Staff were very friendly, nice pool area to relax. The room size is decent, I'd recommend this hotel if you want to be close to the Chao Phraya river, Icon Siam is close by and there is a ferry stop there which you can take to see some nice sights, The river boat is a nicer wayer of getting around in my opinion.

No problems

Location is not too bad, on Soi 3 , so exceptionally busy, seems to be close to all the hospitals, and a Muslim area, walk towards terminal 21. There seems to be lots of restaurants and shops. The size was very big and were comfortable, good for a couple of days stay, if I was going to stay longer would go towards soi 10 to 30

When our grab ride dropped us off, she dropped us at the wrong point and the staff, and became out and started screaming at her for no reason and didn’t help us with. Our luggage was more worried about where she dropped us off, the rest of the staff are very nice.

Being away from the tourist area was both great and not good. Great because it was in the real Bangkok, and not overbearing with tuk tuk drivers and the likes. Staff were all great, attentive without being overbearing. In particular in the Café, Tar and Mix were exceptional. Lovely helpful friendly people. Was disappointed to miss Mix on our final night to say a huge thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Being away from the tourist area was both great and not good. Not good because there were no local bars or restaurants, but Grab service was pretty good to take us further afield to eat/drink. Our only (very minor) complaint about the free shuttle service was that it wasn’t frequent enough

This hotel is down a side alley in an older area. Nice quiet location. Lovely view across the river. There is a restaurant but we didn't use it. The bed was comfortable, but the air-conditioner was a bit loud. We had the drain in the shower not working properly, so we let the front desk know, and it was fixed by the time we returned from our day out. There are a few nice places to eat out on the street and a lot more about 10-12 min walk away. MRT is a bit of a walk away, but taxis and tuktuk are easy to get. Would stay there again.

Very classy hotel. So clean . Indoor pool was nice & clean , not cold as expected being indoors. The breakfast was amazing. So much variety for a buffet.we changed rooms after 1 day & the staff were so helpful. They move you around in golf buggies . So cool , my daughter loved it . We were intending to stay 1 night, however we extended our stay . Icon Siam is so close & river cruise as well.

I like a bit of night life & bats . They were very far away. But khaosan rd was only a 20 minute taxi ride away.

The location, the breakfast, and the staff were excellent, special thanks to Py, the lady in the night shift reception, very kind and helpful.

Upon arrival, the street where the hotel is located does not give a very good first impression, but this quickly changes after check-in. The hotel is cosy, the facilities are well maintained, the restaurant is pleasant, and the room is comfortable. I recommend it.

The staff are very helpful and friendly. Nice riverside location. Very nice chocolate ice lollies for sale in reception. Plenty of good western breakfasts restaurants within walking distance or short tuk tuk ride away from this hotel.

Rubbish bin needed not just in the bathroom but in the room too. Little bit noisy on the ground floor room when large parties come from the riverside restaurant.

Location of the hotel is nearly perfect on the river bank - I really like the Sarin cafe and restaurant with wonderful view. What I like the most was the swimming pool, and the design of the hotel building surround it. Room was comfortable, thank you to all staffs for their hospitality and attention to details and services - I got a free upgraded room which was beyond expectation. Breakfast is good with quite many choices.

There is no shade/roof at all car parks for guests, so I had to park my car outdoor under the extremely hot sunlight.

It’s a newish hotel with an easy access to the transportation on the river and MRT. However, is away from all the tourist hustle-bustle.

Initially I was given a room which had very potent smell and two single beds joined to make a double bed. However, when I spoke to the staff they immediately upgraded the room. Partly my fault for not checking that hotel was pet friendly which resulted in the smell , I assume.
