We greatly enjoyed out stay. The staff were superb - always happy to assist anytime we needed to reach them, they even offered to assist us with some offsite translations on our travel to our next destination in south Thailand, which we never needed but it was a kind and incredibly commendable thing for them to offer that service to us. Breakfast was nicely done each day, and consisted of great fruit, eggs, meat, juice/coffee and some baked goods. It was freshly cooked to order and enough to get us on our way to explore the city each day. The location of the Poshtel is amazing and just what you need if you’re there to go to the many cultural attractions in the area (grand palace, Temple of the Reclining Buddha, etc). We wandered side roads in the neighborhood one evening outside the hotel and could have spent many hours just staying in a four or five block radius. Found a great small hole-in-the-wall local restaurant just a couple blocks away, and it’s a relatively short walk to Chinatown from the hotel. The one slight downside of our stay was our room was even smaller than I was expecting (we knew it would be small), but the rest of our group had a more spacious 2 queen bed room on the same floor and we were able to keep our luggage there if space was tight. We did appreciate that the staff put our two rooms near each other so we could visit each other more easily. All in all, I would very much recommend this hotel, particularly so because of the wonderful staff and location, in addition to the fact that the conditions of the rooms were clean and well kept.

The staffs are so nice, very helpful and warm-hearted. They know everything around the hotel, no matter you want to visit the attractions, or go shopping, or walk around, or do massage, they can give you some suggestions. Do not forget to ask for help, you will find it helpful. They will help you communicate with the grab driver and send you on the car. The breakfast is good, including bread, fruits and drinks. The hotel is near the grand palace, wat pho, about 15-minute walk.

The room is so small, no TV, no sofa, only the beds.

It is walking distance to many key attractions and a short ride to more. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. There is a good-sized window to let in the natural light. The staff is pleasant and attentive to our individual needs and requests. There is even a michlin rated Mango and Sticky rice vendor (K. Panich) 3-minute walk from the hotel.

Nothing I can think of

The family room was spacious and well-designed, featuring two queen-size beds that comfortably accommodated our family of four. The modern, contemporary decor added to the appeal, and we appreciated the convenience of having a refrigerator in the room. We also enjoyed the cozy coffee shop located at the reception. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location was fantastic, just a short walk to a lively street filled with bars and restaurants.

If there’s one area for improvement, it would be the breakfast. It felt a bit too basic, and the dining area was limited to a small corner with just two tables. Adding more variety and a proper restaurant could make the experience even better.

Fantastic location and very friendly staff. The lobby is great as it has a cafe and area to eat takeaways etc. rooms are well designed with big beds, curtains and great washing areas. Great location to walk to big old town attractions like grand palace and national museum as well as Ko San Road.

Three negatives, the pillows we found very uncomfortable and also we found when we checked in the floor had long hairs on which ment it wasn’t being mopped etc properly. Oh also, there was no safety box in our room that was promised and when we asked staff they offered no solution.

The best about about the hotel was the EXCELLENT staff. They were friendly and very helpful whenever we had questions or needed help booking a taxi. I'd stay here again for that reason alone :)

Our room was on the top floor and facing the road, so there was a ton of noise that crept into our room. They need to put some kind of sealant around the door frame to muffle the road noise; there were visible gaps, which meant that our air conditioner was having to run even more to keep up with the warm air flowing in around the door. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were composed of stiff rectangular foam material.

Bed was huge and really comfortable. The mattress was a bit firm for my partner, but honestly it was perfect for me. Room had a big TV, and very good mirrors / toilet / shower. Air conditioning was very good as well

Honestly nothing. I would strongly recommend this place. Only thing I was not a very big fan of is the area around the hostel, but that's just Bangkok. Location is very central and you can get to the temples in ~ 10 min on foot. There's also some nice cafes close by.

Great budget hotel very close to most of the key attractions in Bangkok. This hotel is in a regular neighborhood and not in the touristy area. The area itself is quite and nice. Rooms were neat and clean. The property is well maintained. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us suggestions on where to go and told us about the excellent morning market nearby.

Rooms are a little on the smaller side. There were no closets of place to hang clothes. No place to hang towels either in the bathroom.

The location is great. It is in a quiet area, near to grand palace, what pho, and khaosan rd. There is also a 7/eleven nearby and a lot of eateries and restaurants. It is also a 2 minute walk to a michellen eatery. The price is superb, you really get the value of your money's worth. The room is clean, we got a bunk bed, and each bed has its own light and power outlets. Each bed is also equipped with a privacy curtain. They provide water every day, although it would also be nice to have a coffee or tea available in the room for a morning sip. The staff are really accommodating. They took care of us in our entire stay. You can also book for a very early check-in if you're arriving in Bangkok in the crack of dawn.

Nothing everything is great.

The staff were amazing at this hotel. When we arrived the amazing lady on the desk saw how much luggage we had and pre warned us we’d booked a pretty small room. As soon as we asked if it was possible to pay for an upgrade she sorted us out straight away. Every single member of staff was AMAZING. The location is pretty easier to get around Bangkok. We had a great stay. Thank you.

The pillows were slightly hard. But still had a great sleep.
