It’s such a peaceful property. For the location being so close to the main tourist streets, it’s tucked away in a very quiet and safe area. There is also a a 24/7 supermarket just beside the property. My husband and I loved it! The staff were so kind ❤️

The stove didnt work in our room at all. And please note that the hotel is partially serviced ( i.e there is no intercom in the room and you have to go to reception and get someone and there is no one in the reception at night, only in the day time) Luckily we never really planned to cook so it was alright for us.

Very friendly staff. We were upgraded for the first two of the three nights. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

No shower curtain or seperator. It was uncomfortable to shower without wetting everything in the bathroom. See image attached.

This little boutique style hotel was everything and more. The room was beautifully put together fresh white interior we had a small suite style room with kitchen, sofa, smart TV and a lovely comfortable bed. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough for us, the immediate surroundings within the hotel is so pretty they have a little fishpond with coy carp, and at night the whole area is lit up with lanterns, they have massage parlour and restaurant on the grounds, we opted for bed and breakfast, the breakfast was lovely. I loved this place it just felt so homely. We stayed 2 nights; we would have certainly extended our stay if we hadn't got plans. Lots of food places nearby, 2 minutes' walk to the boxing stadium, 711 5 minutes away, everything you need is nearby. I would certainly return, excellent value for money. I would just like to thank the staff for their contribution in making our stay so wonderful.

I did ask the staff for an iron, but they didn't have one it wasn't major, but I think an iron within the room would have been good.

The resort is located in chaweng and is very suitable for anyone who plans to visit the shopping areas and night life at chaweng as they are within 5 to 15 minutes walking distance. The resort is a bit further from the beach. The room and toilets are small but is cost effective for the location. There is a nice garden and outside sitting area but could not be used due to the direct sunlight, hot weather and limited shade. The resort has a nice cafe with some interesting breakfast options which are fairly priced. There a some very cute kittens at the reception for cat lovers. Highly recommend crystal Thai food restaurant which is abt 250 meters from the resort for anyone seeking excellent Thai food at a reasonable price and the Ark beach club at night for the beach party... Access it via the beach... 😁

We stayed in the upstairs apartment. The room, or should I say studio, is beautiful and spacious. Having your own kitchen is really nice for breakfast, and balconies on three sides of the room is a luxury! It was the perfect place for us to chill out in Ko Samui. They also rent out scooters, which is a must if you want to explore the island. We liked the beach better at Fisherman Village area. Luckily that just 15 minutes by scooter. Baan Lamai is also definitely worth a visit, and if you’re going there, stop at Coral Cove Beach. Baan Poon was close to all these places, a great location and beautiful studio for a very decent price.

Beautifully made and maintained space. Very clean with a beautiful garden. Be sure to get a bug repellant for the expected bugs that accompany the garden. They had complimentary breakfast which was very very good with an pleasant time till 2pm. 5-10 minute walk from chaweng beach with multiple 7-eleven around the property.

The bathroom was a bit small and crammed but well ventilated. Shower was amazing though with good pressure and warm weather.

They provided a lot of amenities (beach towels, mats, drinking water etc). Excellent, friendly staffs. Location also very good, close to SuperCheap that opens 24/7 and 7 minutes to the beach and 12 to Central Samui. Overall very satisfactory stay. Say hello to the cats, Otin and Godzilla. :3

The AC didnt have a Powermode so it took a bit to cool the room. TV Had Netflix but you need your own Account. Also walls do Not have the best Sound proofing but was acceptable.

- even the location is near busy road but my stay in this hotel still peaceful and quiet with sitting area in garden which I felt very relax and calm. - Plenty of Parking lot near the hotel - also a plenty of cats, Cats lover may like this 😉 - A/C works very well - the room is clean and comfortable - I had Thai milk tea from the hotel’s restaurant and it was so good. - The roti is tasty too :) must try ! - staffs ans owner are nice and kind.

Clean quiet room. Arina, the owner, very thoughtfully helped block the frisky kitten from entering my room. I'm allergic. The courtyard is full of potted plants and plumeria, and patio tables. Great atmosphere. The garden bungalows were tastefully appointed. Not too many, so you get personalized attention. Close to Chaweng beach and Lake Chaweng. An excellent restaurant attached. Recommend the Roti...all of 'em

Being only one floor, a few mosquitoes.

January 19 was a haven in paradise. The staff, cleanliness and comfort at this hotel/apartment was amazing. I can not praise the staff and facility enough. Thank you all for a great stay.
