This was our second time staying here this month. We feel it is the best value for beachside accommodation in the quieter south part of Chaweng Beach. The 90 meter pool is fantastic. There is an elevated deck at the end of the pool overlooking the beach framed by arching palm trees. The staff will serve you a coconut while you lounge there. The staff told us they plan to start restaurant and swim up pool service in mid July. Sai, the receptionist was very friendly, professional and helpful with anything we needed. The housekeeping staff were also very friendly and helpful.

The restaurant and swim up pool bar were being refurbished and were not available but the staff said they should be ready by mid July, 2024

This hotel is right on the beach... it is not in the centre of all the chaos, but close enough to walk or drive too. The staff are very friendly and found the rooms to be very well thought out, clean with a great view. Restaurants and massage parlours etc...are right outside the hotel The pricing is was well worth it

Bed? The bed was too hard for me and I had trouble sleeping. I had a few massages at the nearby by parlour. This helped but a softer bed would have helped. The internet went from okay to crap very quickly... then you have to remember you are on an island. Note Flights to Koh Samui were really expensive so we chose to fly to Surat Thani and take the Ferry Over

The 90 meter swimming pool that runs through the middle of the resort is a real highlight here. We swam 1000-2000 meters every day and enjoyed relaxing under the waterfall dropping into the pool as we gazed out toward the beach. The deck with lounge chairs at the end of the pool was a perfect place to enjoy a coconut drink or other beverage. The resort sits on one of the nicest quiet sections of Chaweng beach. Staff were all very friendly.

The water pressure was a bit low, however Koh Samui is in a severe drought and water pressure was low in other places we stayed on the island as well. We understand the need to conserve water and this wasn’t a big issue for us. We would love it if they staffed the swim up pool bar regularly, but I believe it was too slow during our visit to support this.

Location is amazing. Staff are amazing.

Lighting in the room was very poor and towards the end of our stay, they had frequent power cuts. Could improve on breakfast and have a restaurant on site, however, literally next door to the hotel there is an amazing place to eat, so didn’t really matter.

This place is amazing ! The staff is very friendly, the rooms are large and clean and most have a sea view, the location is perfect right in front of the beach and nearby restaurants and shops with easy way to move to central samui, I come in Koh Samui every year and this place is one of my favorite ! I extended my stay. Thanks for everything !

I loved everything

Staff were super friendly. Great location and close to everything but no noise when inside room. Pool is very nice.

They were understaffed but the manger was very honest about this and helped wherever possible. Hotels going through a transitional period and the recent reviews reflect that but I’m sure things will be more smooth soon.

Lovely staff and upgraded us for a little extra money, they are about to renovate so hopefully one day facilities will be more operational. Great location, best friendly staff

No bar for cocktails or restaurant

Lovely to walk out of your room, to a lovely pool and the beach. Nicely situated. The hotel was quiet and peaceful.

The hotel is in need of some improvements. Hotel pool bar closed, no option for evening meals, the hotel could do with better lighting especially in corridor areas and rooms.

Everything about this hotel was great the location the people everything great

We had a great stay at this hotel. During our stay the restaurant was closed for renovations but is planned to open soon again which will make the resort even better. Great spot on the beach and close to arranged watersports. The pool is great and not crowded. The staff was very friendly and helped us fast whenever there was a issue. Looking forward to coming back again to this resort in the future.
