All staff members were very cordial and helpful, the views were amazing as was the atmosphere from breakfast/dining terrace and also rooftop bar... both overlooking the Wat Arun across the Chao Phraya River. I also loved the location of its entrance situated at the end of a typical suburban road which instantly wraps you up in Bangkok's culture. Would definitely recommend this hotel and/or revisit.

Though the lack of an elevator was not a major issue for our 56 year old legs, there were times when we would have appreciated being carried up to the 2nd floor :)

Breakfast was absolutely amazing! The amount of food and the quality of food served was beyond my expectations. I come from Europe, close to Italy, so my coffee standards are extremely high. They managed to serve a cappuccino so perfect it was better than many places in Italy <3 Definitely would recommend. Additionally, the rooftop bar is delightful, and they craft exceptional cocktails. My room was beautiful and very cosy...the mini bar set up was wonderful and I loved I was also given chrysanthemum tea

I do not actually have any concrete complaints.

Great service all around, everyone on staff was super helpful and so very nice. The best I’ve ever had experienced traveling around the world! Great view at the roof top bar and hotel restaurants, great location for visiting Bangkok’s major and famous Wats (temples) and the Grand Palace. A bit out of the way from other tourist attractions but easy transportation (taxi, bus, subway) especially by boat (ferry and hop on/off) to those locations.

No elevator as common for that area. A bit inconvenient for staying at a high floor but the staff were more than willing to help with the luggage. Loud “party” noise from the building next door at night when we were there.

Fabulous little hotel located right along the Chao Phraya River. Panoramic views of Wat Arun and the river from the rooftop bar as well as beautiful views of Wat Pho from the rooms overlooking the temple. Rooms were beautifully clean, lovely soft towels and dressing gowns and an amazing shower with super water pressure. Rooms were spacious with good air conditioning as well as well sound proofed - I couldn’t hear any noise from the bar upstairs at night. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, facilitating a late check in for me and a very early check out time - they helped everything run smoothly and were very helpful. The location is perfect - walking distance to the Grand Palace and Wat Pho, 3 mins away from the ferry to Wat Arun across the river and 5 mins from the metro station Sanam Chai where you can get a direct line to Chinatown, Si Lom, Lumbini park etc. Overall it was fab and I would come back again

The restaurant area is lovely with a great view of Wat Arun across the water. Our room was a standard one and we were disappointed with the view but it was clean, comfortable and had all the little details that we needed (tea, coffee, toiletries). The breakfast was included in the price and the banana pancakes were delicious. The menu says it comes with a lot of extras which we didn’t receive but the pancakes were filling enough. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Access to the hotel is quite difficult as drivers cannot get up the road so they have to drop you at the end (which is quite a struggle with big backpacks!). Standard rooms don’t have a nice view.

Stylish hotel has everything you need in the room, fabulous view from the rooftop bar and ideal location to take boat trips on the river. The ladies at the front desk were very helpful.

Rooftop bar gets very crowded in the evening- would be nice to secure tables for guests from the hotel and give them priority. You need to take a Tuk Tuk to go outside in evening as everything closes in the evening so little choice left in terms of restaurants and bars. The smell right outside the hotel.

The hotel is EXACTLY in front of Wat Arun (and Chao Praya river) and the view at night is amazing not only from the room I chose but from the rooftop bar too where u have a great view of temples’ area back. Great restaurant where I had dinner (the terrace of the restaurant too is along the river & in front of Wat Arun) and breakfast every morning I stayed there (3 nights). Even the area close to the hotel is very nice with small alleys along the river. Not to be missed in BKK ! I’ll be back for sure !!

I have stayed before but this time decided I wanted Riverview of Wat Arun. Definitely made the right decision as Wow absolutely phenomenal! Did not disappoint.

No lifts as on 4 floor you have to lug your suitcase up but the staff insisted so they took it up for me which I felt bad letting them do so. Front staff were so hospitable and excellent customer service. The guy at front desk top notch service so sweet sorry forgot his name but all staff always accommodating to my needs

Staying here was a fantastic experience! The view of Wat Arun, especially at sunset, was absolutely stunning. The rooftop bar and restaurant were perfect for enjoying the scenery with great food and drinks. My room was modern and well-designed, though a bit small, but the overall atmosphere made up for it. The location was ideal for exploring Bangkok’s historical sites, and the staff were friendly and attentive. If you’re looking for a boutique stay with an unforgettable view, this is the place!

The location was excellent. We had a temple view (of Wat Pho) rather than the river view (of Wat Arun) - but it was great. The staff were really friendly and helpful. There is no lift and we were concerned about carrying big suitcases up 2 floors to our room but they did this up and down for us. We were welcomed with some fruit in the room, and a cocktail voucher for use during our stay. Breakfast was amazing - tasty but also a work of art when it was delivered.

No lift - which was fine as staff helped with suitcases. Minimal space for clothes - we ended up living out of the suitcase - but it was all fine. Having the open plan bathroom was strange - you could slide the door across to either close in the shower or the toilet but not both at once.
