I had a good stay with my family (wife + son) at the Bangkok Loft Inn. The hotel is easy to find on maps and located on the main road. However it is a little far from the main city center like Pratunam market and MBK center, probably about 30 min by car during non peak hours. Breakfast is mainly continental (Sausage, Ham, Eggs, Fried rice, Croissants, Cereal, Juice, etc), photo attached. The staff are very friendly and always greet you with a smile. A very special mention to Mei (girl at the reception) and the gentleman from Chiang Mai (forgot his name), both of whom converse well in english and are super helpful! Bonus: The hotel also has a free snack station (photo below) which is a very unique feature! Thanks to the hotel and staff, see you soon! :) Regards, Sam George

It would be great if the room TVs had options like YouTube, Netflix, etc

The staff was super nice. I liked the gym and also the breakfast was excellent. My room was very good compaire with the price.

The room was noisy because of the traffic outside but I got to use it a few days later. Wifi was also poor.

We always stay here when we're in Bangkok - it's a great area away from the busy bit, but it's so well connected with the BTS five minutes walk away. The beds in the Bangkok Loft Inn are the comfiest in Bangkok, hands down - even more than the five start hotel we usually round off our trip at. the staff are very helpful, the wifi is good, the rooms are clean and a great size.

The only slight disappointment was that the hotel has new owners since the pandemic, and the breakfasts have changed. Before this was the best breakfast in Bangkok - the Thai pork and rice was unbelievable - but the menu is different now. It's nice, but it's not as good, plus there used to be lots of lovely juices and yoghurts available in the fridge, but they're gone too. The selection of food that was out for breakfast wasn't great either, lots of very sweet stuff that wasn't really breakfast-appropriate. Bring back the old breakfasts please and it'll be a 10/10! I'd still come back though :)

Everyone there was friendly, helpful, and smiled. Beer and Tong were greatly instrumental in contacting the BKK airport several times to help us retrieve our “accidentally left behind suitcase at the airport’s baggage claim area”. It would have been extremely difficult without their help. Beer also gave us a map of the city and a card with the hotel’s address and “Take me Back to the Hotel”. The beautiful Landscaping at the Entrance was also found outside the Dining Room Area. The Lobby is lovely and pleasantly designed to include seating in 3 different areas with 4 beautiful Vases approximately 5-6 feet tall. The Lobby also included an area with free snacks and water. Water bottles were delivered to the Room every day. The beds and pillows were quite comfortable. The room was quiet. The closet had lots of hangers and a large safe. The blackout Curtains kept out the heat and light. One wall had an insert to display 3 small Asian Lidded Vases. This was a nice touch to the room. The room came with a mini -refrigerator, an electric kettle, plus a desk with lots of counter space. Housekeeping keep the hotel very clean. The Bathroom had a wonderful shower plus Bath and Hair Shampoo. The towel rack was firmly mounted and there was good counter space. The Breakfast Area was nicely displayed. Breakfast was served by a delightful man called Bair. There were 5 options ( 1 American & 4 Thai). All the food was delicious. On the counter were makings for salad, toast with peanut butter & jams, plus desserts.The presentation was pleasingly organized. The Location was simply great. It was a 5 minute walk to the BTS . There were also many options for street food and a small grocery store.

There were no drawers in the night stand. Shelving for clothes, etc. was lacking. The shower was wonderful but the sink had no hot water.

This property is really well located, just a few minutes walking to the BTS. You can get anywhere from that station. Clean, friendly staff and really good breakfast included! (Weekends is buffet). It also has a great little gym if you are into it.

It can be a little bit noisy at night as is in a main road, so if you are a light sleeper maybe ask for the rooms in the other side. The bed was a little bit hard for my taste, but nothing terrible!

Small hotel with cozy rooms, everything is there what one needs. Lovely breakfast with local food and a few western items. Perfect for the traveler with simple needs.

Wi-Fi is not stable. Constant dropping and one has to login again.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice. They had a little snack station in the lobby which had free snacks.

The location was very inconvenient. If you are planning to go to the shopping malls and the markets it's better to get a hotel on the other side of the river as there's lots of traffic to cross the bridge and most tuktuk drivers will charge you a lot due to the traffic. Also there weren't a lot of things in walking distance so we had to travel by car to even exchange our money or to eat since there is no restaurant there

Very clean, big rooms. Beds are super comfy, the bathrooms are great too. The staff are super friendly and helpful!

The location isn’t the best. It’s a little misleading when it says it’s close to the centre, we had to taxi everywhere.

There was a range of breakfast buffet selections from which to choose: breads, fresh fruit, rice, sausages, desserts, veggies, eggs, juice and coffee.

I’m not a big fan of instant or automatic pod style coffee options first thing in the morning; both of which suffer from either poor taste or wasteful packaging, which negatively impact the environmental. Since Thailand grows many varieties of distinctively aromatic coffee beans, why not showcase local products like coffee for the benefit of guests? A simple solution would be to provide ‘pour over’ style, drip coffee machines at the breakfast buffet.

Biggest compliment - WIFI! WiFi really sucks in this place, spent 4 nights, was bad 4 nights. Such an easy fix, yet seems to be a constant complaint on so many reviews
