Excellent place to stay, very clean, quiet and comfortable. Within easy walking distance of the station. Good place to eat at the station at very reasonable prices. would definitely recommend if you need a place to stay before or after your train journey. Also good if you don't want to stay in the middle of town as it's less than half an hours walking distance to the river.

If you are using the train station this was very good location. Loads of parking spaces and really nice rooms with only a couple things we didn’t like.

For us it was too far from the city and found that a bit of a difficult with a lack of restaurant variety. Overall very good price and did us well for the duration we were there for. A little nitpicky thing was they only supplied two mugs for coffee (there were three people in a room) and the cleaners came in without us leaving the note on the door saying “clean me” and we came back to cleaners in the room.

I was looking for a clean and safe hotel close to the train station. Since I had to stay one night in Chiang Mai, I do not know its proximity to other locations. Around the hotel, there is a nice area for walking by the river and nice cafes and restaurants. I didn't have time to use the pool and hotel restaurant but they looked clean. The hotel met my needs. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would prefer it again if I come across it again.

This is a comfortable, reasonably priced hotel adjacent to the railway station, it is a little out of town but does not suffer because of that as the main areas are just 5 m8nute away. Check in was simple, with friendly efficient staff and the room was clean, roomy and comfortable. Can’t ask for more really.

Comfy bed, pillows a bit hard. Location is a 5 minute walk from the train station so was super handy.

The breakfast BUT this is only because it wasn’t necessarily to our taste. It’s mostly a Thai style breakfast, with toast available. This is totally understandable though and is a personal preference. Otherwise tea, coffee and juice are also available.

Close to railway station after a journey by train from Bangkok Adequate breakfast and very cheap Receptionist very helpful in organising a transfer to Mae Salong who actually stayed local to us and took us all over the north at a recent price

The property exceeded my expectations for the price and had an excellent cafe attached to it. Just a couple of minutes from the train station. I really appreciated being able to extend my stay by paying an hourly rate for the extra time I wanted to use it, whilst waiting for my evening train departure.

It's located quite far from the old city. Perfect for catching the train, but less so for sightseeing into town.

Located next to the chiang mai train station so it fit perfectly for those arriving by train and doesn’t want to get robbed by night time local taxi. Bed is comfortable. Room is spacious.

Shower water pressure is too low.

Staff was very polite Beds are soft yet firm, which was very comfortable Rooms are clean and spacious, The showers are good The kids loved the pool, it is in the shade which is better to avoid sunburn and the pool is still very warm
