The room was very spacious, we really loved that. The cleaning personnel and the security outside were so friendly, nice and very helpful. The hotel is only a 20min walk (or a 5min ride) from central rama 3 shopping mall so that was great. .

The bathrooms and tv's are a bit outdated but it didn't bother us that much. Just wish we could've watched some Netflix on the tv's and had better shower heads. The pool area wasn't the best, there were almost no sunbeds to lay in and all the ones they do have are broken so if you can, bring something to lay in. Also, just a tip of you stay here. If you leave the hotel around 17:30h it will be a 30min - 45min drive from the hotel to siam paragon/ mbk/ central world / terminal 21/ chinatown.. (lots of traffic). Without traffic it's about 20min. So always leave on time

Room wonderful, big living room and bedrooms, each one with toilets big enough, city view wonderful, air conditioning very good, restaurant affordable, very quiet area with many restaurants, massages and groceries,

Internet worked well but everyday you had to connect it with the password and username, no knifes in the kitchen, lift dangerous, your are coming out and doors closing, staff no not really nice, they wanted to charge for the room twice.

Very clean and spacious room for 3 people, loved the fact that it had a separate room with a door if someone wanted a little privacy. The outside view of the room was exceptional, especially at night. The hotel is located in a very quiet and decent neighbourhood in Bangkok. The beds are large and very comfortable. Has two bathrooms. Has two pools, one indoor and one outdoor. Recommend the outdoor pool due to the exceptional views, however, the indoor pool had a section with hot water. Has a very good Gym and Sauna facilities (closed after 10 p.m. though). The breakfast buffet had a very decent variety of food selections (Mainly English and Thai food). The staff were helpful. Overall very good value for the money.

The location of the hotel is located a bit far from the city centre, therefore it is important to plan out the travel expenses. Some hotel facilities were a bit outdated (For example usually we had to swipe the key card a few times to open the door), since the hotel was originally built in the 80s.

I requested a quiet room away from the elevators and I was given a fantastic room far away from the elevators , I was very happy with the quiet room. Staff are excellent and friendly and helpful. 7/11 just a few metres from the property.

The actual location is a little bit far from everything and tucked away in a small side road so getting taxis back can be tricky . The Wi-Fi was strange because I had to sign in every time I left and then came back.

We had a brief stay. What I liked was the sauna/steam room area at the swimming pool, because there was nobody there and it worked very well to relax. Rooms are just good. Nothing to complain, all the basics are there, the shower is warm and the bed is fine. There were other customers, but I think the hotel could use some more, at least at this time of the year. From our side is was just very nice, friendly and very quiet. Location is perfect for tourists, you can go anywhere from here in Bangkok and closeby there are many pubs and restaurants of good quality. I recommend the Tawandaeng at Rama 3, we had a great evening there, as well as the Mexican restaurant on walking distance. Busy places, but for the right reasons.

The water in the pool is chilly, but that's quite normal in this time of the year. Sauna made up for that though.

The Hotel is located in a non-touristy posh residential area in Sathorn. The locality is quiet and less crowded. Check-in and Check-out was a breeze (it took less than 5 minutes, we arrived very early in the morning). The room was clean, with clean beds and towels. We stayed on the 17th Floor (non-smoking) and the view from the room was excellent, overlooking the Rama 3 express way and we could see the Bangkok Port on the Chao Phraya river. All the staff were very courteous and always ready to help with anything you ask for. Special mention for the lady handling the Breakfast arena - always smiling and helpful. Housekeeping staff are also good. The breakfast spread was a good mix of Thai, Chinese and Continental cuisines. The hotel has two swimming pools, one indoor and one outdoor. The outdoor pool is big with a great view, and the indoor pool has a warm jacuzzi attached to it which was very cosy. Our two bedroom suite had everything we needed, a big refrigerator, microwave oven and a small kitchenette, dinning table and a cosy sofa. There is a 7 Eleven just outside the hotel which is very convenient.

The hotel is not near to any BTS or MRT station which are the lifeline in Bangkok traffic. But the hotel offers free shuttle service to Chong Nonsi BTS station and a few shopping malls nearby (Central Rama 3, Lotus, etc) and that takes care of it. I would appreciate if they could increase the frequency of the shuttle service.

Exceptionnel personnel who do whatever you need and beyond.

The infrastructure is sometimes becoming dated and needs some freshing up. Big rooms with kitchen facilities.... If you bring your own cooking gear. The floor around the big pool (technically nót from the hotel) needs to be redone (painful on bare feet). But I understand the damage from the earthquake needs to be repaired first.... Far from all public transport. Watch out with fresh food in the room. We have got our bed infested with ants... Immediately dealed with by staff!

Staff very good. Rooms big and comfortable. Room service was good and reasonably priced.

Rooms are a little outdated. That is a minor thing. The most disappointing issue was the constant smoking at the entrance to the hotel. Non-stop smoking of cigarette and weed / ganga; often the lobby stinking of weed also. Cannot walk up the entrance without being subject to smoke from cigarettes and wees. We had two rooms, each in different buildings and different floors; one room on the 6th floor continually smelled of cigarette smoke and occasionally of weed. It's not a great experience for kids and non-smokers. The fact that the hotel is non-smoking and fines apply is obviously ineffective. This would be the only issue that would prevent us from booking here again.

We checked in on the 11th floor but then requested to move to a lower floor due to a minor health issue I encountered (difficulty breathing). Within just minutes we were allocated the same kinda two bedroom apartment but at the 5th floor with stunning poolside view and beautiful garden view as well. Exceptional! The staff are very friendly and professional. Food at the restaurant is superb. Great location. Its more central. Grocery shop nearby and street food stalls at night too. Highly recommended. Visiting from 🇵🇬🙏🙏

The stay at The Narathiwas Hotel was very comfortable. The size of the rooms was adequate for 4 people. The breakfast was wonderful with very attentive and friendly staff. Check-in was smooth, and whenever we asked for something, like a clothes iron, it was immediately delivered. The pool, sauna, and several good restaurants around made our stay very comfortable.

There is a horrible smell from the kitchen sink, which is very off-putting!
