Beautiful riverfront room... make sure to include breakfast during booking but if you overlook that detail, they will accommodate.

Traffic around the facility will be a challenge depending on your arrival/departure or leisure. It shares a property site with residential living and an international elementary/middle school.

The room was large. I liked having a balcony because the hotel was near the river and it provided amazing views. We requested high floor and were put on the 34th floor which was fantastic for our first time in Bangkok. The complimentary items in the room were a nice touch compared to other hotels that sneak in fees for simple things like water. The pool was a good size and the pool deck was very big with lots of chairs which we enjoyed. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. My partner is a smoker and enjoyed the dedicated smoking areas.

Elevators were a little small and slow but there are 5 total elevators so it wasn’t much of an issue at all. Price was a bit high but it was worth every dollar.

fantastic location free shuttle boat to train and icon shopping centre. beautiful breakfast with plenty of choices to suit everyones tastes. view from room overlooking river was fantastic to how see the city lives go buy.. staff were very friendly nothing was a bother always eager to help. great pool overlooking the rive. amazing roof top bar. and the hotel was located with easy access to everywhere. great local food within walking distance. a 7/11 2 minute walk up the road very handy also a starbucks 50 mtrs away for all you coffee lovers.

In these days of rooftop bars one feels as though the hotel would benefit greatly from one of these or at least a bar near the Riverfront where you could sit in the evening and possibly some evening entertainment

The location was fantastic, we could travel by car or ferry and the Chatruim had a ferry service to connect to other ferry systems. We really enjoyed the views of the river from our room and the pool. The staff were really friendly and provided a fantastic service, especially Por, who was very patient with us and assisted us in setting up our eSIM. He had only been working at the Chatrium for a short time but was very knowledgeable and helpful on attractions around the area, I don’t know what we would have done without his help, he was also very friendly, courteous and kindhearted

Stunning hotel right on the river. We had a beautiful suite high up with fantastic views of the city and river. Very comfortable bed, great shower and kitchen area. The swimming pool was just the best with sun most of the day and super poolside service from the staff. The breakfast choice was exceptional and we sat outside on the terrace each morning taking in the riverside activities. The lifts were super fast and the staff were fantastic and helpful all the time. Reception area was immaculate as was the rest of the hotel. Free boat shuttle every 30 mins to and from the sathorn ferry pier was the icing on the cake and we used it regularly as a gateway into travelling around Bangkok. A proper, quality hotel. We loved every minute of our stay and will certainly return. Top class.

The location is a little south of the centre but that seems to be where all the big nice hotels are anyway. No real problem for us because the boat shuttle saved the day.

First time staying at this hotel, Friendly and helpful staff, stayed for 6 days, good location free shuttle (10min) to Sathorn Pier every 30mins and Free Shuttle to IconSiam but limited schedule. Spacious room, very comfy bed, good breakfast, 7-11 just outside the hotel. Near other food places, centrally located more or less 20mins to get to other shopping areas by Grab.

limited boat schedule to IconSiam, also last shuttle from IconSiam is 9:15pm where mall closes at 10pm and the dinner cruise ends at 10pm as well. Would be great if they can extend boat shuttle from IconSiam till 10:30pm as getting a taxi/grab can be difficult at this time. Suggest to also add/change the menu on some of the food selection for breakfast :). Our bathtub also had a problem with the drain where when closed water would still seep out so you have to always leave the water on to maintain the water level.

I booked this hotel for my mother's birthday and we both loved it. We stayed in the one bedroom suite king with riverview, and the room was perfect. Amazing view from the bedroom and living room. Great balcony. Spacious living room. Very long, comfortable couch, which was great since that's where I slept, lol. Very nice international buffet breakfast with vegetarian/vegan options. Nice selection of foods available to order for lunch and dinner whether in room or in the restaurant. In room dining is available 24 hrs. The grounds around the hotel are very nice with a great view of the river. A river boat is available to take you to one of the main boat piers and Iconsiam shopping complex where all the dinner boats and tours are launched. The outdoor pool is a really nice size, and there is also a separate kids pool and hot tub. The gym is nice with free weights and treadmills. Men's and women's locker rooms have showers, restrooms, and saunas. Every member of the staff has been great, I can't say enough how polite everyone has been. Finally the sky bar is something you must go to on the 36th floor. Great drinks and an amazing view.

We stayed at the Chatrium Riverside for 4 nights and it was amazing. Where do I start?! We arrived very late after 16 hours of flying, and had ordered some basic grocery supplies beforehand via Grab and the staff kindly put them in our fridge before we arrived. They also provided 2 x birthday cakes and beautiful flowers during our stay for me. We booked the 2 bedroom riverside unit and it was stunning. So much fun watching the action on the river. Housekeeping was over and above and unit spotless. The breakfast was incredible, just get in earlier as it gets very busy! Thankyou Chatrium Riverside, you made our Bangkok stay unforgettable ❤️

Only thing that would have been handy was supplying some dishwashing supplies, we felt bad that housekeeping could only do the dishes!

Really lovely hotel. We stayed in a one bedroom suite, very comfortable, extensive and delicious breakfast and we all loved the pool and gym. Breakfast was a bit busy if you got there after 9, which is fair enough. However, pool always had plenty of loungers despite it being school holidays for many. Handy to get hotel ferry to Sathorn pier which was a useful public transport hub.

Enjoyed it all, but did make an effort to get up earlier for breakfast.
