I booked the deluxe room and it was exactly like in the pictures. It has a fridge, AC and a smart TV where you can watch your Netflix series. The internet connection is good. There is nobody at the reception at night so make sure you take the keys with you. If you push the door a little bit more firmly, it would open, though. There is somebody (employee) sleeping on the ground floor so you can wake them up if you really need something. You can find anything you might need within 2 minutes walk from the hotel: restaurants, coffee shops, massage places, motorbike rentals, taxis, convenience store etc. The main night life (Henry's Africa, Ark bar etc.) is about 15 minutes walk but you can always catch a tuc tuc. Travelling around the island can be quite expensive by Thai standards as there is no public transport. Hence the flourishing motorbike rental businesses. A tuc tuc ride to Lamai (6-7 km) is 400 bht while the small motorbike rent is 200 bht per 24 hours

Although the hotel is very close to the beach, you do not have access there directly, as you would have to go through the resort across the street and that is not allowed. Instead, you have to walk to the public access street which is about 5-6 minutes walk. But this is the case for all the hotels on that side of the road.

Shoes had to be removed before entering, but the only chairs outside were somewhat high, making it a little more difficult for me with back issues to remove my shoes comfortably.

It’s a family owned business and the staff are very passionate, helpful and friendly. The location is super close to the main road, 8 minute walk to the chabad, and 2 minute walk to the beach through the resort. If you’re looking for the party/ nightlife area it’s a 25 minute walk from the main party nightlife area (Ark Bar, Elphant, Green Mango, SoundClub) but it didn’t bother us too much. Bed was huge and comfortable, had storage room, and cleaning service and laundry service was great. Quiet area and we had a pretty view of the mountains.

Outdated and broken furniture, ripped bedsheets, not very aesthetically pleasing. No elevator and we were on the fourth floor! If you are older or disabled it’s not for you. That was difficult and I’m only in my twenties. The air conditioning froze us to death, remote didn’t work but to be fair we didn’t complain about it to them. No full body mirror.

Amazing value for money!! We couldn’t fault anything! I didn’t know the woman’s name at reception but she was so attentive and welcoming for our whole stay, bringing us complementary water and even coming to say goodbye to us at 6am when we had to check out early! We arrived at the hotel an hour earlier before check in opened with no expectation of checking in- however after a few minutes the woman came back and had arranged the room for us early! This was so needed after a morning of travelling! The rooms are spotless and the air-con worked great. A delight to have a bed that wasn’t actually rock hard either! The beach is technically only a 2 min walk if you go through another hotel resort, however to go through the beach access way is 10 minutes. Highly recommend this place for anyone who is travelling on a budget, but still wants to be in a great location and stay somewhere clean!

Nothing we didn’t like, however just to note- there is no lift, but we were fortunate to have some assistance when checking in to take our bags to the 4th floor!

My wife and I loved our stay here, it was quiet, the staff were extremely hospitable, and the cleaning was the best I've had traveling Asia. They offered laundry, beach mats, an outdoor hose to wash your feet off, and can coordinate any tour you'd like. Its location was perfect for my wife and I because we were near a Super Cheap & 7/11, as well as significantly quieter than more Central Chewang. (Which we prefer) Last but not least the affordability is perfect compared to other inflated hotel prices on Ko Samui.

Consider a toilet paper guard from the shower splashing water.

Good size room in a location close to Chewang beach south end a bit more quiet than the main town but still with lots of places to eat and drink. They also gave us a free upgrade due to our long stay which included a kitchen on the balcony area and a big fridge in the room.

No lift or pool but we knew this and was not a problem.

I liked this hotel a lot. Despite being a 2 stars hotel, the room was very big, with all the necessary things and very clean, also with a small balcony to smoke or hang your clothes. The staff was really polite and helpful, providing towels for the beach each time and giving advice about where to go. It is very clean, and their cleaning service was amazing each day, highly recommended.

The only thing is that to get to the lively part of Chaweng you have to walk 30 minutes, which is doable but feels hot with the island humidity. But the hotel is overall really good

Room is medium spacious with a large balcony. There is kitchenette with complete cooking utensils which is rare. There is heaps of storage for ur bags which i liked. Room is cleaned everyday and towel changed. Staff is so nice and respectful. Even helped us after we checked out when we were having trouble getting our luggage in a scooter.

Bathroom is a bit dated and small but deffinitely feels clean and no mould around which was important for me

The lady at the reception - Ann - is an angel. So nice and helpful. Nice room. Great bed. Good location close to the beach and shops/restaurants. Very quiet! Good sleep! Comfortable.

In our room 336 the shower was working but pretty weak. No much power so it takes time to wash out soap and shampoo but it's still manageable. The lady did change the hose but that was still not great. No big deal though. I I checked another room; the shower was very good.

The property offered large spacious rooms. The facilities were great… including smart TV’s! Very accommodating staff… made it feel like home ❤️ a great safe space to stay!
