are around everything. There are a couple of 7-11’s as soon as you come out to the street, there is street food everywhere and some great restaurants just a couple of steps out on the Main Street. The Sana Mall is across the street and they got a market in there with food and a good gym on the top floor. ICONSIAM was a 10 min walk up the street. The gym has dumbbells and cardio machine on the top floor.

Everything was great.

It's a very modern hotel situated in a quiet area with reasonable access to public transport and Iconsiam. There was a little kitchenette which contained no microwave, plates or cutlery, so it seemed a bit pointless and was space that could have been used for something else. The beds were comfortable. Each had two pillows and a cushion. The reception staff were friendly in a professional sort of way.

Though the hotel seems very new, there is already some black mould on the grouting at the foot of the shower. Cleaning staff should be instructed to remove it with mould killer .
