Nice setting, nice worker- very friendly Happy hours

My room was in the old part of the hotel, very nice, but is it possible to have something to put his luggage on?!!you have to have it on the floor- sorry, but with that money!!because there is too less space for the clothing, specially when 2 people are there. The next thing is, in Thailand is it allowed to smoke weed. Some hotels forbit it in a general area. I don’t know how the policy of this hotel is, but many people smoke weed at the pool. And it is not like a cigarette - finished after 5min, no they smoke like 30min. And the smell is disturbing. Personally I think it is not ok to do it in front of kids and they are also at the pool!!!! That’s a big NO In general it is a big koh samui “problem”

The big pool area on the beach & the friendly staff in reception and the bars/restaurant. The view of the ocean from the pool and the location was perfect to walk to Chaweng central area.

The pillows were very hard (staff stated that's all they have). The price we paid for 10 nights was disappointing to see we weren't situated in the main hotel area closer to the beach, but across the street with no view or even a balcony where you can sit down (only stand).

We were in the cheap seats on the city side of the street and I was a bit nervous before arriving because of the reviews but it was perfect. We used the pools, bar, and restaurant on the beach side. We had breakfast on the city side. It was more than enough, lovely fresh fruit and breads, a few Thai dishes, egg station, pancakes, and waffles, decent coffee and more. It is half the price of the beach side rooms so suited my budget. I would definite recommend this hotel.

Our room was the smallest room we've had yet but it was still adequate.

Huge pool area across the full lenght of the property where you always can find shadows. Nice rooms. Great bar and drinks. Breakfast has solid selection and good quality. Perfect beach, especially for kids. We stayed in April and there were always enough sunbeds for everybody even through some badly brought up people Reserve them at early in the morning. You can rent bikes directly at the hotel for fair prices. You have everything very near to the hotel. Restaurants, grocery Shops, atm, street markets, Bars, one of the best fruit Shops I have ever been to. Short drive you will find very busy area with Shops and more Bars and Restaurants.

The location of this hotel was great. Lots around and easy to get places. We were on the city side and it did not impact us at all. The breakfast was very good, more than enough to chose from. Staff were really nice particularly the gentleman who helps you cross the road between the 2 buildings. I would recommend this hotel to others.

The room was tight enough........would have liked a little more space to make it perfect!

Swimming pool and beach bar. The beach was lovely just in front of hotel. We stayed at the hotel across the road as was told this was for standard double. If you want to stay in main hotel you need to book a deluxe room. You can use all facilities in the main hotel. There is a lovely small pool area over the road

Nowhere to go for a drink on evening as upstairs bar was closed

The hotel looks even nicer than in the pictures. It stands out from most of the properties in the neighbourhood. The location is amazing, very quiet and relaxing, part of the busiest Chaweng beach. It is only 15 15-minute walk away from the busiest spot in Koh Samui but distant enough to avoid all the nightlife noise. Breakfast is good. Not a 5-star luxury resort type of breakfast but plenty of good and delicious food available. Will certainly satisfy everyone. The restaurant is amazing and cooks very delicious Thai food. We ate all our lunches at the Mercury restaurant and it is really good. Rooms are large with good air conditioning and large bathrooms. Plenty of space for two adults.

The number of sunbeds is inadequate for the number of hotel rooms. If you want to get a sunbed, you have to wake up at 6 am and go to the beach or pool area to place your towel. If you are late, all sun beds are taken. The hotel tried to improve it during our stay and bought additional sunbeds; however, these were poor-quality plastic sunbeds without any padding.

nice decorated room, clean, very friendly staff, quiet location, right next to the beach and lovely ladies giving massages right out on the beach. easy to arrange other activities from the hotel desk.

unfortunately main pool was being renovated and a restaurant in the main city building, but alternatives were provided. The breakfast was okay, may be a little more variety ?

The pool!, location, clean and new spacious rooms, nice balcony, good WiFi, friendly staff, lots of books to borrow, the fresh coconuts, the pool bar, late check out possible for us, airport transfer was arranged (for a fee), dinner at the beach, the nets and beany bags to sit on

For us only small downside was breakfast- very limited choice (but what they offered was very good eg the fresh omelette) , so gets a bit repetitive if you stay for a week, the coffee was not the best, very limited outdoor seating with view of pool and sea ; also the sunbeds are not the most comfy (no pillows on top) and the beds in the room are on the very hard side

Everything was excellent!! We loved it!!!

They should put one more coffee machine for breakfast.
