Very nice, stylish hotel. Interesting interior design. Spacious, comfortable room, with air conditioning. Cosmetics are needed in the bathroom (shower gel, shampoo, conditioner). There is a sponge and dishwashing liquid in the kitchen. Free mineral water, coffee and tea. Extremely nice and helpful owner. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed. The owner carried our suitcases upstairs and prepared the room (turned on the lights, TV). We were very pleased. The bedding was clean and fragrant, and the beds were comfortable. I recommend this place. The property is close to the Grand Palace. We had a very nice time at this hotel.

Our family room was at the top. There are steep stairs leading there. This may be difficult for older or sick people.

A lovely place to stay in a very nice neighbourhood of Bangkok. In short walking distance of all important sights and surrounded by lovely restaurants and streetfood. Special thanks to Den & Noy, two lovely and very friendly hosts whom let us feel very comfortable during our stay.

Reception staff were excellent and very helpful. Beautifully decorated hotel on the old town. Rooms very clean with excellent facilities. No lift could have been an issue given we had multiple bags as we were on 6 week tour of Asia, but reception staff took our bags to and from room. Also 2000 TBH needed as deposit at checkin or passport to protect against room damages I assume. Minor irritation but assume this due to bad experiences the hotel has had in the past. Some noise as hotel is based in old town and residential area so local life starts very early, albeit hotel provide ear plugs. Display on AC unit very bright so provides some ambient lighting equivalent to night light in room when sleeping. To keep hotel very clean you need to remove shoes before entering area of hotel where rooms are accessed.

The location was excellent, with the hotel being a short walk to the Grand Palace and some of the great temples. There didn't seem to be a metro station very close but we enjoyed using buses in order to get to other areas. Noi, the live in Manager was there to help all the time. He was incredible. Very approachable with a good sense of humour and always happy to help. The hotel is very modern and funky and our room was very spacious and the beds extremely comfortable. It was a lovely place to hang out in when you didn't feel like exploring.

I was a bit disappointed with the breakfast. A choice of continental breakfast would have been nice.

Good central location, nicely designed and decorated, very friendly staff, good quality boutique hotel.

No elevator, so difficult for the staff with lots of luggage if on upper floor, lots of noise from local area (traffic, shouting etc).

Very cute, off the beaten path. The neighborhood wasn't remarkable but it was nice to be away from the crowds. Once inside, there were lots of fun design choices to keep us comfortable and ready to head back into the heat. It was mid-November, but we got a surprise Christmas gift. The staff was always attentive and pleasant.

Not a problem for us, but note that there is no elevator. The bigger suites are higher up (no more than three flights of stairs). The coffee is the lobby was instant; that felt like a miss for the otherwise mid-high end vibe they are going for.

This was a perfect hotel for us. Very clean, comfortable and great location. We only had two days in Bangkok and planed to visit the Grand Palace, Wat Pho and Wat Arun which were all located within 20 min walk from the hotel. The other direction (about 10 min walk) there was a lively nigh live spot full of bars. We recommend visiting Mango Vegan Restaurant! Also, House of the Machine has amazing staff. Thank you so much for making our stay so welcoming!

Great location close to hustle and bustle, but in a very quiet area. Very lovely and helpful .. owner/manager? We even got a new year gift bag when we arrived. Free snacks in lobby. Really nice

Nothing.. ok the stairs could be hard for some people. We were on the 4th floor.. but it was ok for us. The view from the terrace wasn't really a view but the space was still really nice

This hotel was truly wonderful! It was very clean, comfortable, and the staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Anne was our host and she was very helpful with local tips, organizing airport transport, next door coffee shop recommendation, etc. Very good communication as well, since we missed our flight in the way in, and they were flexible with our check in. We are plant lovers and loved seeing a Thai constellation monstera in the hotel. Get the breakfast!! It is prepared with lots of care. We walked to most places and took Grab when going further out. Very central location.

Beautifully designed, comfortable, individual, in the heart of the old town, ideal starting point for discovering Bangkok. A special thanks to the receptionist who makes you feel so welcome and supports you if needed. We came here twice during our vacation. As we had a late flight and had been walking around in hot Bangkok after checkout, I greatly appreciated the possibility to take a shower when picking up our luggage.
