Clean,comfy and spacious room, very clean. Great view of the river. Welcome drink and snack was much appreciated after a long journey. Very knowledgeable concierge gave lots of good advice. Plenty of places to choose from to sit or lay down round pool and patios at the riverside. The free shuttle boat to Central pier was used daily by us and nice to do at night also to see the lights.

Location on the river is an advantage in hectic Bangkok with free boat to the main pier. Value for money - it’s the cheapest 5* on the river, great breakfast and all the facilities

The location was perfect. Outside the hotel was a street full of shops, grocery stores, Thai massages, and much more. The Asiatique shopping mall was only a 10-minute walk away, and the hotel provided a free ferry to the main transportation hub on the river. We had the suite, and the living room with a desk was excellent. Excellent room service and housekeeping. The beds were very comfortable. All in all, it is a great hotel.

The breakfast buffet was rather expensive and offered fewer choices than we are used to in Europe. Not all the staff in the hotel mastered the English language. The room has a peek-a-boo bathroom, meaning that the walls have been replaced by windows. Windows don't isolate very well against noise or odor. The window had blinders, but it still felt awkward using the bathroom and as if the privacy was violated. Everybody I know hates these peek-a-book bathrooms.

The Hotel is perfectly located in order to visit and explore Bangkok. We asked for late check-out which was possible with and additional fee. The personal was helpful. Bathroom was huge and an added value to the Room.

The location is great. Near Icon Siam and Asiatique. There is a free boat shuttle. Nice breakfast terrace by the river. Nice pool area.

Location is fantastic. Right next to Asiatique. Lots of 711s around, and great Dim Sum place nearby. Lobby and outside area has a nice warm vibe to it. Riverfront room had a great view on the river and Asiatique. Nicely refurbished too. Joseph on reception from Maynmar was very polite and caring. Free private boat to take you to Sathorn pier (facing Iconsiam) and free shuttle to Asiatique.

Room service guy did not speak a word of English, communication was difficult. Outdoor areas were full of biting mosquitoes at night, some mosquito traps or spray needs to be used to allow guests to fully enjoy the facilities at night especially facing the pool and river The swimming pool temperature was 22 celsius, way too cold to swim in (January). I swam once and couldn’t last more than 10 minutes as I felt muscle crampings Lobby was too crowded with Chinese tourists coming for lunar new year, and receptionists had no time to give any personal attention (apart from Joseph) Extra bed was hard to sleep on, had to put two thick blankets on it to become bearable. Wasn’t a comfortable sleep. Regular bed was ok though.

We had a King Suite. It had everything – we didn’t miss a thing. There was a living room, a bedroom, and a bathtub. Very beautiful sunset over the river from the 11th floor. There was plenty of space, high ceilings with air conditioning. Several halls by the entrance, live music. This is especially great on the day you check out and wait for your flight. Welcome buffet food available for everyone.

It’s a long walk to the main attractions, but taxis were incredibly cheap (though there was traffic congestion). It helps that the hotel has its own boat that can take you to the nearest boat terminal.

A wonderful hotel with the best staff. The cleaning lady was literary singing while she was making up the room and the waiter at the pool, Randy, was the embodiment of hospitality. I appreciated that. We also took the free shuttle service to Asiatique and had a fun night out, walking back as it was only 10min away by foot. The breakfast was also superb.

I was surprised when I was told I cannot pay for the room upon check out when I specifically asked if I could do so as it would suit us better. Guess the hospitality aspect differs throughout the world so perhaps keep that in mind if you are a bit more used to European standard. Other than that it was a 5 star experience indeed.

Everything was great about the property…can’t complain! I really enjoyed the super spacious hotel room, large swimming pool, array of dinning options, super friendly and efficient services, the complimentary boat service to/from Saphan Taksin (Central Pier) and of course the excellent breakfast. The hotel staff were the most friendliest I have ever experienced always going out the extra mile to deliver a world class service to customers, perhaps it’s Thai hospitality which now makes sense:). I would definitely recommend this hotel to fellow travellers, and of course the bonus is that this hotel is located right along the river - it’s the best atmosphere especially at night when Bangkok comes alive.
