The hotel staff will always clean the room if you ask them, and give you bottled water every day. The location was nice because it was near 7/11 and food stalls where you can buy anything you need. The BTS station was also just one km away, so it was easy to access.

Maybe if the internet wasn't slow or bad on days, it would've been better. The internet was bad on nights that we badly needed it, like for work or school stuff. It's better to improve this to help tourists access to internet and find their way around.

Extremely clean accommodation. Cleaning staff were so friendly and offered me bottles of water every day. Spacious room with good WiFi. Nice big bathroom with hot shower at all times. I stayed here for 2 weeks as part of a working holiday. I have stayed here before and will definitely return. The staff helped me print my paperwork for onward travel to Cambodia. The launderette in reception is very convenient too.

I like everything about the place. Just be aware that it’s not the most exciting area but you can easily walk to the metro station and iconsiam.

Comfortable enough and staff is nice and helpful. It's not in an overly touristy area if you want to be a little bit outside of that. A lot of good street food close by and TukTuks or Taxis if you need to get anywhere

If you do not arrive within the regular working hours everything is locked up and it isn't possible to contact staff to drop your bags or anything. It's not super close to many tourist attractions if that's what you prefer (15-20mins to most things)

The staff were really nice. The room was very clean; the cleaning staff would take out trash everyday during my stay. I really appreciate that. The facilities were also great; washing machines & tumble dryers on the spot. You just need to remember to be connected to wifi otherwise it wouldn't work. It's near local markets and BTS. I'd definitely stay here again & would recommend it to friends and family.

The traffic noise outside the building was constantly going on, 24/7. It would have been amazing if the staff were to put a double glass on the windows or something. The doors to each room should be isolated with something so that the air conditioner wouldn't waste so much energy to cool the room. Also the beds were bit hard but nothing major that would ruin your experience. Otherwise, not so much that I could think of that was bad. I had a super nice stay :-)

Exactly what we needed after a lot of travelling. Room was clean, nice location (walking distance to BTS takes you directly to Siam). Really lovely garden terrace area.

Only minor thing is the lift if only for luggage, which is no problem to use the stairs apart from when feeling lazy haha.

Unassuming place but the rooms were excellent and very good value. Very clean, super comfy bed and quiet atmosphere. It is next to a 7/11 which is super convenient, though the surrounds aren't too pleasant. However, this place is perfect as a base if you want to use the train from Wongwian Yai to Mahachai or to explore the canals and temples nearby(both highly recommended)

Super clean, colours and styles are refreshing, indoor laundry, small but very safe bike parking. Super secure with a lot of technologies. 7-11 right next door.

Road doesnt feel super nice in the night. Hard the commute from city centre.

Great location if you want to visit Mae Klong. Big and bright room. Very clean.

Elevator only for luggage, tall stairs.

It’s a bit far from the BTS station if you walk (over 1km). That’s just a minor reason why I’m not very fond of it.
