The room was sunny with natural light and big, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was very good, and the housekeeping was excellent. The reception staff was 24h available, very kind, and we liked that we had a working space. We left some clothes in the room as they didn't fit our luggage and the staff of the hotel brought them to us during the check out because they thought we forgot them, that was very caring.

The WiFi connection was weak for video calls; we had to use data. The location was not close to something interesting on a walk; it was 10-20 minutes by taxi from the most popular places in Bangkok, though. When we arrived, they also asked for a 500 baht deposit, which I didn't really like, but they gave them back by themselves immediately with the checkout. The WiFi also needs a new password daily, which is annoying.

Very clean and comparatively new. The staff is nice. Not far from the city center. Worth it's money.

This property is suitable to locals. Basic facility like internet should be provided which is common practice to all hotels around the globe.

Bed and locationis OK!

First they offer us the room with broken toilet, then second room had very poor AC and, finally, third room was OK. Unfortunstely WiFi in this hotel did not work, I had a continuous problem connecting and maintaining connection. Staff tried to help but to no avail. On March 16 I decided to book another hotel and I checked out from Season Place Hotel. I demanded money return for remaining days but they refused. Luckily My next hotel did not have WIfI problem!
