This was my third time staying at Samui VertiColor Hotel, and I love it every time! The hotel is clean, safe, and has everything you need for a great stay. The staff are super friendly and professional, which makes the whole experience even better. A special shout-out to Piak at the front desk. He was so kind, helpful, and always had a smile. He really made everyone feel welcome. I’d definitely recommend Samui VertiColor Hotel to anyone visiting Samui. I’ll for sure be back again!

Every time I stay there, there were late-night disturbances around 2–3 a.m. almost every night caused by the usual suspects from certain countries, which I will not mention here, but I think most of us know. These guests were yelling in the hallways and slamming doors, disturbing the peace for everyone else late at night, every night. While I understand the hotel cannot fully control guest behavior, I would encourage management to proactively remind such individuals about respecting Thailand, its people, and fellow guests. After all, no one should behave abroad in ways they would not tolerate in their own country. Despite this, I continue to highly recommend Samui VertiColor Hotel as a welcoming, comfortable, and reliable place to stay in Samui. I look forward to returning again.

Nice clean pool area, food & drinks round the pool were reasonably priced and tasted good. Rooms cleaned everyday, well equipped room with kettle, fridge, hairdryer and safe. Laundry service was good. Not a bad location away from though noise about a 15/20 minute to the main bars and shops. Not far in a grab either from fishermans village and other places

When re entering the room there always seemed to be a funny smell, like damp maybe as there was a few marks on the walls. Wasn’t unbearable and must of got used to it after few minutes of being back in the room. Also the layout of the hotel is a littke funny, was quite a maize to get to our room up and down stairs.. fine for us young ones but if you have mobility issues could be a problem for you

Really nice hotel! Rooms very spacious and beds comfortable. Room cleaned every day so fresh sheets, towels etc provided every day. The pool area is really nice & well maintained with a good bar & pool towels provided. Lots of restaurants/shops etc as you head left & right out of the hotel. Really good value for money! Really enjoyed our stay.

No complaints, location wise it’s probably a good 15-20 minutes until you hit the busiest part of the town but we knew that before we booked. Very handy to hop on one of their taxi trucks if needs be for about €2.

The reception staff is really kind and very helpful. They always did their best to help us. The pool is big and nice with a bar and snacks bar next to it. The room was big enough with a nice balcony. Everything was very clean. They provide 2 bottles of water daily which is great. We stayed for a month and everything was really good.

There was a big group of Israelis teenagers that were very noisy every night for 3-4 nights in a row, which I think was a little bit too much. Anyway, not really a problem of the hotel per se, and since they solved the problem with signs in the common areas and the people’s room everything went smoothly after that little incident. :)

I was here 17 days , very nice staff, in my room everything was good. Very good, big swimming pool with good price beer. Around this location you can find everything what you need ( shops, laundry, bike rental, local food, massage , cheap market + 7/11, about 10 minutes walking to the beach). Verticolor is well organised hotel.

Mattress Comfort: Not bat for 1,90cm people like me. That's already a lot. Room size: Big size to stay few days. Good to have and move a baby stroller if needed. Location: Excellently located in Ko Samui center. Responsibles: Really attentive and helpful always with us. Thanks a lot. Noise: Sometimes could hear something from the street but ok. Breakfast: Huge breakfast with big variety with toast, coffee, fruits, etc. Air conditioning: Good working AC machine. Swimming pool: Nice swimming pool with lack of shadow and beach to 3 min walking.

Cleanliness: Everything clean but could be cleaner.

Hotel is very nice. The stuff are lovely. It feels very homely. They serve great breakfast as well. I only miss my soy alternative milk and had to come with it every morning. Service for laundry is good. I will definitely come back very convenient clean and also close to the grocery store. Which open 24 hours.

The only thing that I didn’t like is that the most of the staff was very smiley but only some of them thatat the they were not smiling so much anymore.

Great buffet breakfast! We stayed for 7 nights and the breakfast had a great variety of foods, all you can eat. Pool was large, very clean and cool refreshing water with comfortable lounge chairs, plenty of sun and shade and a nice bar area.

Gym was ok. Could have more free weights. A/C unit in our room leaked and flooded the outside patio, so we were unable to use it Chaweng beach while a beautiful beach and very clean, was way too crowded and the surf was a bit strong

The bedroom was lovely and big with a very comfortable bed! I was upgraded on arrival and so I also got a balcony and a little sofa in my room which was a nice surprise. Good bathroom products, loved their shampoo! Loved the large pool and there’s lots of sun beds to lay on. The reception staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful! Always very smiley. Lovely little selection of food at breakfast, help yourself but you have to order eggs to be made fresh.

There was only a couple of things(Room 2304); the bathroom door got stuck a lot/ didn’t close, I was told I could smoke on the balcony but there was no ashtrays on site so I still went outside the hotel to smoke, the do not disturb sign was pointless as staff tried to enter the room multiple times.

Rooms were nice! The hotel had a gym! We had an area where we could dry clothes outside. Pool was nice and because of the area it was private. Good value for money.

Location was a a little far from the main area. Housekeeping started too early. If you did not have a ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on your door, cleaning staff would knock from as early as 9am. Regardless, you hear them anyway. One morning I was in bed and clearly said ‘no thank you’ when staff knocked but proceeded to enter my room.
