My stay at the hotel was excellent! The room was exactly as advertised, and although the bathrooms were private, they were outside the room. The location of the hotel is great and the atmosphere is welcoming. Particularly noteworthy was the hospitality of the host, who was extremely welcoming and provided us with all the information we needed about the best places to eat and visit in the region. I have absolutely nothing to complain about, I just want to thank you for a wonderful stay! I recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place with a great location. Thanks again for the amazing experience!

Thank you for the lovely stay. My husband and I very much enjoyed our time. The staff are very kind and accommodating, offering valuable advice and suggestions in the local area. We found the location to be convenient enough to walk to the train station, and there is a 7-11 very close by. The room was spotless and very comfortable. It was surprisingly quiet and we slept well. The daily snacks/sweets and notes were so lovely and kind. Thank you so much!

Very convenient location for the boat pier and subway station. Brilliant view of War Arun. Beds were hard but comfortable. Room was well equipped. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Arrived early and was able to check in early. Was a nice surprise to have some snacks in the room.

Safe was in the room but not bolted down to anything so didn't feel very secure. Bathroom was clean but off the hallway without AC so bathroom was very warm. Shower and toilet/sink were separate with walls only 3/4 up, so lacking in privacy and felt more like a dorm.

Very good location near Wat Arun. Quiet neighbourhood, very nice for BKK. And the best of all….. Never had such a good reception, amazing information given about places to visit, restaurants, massage,….. Super friendly and helpful. Nice surprise in the morning. This gets a 10+

Bed a little hard for me. But probably has more to do with my back than with the bed.

I love the place and staff! Ms. Thom was very polite, professional and very helpful with whatever we needed from the facility and with our itinerary 😊 The room smelled fresh and very clean. Walking distance to wat arun, 7-11, restaurants and gown rentals for wat arun temple. I love the plants and the little cozy swing.. And of course the spectacular view of Wat Arun! Staff provided us with free snacks and coffee which were very thoughtful considering we left for ayuthaya very early.. So grabbing a bite and sip coffee was appreciated sooo much!

No elevator. But it is okey as walking up 4 floors is good exercise.

This is an amazingly beautiful place with outstandingly friendly staff. The owner goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. Very tastefully decorated rooms with a lot of attention to detail. Convenient area with great infrastructure. Beautiful garden and amazing roof top terrace with wonderful views across the city. The place surely exceeded my expectations! I am super grateful for all the guidance and help I received from the lady who runs it already before, during, and even after my stay. She organized a taxi from and to the airport as well and this was super helpful! Advice from my side: Since the property has no lifts and the rooms are on the 4th floor (which is great for the views), just check in with the owner in advance to order a taxi with a driver who will help you carrying up the luggage. Worked really well in my case and worth it when having lots of luggage! I soooo loved my stay here!! Definitely highly recommended hotel when visiting Bangkok!!

Nice accommodation close to Wat Arun. Located on a quiet back street with short walk to the main street. Rooms are located on the 3rd floor, no elevator. Friendly host giving good information about the area. View from the rooftop is fantastic. Good communication throughout with the host. A small cafe with self service on ground floor (never used it so I can’t rate it). Shower and toilet is not in your room, it’s in the corridor. Separate for each room. Worked ok for me. Room was spacious and well equipped, also with a fridge. Indeed recommended!

You could easily hear the neighboring rooms or when someone left or arrived.

This was a small hotel in a residential area with many navy buildings around. It was located very close to the Wat Arun and Grand Palace and we were able to just walk to the pier and take the ferry to these sites. Plenty of convenience stores and eating places around. Glad that we chose this place. The owner was extremely nice and we were provided with ample water, tea, snacks and basic amenities. We chose the room with the attached bathroom. For some of the other rooms, the bathrooms are in the hallway. Very nice roof top view of the Wat Arun, especially at night.

The rooms are in the fourth floor and access is only via the stairs. Would be hard for older persons or those with disabilities. Climbing the stairs after a long day was a bit tiring. Also would have preferred more choices for the TV channels. Only local channels available.

Loved the location, in a local neighbourhood that was quite peaceful, but still easy to get everywhere using public transport and close to Wat Arun The hotel was calm and comfortable, everything had been thought of. Perfect if you want to relax and see the real Bangkok. They helped me with everything I needed, including helping me organise a boat to explore the khlongs near by and a taxi from the airport. Lots of helpful recommendations were provided for things to do locally. The property is very secure and safe and the area feels safe to walk around at night alone
