all around an exceptional hostel. Attention to detail everywhere. Owner goes out of her way to see guests are happy and housekeeping is amazing. Breakfast across the street until around 10:30am. 7/11 about 100 feet away. BTS is a few mintute walk. Snacks and coffee available 24/7 and many litres of water in fridge at all times. BIG locker in dorms for your stuff, keyboard lock. You check in and Joy sends you entry codes. This is a great place to rest after hectic travels or just to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city across the river. An oasis of sanity in an almost neighborhood setting.

ummmm....there's only one power point on the roof top lounge area? sorry booking dot com ppl, that's all I can think of...maybe a new shower head in first floor dorm bathroom?

My family and I have been traveling around Europe and Asia for the last 6 months and this is the best hostel we have stayed in. It is very obvious that the place has been developed with attention to detail and with love. The place is spotlessly clean and the rooms and common areas have everything we needed. The location is not central in Bagkok bit being right next to the BTS station and near some main roads makes it very easy to recommend. Joy was also on hand to help us with some logistical stuff, which was much appreciated.

Thoughtful and tasteful design of the hostel and the room. If you prefer or feel the need to have a slow experience of the local Bangkok life, whether to keep up with academic/business tasks along with your travels or due to the need to limit time outdoors for your allergy, you will have that home-like peaceful stay. Added bonuses were the fact that there is always street food right at your door step. Even for vegetarians like myself. BTS Wongwian Yai station elevator is so close that I went there just to get coins for the laundry when the 7/11 across "didn't have" any 10 Baht coins. Beds are perfect if you are over 5 feet 7 (1.73cm), they are high and long enough there is plenty of space when you sit or lie down.

These people really went the extra mile to provide a great experience! Coffee, noodles, ice cold water and a rooftop where I could meditate and enjoy the city at night. Not the most central location, but right next to the station so I could easily get into the city or to ICON/that cool neighbourhood across from ICON with all the street art without having to take a GRAB bike or drive!

I was greeted by a weird old lady I thought worked there, but turned out she was a visitor too, honestly nothing negative to say about the place!

My second time at this hostel and it will be my go to stop next time I'm in Bangkok. The owner Joy is a wonderful, welcoming host, always ready to help even if she is not at the hostel. Cleanliness is top notch and it has everything you need, snacks, free drinking water and a (pay) washer dryer. Lots of eateries (including the owner's noodle shop down the road), convenience stores and other amenities within walking distance.

It is a bit far from the center and the main sights but there's a metro station and bus stop just a minute's walk away.

One of the nicest hostels I've stayed out of 100s in my life, a little pricey and not in the centre but right near the train subway thing. Had amazingly clean rooms, bathrooms, social areas, wifi worked a treat, great rooftop to relax as well (although dirty smoker me almost died on the stairs up there haha). Had free coffee, water, even some snacks, a microwave, free coffee and drinking water, looked like even proper cooking facilities but i only needed a night so never tested it out so for the price a bit high you can easily cut costs with making a few of your own meals there not eating out every meal. 2 seconds walk to a 7 eleven, fridge to keep your foods in. It was really nice. Absolutely gorgeous to be honest so clean and very secure.

There didn't appear to even be an actual receptionist ever and I booked last minute as I was somewhere else for 2 nights that happened to go from empty to full when I needed one more night in Bangkok and thought not a problem to just extend in the morning oops. I didn't realise I needed to wait for an email with a bunch of codes to enter the hostel, get my room code, locker code and bed number etc, and I had no data or sim here so sat outside a bit and finally a friendly guest returned and helped me inside and get the wifi and get my codes. Maybe mention that on booking right away to wait for your entry email with those codes to get in hassle free for future guests. Otherwise hands down one of the most beautiful hostels I've stayed.

This is the second time I stayed at Station8 and as the previous time: everything is purely perfect. Location is great, really near BTS and easy to access anywhere. This place has everything you might need to feel like home: the kitchen, the place to chill, the dining area, the washing machine, snacks/noodles for free, the board games… The room is really cozy and clean. Wifi is good too. BIG NOTE: The owner has a noodle restaurant, located just accoss the main street. The food there is really delicious. If you stay here, you should definitely check it out.

The location is amazing, very clean, nice terrace area where you can chill in the evening. Very good for friends that travel but as well for solo travelers.

The only thing is that there’s no elevator and sometimes 4 floors can be tiring

A wonderful place to stay. It is quite new and everything is new and clean. Located next to metro station , you can reach everywhere easily. Terrace view is super. Price is really cheap. You better contact owner on whatsapp and get the codes because if you don’t have internet , you can have some trouble.

Fourth time here and what else to say. Clean, quiet, has everything you need. Wonderful welcoming owner and staff.
