Stayed myself and 2 teenagers in October. Safe and clean. Very close to grand palace, river taxi's and night market (walking). Staff were super helpful with ideas of what to do and getting taxi's. Also able to get food here which was good. Toilets and showers spotlessly clean.

It was a little noisy with traffic, but they did provide earplugs which was great and is to be expected in centre of Bangkok.

Very clean and modern, the bike theme is just lovely. The bathroom and shower area are very comfortable and clean at all times, the bunk beds are comfortable and have a small space to put your belongings, as well as a wall plug. The social area is quiet but they offer some games and puzzles for you. Location is great, very close to the metro and restaurants.

I loved the fact that we arrived at noon and, with a big smile, the staff told us our room was already ready — that’s not something you see everywhere! The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, and the value for money was absolutely amazing.

The men’s restroom could really use some air conditioning — it was quite warm and uncomfortable in there.

Wonderful location, for hostel standards very well run & small details well thought out. Woman’s bathroom/shower was super space with plenty or room and hairdryers ect. Room was comfortable (we booked a private for 2 person bunk beds, pillows & mattress were clean & super comfy - traveled with a sleeping bag and preferred to use it as a duvet over the blanket provided, my spouse happily used the ones provided. Aircon was great, curtains to block out city light)

Towels - terrible (supper rough). Used our personal ones instead. Stairs need to be redone, a little scary. Great location in center old town, so keep in mind city traffic if a light sleeper (we had no issues). Upstairs in general could do with better ventilation/cooling/fan (rooms are with airconditioned, just the shared spaces upstairs are not as well ventilated - hallway & woman’s toilet.)

Loved the room, plenty of space and a little seating area, a perfect start to our Thailand adventure. Really easy to get around with popular tourist spots nearby, and a cafe with the most delicious food and drinks. The bathrooms were clean and tidy. We really enjoyed our stay thank you!

Very clean and great showers/toilet facilities. Cold and hot drinking water when you wish so bring a refillable bottle/stay for a coffee in the morning. We didn’t eat here but the food looked great. Full sized pool table in the lobby. Great air con in the room. Great location, close to both Temples, the metro and Chinatown.

They have a drier in the men’s bathroom but as the bathroom electricity is on a timer/sensor, the drier is basically useless unless you stay in the room. We stayed in a room with single bunk beds. Unfortunately the room did not have windows. the beds were quite hard.

Staff were lovely and downstairs area with pool table was great. Very friendly atmosphere and resident bird was a big plus. Tea/coffee/cold water and snacks were great. Free bike rental although we didn't use it. Staff gave good local recommendations and booked a bus trip for us too. Everything well decorated. Bathrooms very clean and lovely.

Only downside was not having a female toilet on our floor, only a male one.

Very calm atmosphere. We first came to this place Just passing by as a cafe, but decided to stay here when coming back to Bangkok, due to how nice it was. The guy at reception is very friendly and so are the women. The food is also great everything we had was lovely. The rooms and bathrooms are immaculate. Comfy beds with own lamp and plug.

This was my second stay in Bangkok Bed and Bike as I loved it the first time. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable. Probably the best I've seen in a hostel in Thailand. The staff is lovely and so helpful. The volunteers are amazing too! The food is also great and the location is fantastic! On top of that you can get a bicycle for free which is a massive plus! Overall, I loved my stay(s) here and I will be coming back when I visit Bangkok again.

- they reply to inquiries - overall cleanliness - aesthetic - toiletries (lotion, cotton buds, tissue, blower) - they have a lift for luggage - the place is comfy and safe

- place is wooden, so you can hear footsteps quite easily - place is beside a main road, can hear the traffic (although they provide ear plugs) - not really close to MRT Blue Line
