I ordered my 🎂 birthday cake to be place in the room before my arrival , it was not there , the supervisor was not accepting it was the hotel's fault . After communicating with them until the last day ,BUT the cake was not there. The supervisor was a bit rude ,he raised his voice couple of times during my conversation, I reminded him that he is raising his voice ,keep it down.It ruined my stay there because I wanted to surprise my wife and daughter . That moment was very important to me.

The location is very peaceful and you can see temples around. The 711 store is just walking distance and open 24/7 which makes it more convenient and easily accessible. Grab taxi is available any time. The reception staff and house cleaning staff were always there to assist you.

Breakfast options are same almost every day. They should work on variations every alternative day. Booking.com had confirmed free taxi pick up from airport which just disappeared from the confirmation page by the time our arrival date neared, which we observe was very unprofessional from booking.com's side.

The hotel itself is great, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are very large for the area as each room was over 300 sqft or 33 sqm. I enjoyed the level of cleaning and the care that the staff put into it, I also wasn't expecting there to be room service which was nice for being tired after a series of long flights.

I would say that the only thing that can bring this down is the other guests which the hotel cannot control, you get people from all over the world with different ideas of what it means to be considerate. So, people will come in at all hours and talk very loudly not to mention the people with their children running in the halls. So, just be prepared for some noise until what seemed like midnight at which point it got silent.

Loved the hotel, we re visited a week later. Pool area, although small was quiet and relaxing. The staff were happy to offer bus to different locations. We used room service and the food was good. Lots of choice for breakfast and all areas of the hotel were clean and well maintained.

The pool was a little difficult to get out of due to inadequate steps. Small steps and too high between steps. Cointreau ran out on first night, we returned over a week later and they still had not replaced the cointreau. We reminded them on leaving the first time so I would have thought it would be restocked.

The breakfast selection offered was mainly Thai - only toast, hard boiled egg and one choice of fruit offered - other hotels we have experienced offered more European options such as yoghurt, croissants etc

Shuttle service to public transportation was very efficient, location was in a residential neighborhood so quiet calm, and many local restaurants and cafes available at 10 minutes walk from the hotel. It was near (15 min walk) from the Chao Phraya for easy access to the main attractions of Bangkok. Staff were fabulous in helping for any aspect of our stay.

If sensitive to noise, which wasn't our case, there is a park near the hotel with a lot of birds singing loudly at night, there is worse noise trouble but still (no noise from urban circulation or anything like that).

The roof top pool is a nice touch. Ok location for access to Asiatique - lovely shops and places to eat. Def worth a visit. Safe enough area to run in the mornings. Breakfast was ok. Lovely guy on reception - very funny and good English. The rooms were clean and spacious. A little bit of updating is needed.

The shower door not closing. The latch on the room door not catching. Trying to relax at the pool with the handyman moving beds and tidying up around us. It would have been nice for staff to say hello when we passed reception.

We stayed in room 814. There was nothing missing, everything was intact. They give you a new toothbrush every day, your room is cleaned every day, they are very polite and smiling. Breakfast 06.30-10.00 between.breakfast everything is renewed until the last second. omelet, boiled eggs, 2 types of tropical fruits, coffee and tea, 2 types of tai rice, soup, toast, butter, jam, fresh vegetables, milk and cereals are also available. location is close to everywhere, we had no problems. there is a free bus to the train and ferry 4 times a day. there is also a free bus to Asiatique once a day. we had difficulty finding restaurants around, there is street food. but we ordered food to our room from grab. the lobby is always cool, there was no noise, we slept comfortably. the rooms are quite spacious. there was no extra chair on the balcony, but you can put the chair of the dressing table. smoking is not allowed in the rooms, there is a fine of 5 thousand baht, but smoking is allowed on the balcony.We were very pleased, I would come back to this hotel. Thank you for all the services they offer. There is also a restaurant, the prices are reasonable, they serve the room and the terrace, but it is open until 17:00. The view from the terrace is legendary, definitely consider it. hemen yanında seven eleven var.

Everything was great. If the beverage service was open in the evening, we could have drunk fruit juices.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Has a rooftop pool with good views. It was nice and clean, hallways as well. Lovely big bed and nice room with nice bathroom. They have menus in the room so you can order food as well.

How water jumped from hot to cold not warm 😅. Walls and ceiling must be fin because you can hear people walking past room and moving upstairs. So I’d recommend bringing ear plugs if you come. Also pool seemed a little bit smaller than picture but still alright
