Unreal breakfast! The views from the window were very good as well. Quiet neighbourhood. All very clean, and they also clean the rooms for free every day. The location was not that good but there is a night market close and a Sky Train station as well.

We would've liked that the pictures met a bit better with the room. In the pictures showed very nice rooms with picture frames, small plants and night stand, but there was nothing like it. Also no coffee (but yes a kettle and mugs(?). The table at the balcony was horrible! Also we were missing a microwave in the room.

Excellent Service and Memorable Stay at The Pattern Boutique Hotel From the moment I checked in to the day I checked out, the service at The Pattern Boutique Hotel was outstanding. The staff were incredibly humble, professional, and attentive. During my stay, I fell ill for a day, and I was deeply impressed by the care and concern shown by the team—they ensured I was comfortable and well taken care of. The hotel itself is impeccably clean, safe, and well-organized. Its location is convenient, with most malls and key attractions easily accessible via Grab, typically just 20-30 minutes away. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend The Pattern Boutique Hotel for its exceptional hospitality and thoughtful service.

The staff were all so lovely and welcoming. The breakfast they made each morning was great and the rooms, while relatively basic had everything you could possibly need. A couple of bottles of water each day was a nice touch, it was pretty quiet and just round the corner from a 7/11 which was convenient and local grab/taxi drivers could easily find it.

We didn’t dislike anything, the only comment would be great to give the bathrooms a bit of a refresh as the shower leaked a little out into the main tiled floor and things like silicone seals and the sink were a bit worn. But it was a great place to stay in Bangkok and the staff more than made up for it

This hotel has been one of our favourites whilst travelling Asia. The staff were super friendly and attentive our whole stay. The room itself was fab, being a great size with sofa, desk, table, fridge and smart tv. Bed was extra comfy. Bathroom was very clean and the shower had good water pressure and temp. We bought breakfast every morning which was simple but tasty. Our room was cleaned every day, providing fresh towels and restocking bottled water in fridge.

Everything about the hotel is great except it's location. It's quite far from everything, and although there is a train station close by, it's difficult and time consuming to get to the centre.

A nice little hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Our room was quite spacious and bright, with nice views over the city skyline (we even saw fireworks some of the nights during the Christmas week). The breakfast was nice, made to order and with a little bit of variety. There is no elevator, but when we checked in the receptionist helped me carry my luggage up. There's a washing machine on every floor (costs 30 baht and you have to use your own detergent) which was very useful.

The only downside is the location. Although the hotel is very close to BTS, the path along the canal is not the most pleasant of walks. It is well lit, though, so even at night we felt safe coming and going.

Small little gem in the noise and air poluted jungle of Bangkok! The hotel lies in an old neighborhood (called Khlong San) with no skyscrapers in between, small narrow streets where lot's of local Thai-life takes place, mobile street kitchens, supermarkets, small restaurants and a market place where you can stock up wit fresh fruits, vegetables, cooked meals or cloths- so it's away from the main tourist paths which I liked very much. I had quiet nights with no disturbances from any traffic, my room was spacious with a big window and hence good day light, had a big fridge (big plus!), a small balcony, a very comfortable bed and blanket. Room service was available daily and 2 bottles of water were daily supplied! Breakfast was included in my package with the option of western breakfast or Thai breakfast which was my first choice and I would highly recommend! It's the first time for me (as a frequent booking.com user) that the pictures provided by the property for their advertisement were NOT deceiving at all. everything was exactly as you can see in the pictures which I highly appreciated! Staff is very friendly and tries to help with anything you need or want to know! Next Skytrain station (Krung Thonbury) is a 7 minutes walk away. To reach the boat station where you can cross the Chaophraya River (with a small so called crossing boat) in order to reach the Central Pier is a 15 minutes walk away. But you can also reach the Central Pier (in order to take a blue flagged tourist boat or orange flagged express boat) via Skytrain (only one station from Krung Thonbury away). All in all a very good experience and I would always chose this place again when I come back to Bangkok!

Nothing to complain of!

The host is nice and supportive. The room is clean and comfortable. A lot of sockets for guests to use. Bathroom and toilet are separated which is nice. The room is a bit small so it might be hard to open the suitcases at the same time, but we can accommodate this. Also, they make good use of the space using different ways to save space. There’s a cafe on G floor where you can work and eat, and maybe wait for the rooms to be ready if you come early/leave late for the plane. A lot of 7-11 nearby (at least 4 at walking distance) so no need to worry abt food and drinks. Mind you that the way to walk from the hotel to BTS is a bit stinky because of the sewer. Not the hotel’s fault though, and we used Bolt and Grab most of the time so not a big problem.

What an amazing stay! We were a group of 22 - family and friends. We had a great time, the rooms were super comfortable and had everything you might need. The breakfast was always delicious and everyone ordered additional coffee because it was sooo good you couldn't stop at one! The staff was super friendly and helped us with everything we needed, arranging transfers and they even packed sandwiches for us when we had to leave at night 🥹 There are 7/11 and other shops very close to the hotel and the BTS station is near. You can make laundry and use a microwave in the hotel. Honestly would recommend this place to anyone staying in Bangkok that want a place of quiet and peace in this amazing crazy town ❤️

We stayed at pattern for 2 nights and it was perfect for what we needed. It was a short walk from the train station, which meant it was easy to reach and easy to travel around Bangkok using the rail network. We really enjoyed exploring Bangkok for ourselves. The staff were all amazing and so friendly, the room had everything we needed; free tea & water, a fridge, microwave, hairdryer, air-con & probsrbly more facilities we didn’t use! Breakfast was very tasty, there were a lot of options available and a very easy ordering system.

The only thing was that the shower had no hot water. (Wasn’t freezing, but wasn’t warm).

Some water gets in the bathroom when you shower. The surrounding area is not so nice.
