The Hotel is really new, comfortable and in a really quiet area. We took the Suite Executive with bathtub, the room is very spacious, provided with TV, kitchen, fridge, iron board and washing/dryer machine. Great view from the private terrace to the swimming pool and the city. At the hall floor we had the pleasure to try their nice bar “Paradiso” where we enjoy, with a discount gifted from the direction, our early arrive at the hotel respect the check in time. Just at the corner you can find a commercial center with Coffee shops and a supermarket. The staff is really kind and they will help you anytime since your arrival until your departure from the hotel. Special thanks to Pat, Yn, Bank and Fah.

They could leave some laundry soap doses in the apartment that have the washing machine, at least for short stay.

The rooms are perfectly clean and very spacious and modern. Although there is no view there is a balcony for a bit of fresh air. The staff are fantastic, greeting you whenever you enter the hotel - especially the outside security guard. There is also a food drop area if you want to order anything from Grab/Shopee/Foodpanda. Perfectly located slightly outside the hustle and bustle but with good transport connections and plenty of nice bars, cafes and restaurants nearby.

Pets should not be allowed in the hotel, I dont hate pets, but I can always smell dogs when I want to take the elevator, and its smelling. Ant problem is serious, I can find them everywhere in the room, they crawled through the cracks in the wood under the window and all over my luggage, covered in clothes. No doubt, the whole wall is full of ants, you better resolve it.

- The location is one of the best since it is close to both sides of Bangkok city, old and new. Although it is not adjacent to any BTS stations, Shama is close to the main street and it is quite easy to hail a cab. - It is within walking distance to many nice restaurants, cafes, and a big supermarket. Perfect for your rest days or quick grabs of food or amenities. - The room is quite spacious considering the price and location of the hotel. It is comfortable and definitely exceeded my expectations for a place to sleep since I mostly spend my time exploring the city. - Laundry room and working space are nice touch even though I never used them.

Everything. Facilities, interior design, service, prompt response are perfect. Location is absolutely best for me as it is right next to The Market Nanglinchee, where Anytime Fitness is located at 3rd flr. There is also a Tops Supermarket, bakery, food stalls, restaurants where I get my affodable for my whole 1 week stay. It is near to BTS station. I was able to easily get to Suvarnabhumi Airport with Amsterdam as my next destination without the need of paying for an expensive cab or grab. It is surrounded also by convenience store and pharmacy. I had my perfect stay and recovery stay at this hotel!!! Thew view from my hotel was a plus!!!

Very friendly staff. The room was extremely comfortable & quiet. The gym is small but functional. The inclusion of a laundry accessible to guests for use is a nice touch.

The breakfast while pleasant, is selected from a limited set menu in a cafe attached to the hotel. If you know about this going in, it's perfectly serviceable, but after a few days we would have preferred a buffet. The location has limited street life around it, (but two supermarkets are very convenient) but a Grab will get you to all the major attractions within 15-40 mins depending on the time of day. .

This 4-star hotel was a pleasant surprise! The room was modern, clean, and packed with advanced technology, making our stay exceptionally comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and always ready to help with anything we needed. While the location is a bit far from most attractions and lacks nearby public transportation, it’s perfect if you have a rental car or don’t mind using taxis or Grab rides. We also requested a high-floor room in our booking, and they accommodated us, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommended!

No neat public transportation

The staff was very nice, polite and helpful. They ordered numerous taxis for us and provided recommendation on where to go. The room was very comfortable, with a lovely bathroom and shower with a small balcony.

The location of the hotel is very far ( at least 20 mins by car from Chinatown or an hour by metro). The cafe adjacent to the hotel while you get a discount on food is expensive and average.
