The staff was VERY friendly. From the moment we arrived they were very attentive, respectful and eager to help you and make your stay comfortable. We also really liked the room. Very well lit, it didn't smell anything strange, the balcony overlooked the parking lot and you could see the BTS (I like that). Lots of natural light. The bathroom is very spacious and has zero smell of humidity. The bed is very comfortable and clean. The air conditioning is a little noisier than normal, but nothing serious for me, it is also very good at cooling. The cable TV has only Thai channels, but they are entertaining even if you don't understand anything. Breakfast is very tasty. There are options, and they are very quick to serve. The terrace has an excellent almost 360 view, including a view of IconSiam ABOUT THE LOCATION: Important > Google shows that you enter through a back street, but that is not true. The front of the building is on the main street, Krung Thon Buri, where the BTS passes. Regarding transportation: the “Wongwian Yai” BTS station is 600 meters away. The best part is that from the hotel sidewalk, you only have to walk 100 meters to the BTS stairs. From there you walk the rest along an elevated hallway, with a roof. Actually the location is VERY good, because 2 stations away you can change to the Gold line and reach ICON SIAM from behind. Or in 4 stations you arrive at Saphan Taksin and from there to ICON SIAM also or to Asiatique or any point by boat. Or if you continue along that line you reach Siam Square. Or if you take the metro in the opposite direction towards Bang Wa, you can change there to the blue line Metro and easily reach the temples area, such as the Royal Palace (Sanam Chai station) or even Chinatown. Check transport plans with Google Maps, see that is a really good spot here in BK.

URGENT IMPROVEMENT: The internet did not work well for us any day at any time. It connected, but it was TOO slow. Could be improved but is NOT serious: That the terrace has a light at night, to make more use of it. Behind the TV was VERY dirty. And the water pressure of the shower was weak. Just for travelers to take into account: There is no convenience store very close. The closest or easiest might be right next to the BTS station, but you have to get off the station, go down the steps, go to the 7Eleven, get back up and walk the hallway to the hotel. My tip would be to buy some things where you are before taking the BTS.

Staffs are very careful, helpful and kind. Breakfast (6 choice of menu) very fine. 5-7m minutes walk to BTS via passrell 50 meter from hotel. 20 minutes away (walk + BTS) from icon Siam ( biggest mall in Bangkok). Staffs :)

If your on the same side, road quiet noisy (highway+ normal road + BTS), they change our room to a quiet one, just a little bit smaller room. Wifi connection not so good, almost not useable in the bedroom. Cannot smoke even in balcony.

The receptionists were very kind and helpful with information. The check-in procedure is very efficient and very friendly. The booked room was spacious, consisting of an air-conditioned living room with a table, chairs, sofa, fridge, utility sink, and colour TV. Well-equipped and very nice bedroom with a king-sized bed, a big wardrobe, a shelf with a large mirror, and various lights await you. From here access to the perfect shower room with toiletries. The daily order for breakfast at the time you request is based on the selection of the menu you chose at the reception in the evening before.

For us, the location of this hotel should be in a better environment. The traffic noise from the motorway and the two-lane road is audible. But less during the night time. The nearest BTS (Skytrain) station is about a 10/12-minute walk away via a pedestrian crossing.

WiFi doesn't work well

The room was nice and comfortable, and the breakfast was really good. Overall the staff was supportive. They helped me change the kettle just 5 minutes after I found the one in my room had a broken lid. The hotel is just about 5 minutes walk to Pho Nimit BTS station, so it's super easy to get around. Sometimes I chose to travel by taxi, it took 5-10 mins to book a taxi/Bolt here.

The AC was a bit noisy even after I adjusted its fan setting.

Excellent very beautiful facility, excellently maintained, spacious and cozy rooms with excellent amenities for a comfortable stay, including functioning airconditioning. The staff were particularly helpful. Our booking had issues but they nevertheless prepared very well for our arrival and helped us find our way through to places by involving themsleves with transport bookings where we could see that were not trusted. Place is within a walking distance of a relaxing very modern shopping mall.

It is in a quiet neighbourhood, so for a fun loving person, they have to go out all the time.

We took a suite and a deluxe as well as a standard. So basically all three rooms available. Its good overall and the staff is really polite. Some dont really speak that much English but a google translate does the job and they respond quickly to any queries. The room is really nice overall.

Probably the best breakfast I've ever had in hotels of this type. Very good rooms, nicely designed, clean and functional. It was generally a very pleasant stay, might come here again.

The only thing I didn't like was the unstable internet connection: it didn't bother me that much since I switched to mobile data whenever needed, but it is definitely not good enough for video calls.

Good size room, friendly and helpful staff. Tasty breakfast would be nice to have some more choice of drinks and maybe some continental options.

Hotel needs bit updating especially zen garden on the rooftop. As to location it is good, away from all the busy madness of the city centre although still around 45-50minutes walk to centre.

I had a 4-night stay at the hotel with my husband and a group of friends. The hotel is great, the staff is very friendly, the rooms are very comfortable and modern. The breakfast is delicious but there are few choices and the convenience store isn't near the hotel but we still have the enjoy time in here.
