You're getting seriously good bang for your buck at this place. The beach is close, and many food and drink options of all kinds are in very easy walking distance. The room was cosy, with good air con, a comfy bed, and a small fridge. There is a spotlessly clean pool with plenty of sun loungers available, however our room was right nearby so we could just sit at our own little patio when using the pool. There is also a small gym that has a few machines and some free weights - enough for a light maintenance workout or two. I must also mention the staff - they could not have been any sweeter or more kind. All this for around USD 30!

Extreme value for money if you want to save money on meals as it's one of few places with a functional kitchen. It's also fairly central (short walk to beach) yet close to more non-touristy streets with cheap local street food. I've lived in room 14 which was very quiet with a pool view and partial seaview, and room 16 with more street noise but a wonderful view of the back city with the green hills in the background. Both balconies are spacious with comfy chairs and a portable fan. Showers worked well and AC was cool and not noisy. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and quick to respond if there's any issue. In-house laundry. Motorbike rentals all around the hotel.

The staff were exceptional! So helpful and lovely. Even lent us their moped to drive to town when we needed cash. And sorted our taxi out. Good location, 7/11 and shops close by. Its Helpful to get a bike as taxis expensive, but can still walk to the main shopping centre, night market and beach within 25 minutes. There is a smaller market and bar strip alot closer within 5-10 mins too. Smart TV with netflix Gym and pool access Large rooms with kitchenette and big fridge. They let us stay by the pool and use the towels after check out too, whilst They stored our bags. Very accommodating and lovely place all round. Currently having some renovation also so will make it even better

If we are being picky... Our room faced onto the road which could get a little noisy with passing traffic (but not awful) Duvet was a little too small for our liking

I stayed for a week and a half. Nice short-term apartment-style deluxe rooms with kitchen. Has basic cooking supplies. In a quieter end of Chaweng, but still close to beach, dining, and shops. The road it's on is a bit dangerous to talk as there's no sidewalk, but ample parking available. Great friendly staff, nice pool, and small gym.

Two things detracted from my stay- 1- Mosquitoes in my room. Everyday I killed a dozen or more mosquitoes in the room. Even with windows closed, the door has a huge gap all around it that lets them in a leads to infestation. 2- Music from a neighboring property is blared over a loudspeaker every evening and night. Torture trying to sleep. Also rooms need seating area- although there's a kitchen, there is nowhere to sit inside the room other than the bed.

Big spacious room and nice bathroom. Clean and good air con. Good location about 20 minute walk to shops and market etc.

Gaps in the doors so mosquitoes were a huge problem there was a lot in the room!

Overall great value for the money. Big rooms that seemed pretty clean by the staff onsite. Pool was good and we used the gym twice that is fine, but the equipment could use some updating. Overall, huge shoutout to the owner of this property. We had two young men from Israel staying in the room next to us. They sang on their balcony until 11 PM, which was fine. They came back to their room hammered at 2AM with seven or eight people. They were blasting their music and singing. I talked to one of the guys over the balcony explaining that it was time to shut off the music. He tried to argue that it was acceptable at the hotel, which it is clearly not. They turned it down, but kept going until nearly 4 AM. I made a complaint through the booking portal to the owner. They tried to extend the next day and the owner gave them the boot for their inappropriate behaviour. Gotta give credit where credit is due that the owner is willing to pass up on money when it is the right thing to do to keep the other guest happy. I would recommend staying here. Not a far walk to the beach and close to a grocery store. Great value for the money.

Very beautiful, clean rooms in walking distance to Chaweng Beach. There's many places to get food and drinks nearby, as well as a 7-Eleven about 5 minutes away. The roads at the hotel don't have sidewalks (which is not the hotel's fault), but it's manageable if you're careful. The surrounding bars stop their music early in the evening and I had no trouble sleeping. The staff is really friendly and offers laundry service at a good price. The pool is clean and nice as well.

The hotel isn't as well-known as others and that caused some issues with tour-pickups. But that's not the hotel's fault either.

Really nice place, our apartment came with a balcony, kitchen, comfy bed and large bathroom. We didn’t use the pool but it was large and looked to be cleaned everyday. There were some great grocery shops nearby but not much in the way of lunch/dinner.

The location was a bit complicated, stepping out onto the road to walk somewhere, you do take your life in your hands a bit, just make sure to walk with a flashlight in your hand at night because there isn’t much light and the drivers won’t always see you. In the kitchen, it could be much more helpful if oil, salt, pepper, other basics were provided so you don’t need to buy it all for only a couple days stay.

Highly enjoyed our long stay. Great value. Staff extremely helpful, attentive, friendly (as well as Hollywood, the cute, resident orange cat!) Cleaning staff come every other day, change towels, etc. Nice pool. Comfortable room/ beds. Clean Bathroom with shower, Kitchen/fridge, small gas stove, Aircon, Fan, and a patio with small table. Parking onsite. Everything we needed. Nearest grocery is a (2 min walk) Thai-item grocery store. You'll find fruit stands, Thai food stalls. Central Samui Mall is a 10-minute motorbike ride & you'll find most grocery items you'd want. (possible to walk also.) Location is convenient. Short walking distance to Chaweng Beach, around the corner, you have some restaurants, etc Thai boxing stadium, river, etc. We liked that it is not the loudest part of Chaweng (it's not as noisy as the hotels / clubs around OZO Chaweng)

Road right in front of hotel/ entrance is very busy, lots of traffic. (Not any fault of hotel), in general, if walking, take caution the roads around are poor (no sidewalks, blind corners). We rented cheap motorbike to get around, taxis can get expensive (i.e., If you want to go to Bophut, etc).

First of all, the owner and his staff are absolutely amazing, friendly and helpful ppl. My room (no.6 a Deluxe room) was actually an apartment with small kitchen and equipment for cooking. The room is spacious, furniture is new, wardrobe is huge, closet drawers too. I loved the bed. Didn’t have such a good sleep for ages. Everything is super clean and the room service is every 2 or 3 days. Gym is nice, but I would prefer to have there one more fan instead of the TV. Swimming pool is nice and clean with new towels daily. Location is great, everything you need is pretty close to the residence but you are not in noisy place.
